개구리(Rana nigromaculata)의 呼吸에 關하여

This study was aimed to obtain more detailed knowledges concerning the gas exchange through the lung and the skin in frogs. The O_2 consumption and CO_2 elimination through both the lung and the skin were determined separately. The change in gas exchange through the lung after blocking the skin respiration by immersing the frog into liquid paraffin or in water was observed. The blood was sampled from the ventricles of frogs to determine the gas contents, gas tension and pH. The composition changes in gases in the peritoneal and subcutaneous gas pockets were observed to estimate the tissue gas tension. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The normal expired volume of frogs. of mean body weight 29 grams, is 0.42 ㎖/min(ATPS) and the inspired volume 0.43㎖/min(ATPS). The O_2 and CO_2 concentration in the expired gas are 11.07% and 2.07% respectively, and the O_2 uptake and CO_2 elimination are calculated as 7.65 ㎖/hr/100g B.W. (STPD) and 1.55 ㎖/hr/100g B.W. (STPD) respectively and the gas exchange ratio of the lung is 0.2. 2. The O_2 uptake and CO_2 elimination through the skin are 23.4 ㎖/hr/100g B.W. (STPD) and 36.85 ㎖/hr/100g B.W. (STPD) respectively, and the gas exchange ratio of the skin is 1.57. The over-all O_2 uptake and CO_2 elimination are calculated as 31.05 ㎖/hr/100g B.W. (STPD) and 38.40 ㎖/hr/100g B.W. (STPD) respectively, and the over-all gas exchange ratio is 1.2. 3. The O_2 uptake from the lung are increased up to 191% and CO_2 elimination up to 338% when the skin respiration was blocked by liquid paraffin; and the corresponding increase of O_2 uptake and CO_2 elimination are 112% and 269% respectively when the frog was submerged into water completely. 4. The O_2 and CO_2 contents of ventricular blood of frogs are 3.4 vol% and 36.3 vol% respectively, and O_2 capacity of the blood is 8.72 vol% and the pH is 7.44. The P_CO2 and P_O2 of the blood are 16.3㎜Hg and 64㎜Hg respectively. These show that the frog's blood is more alkaline and has lower bicarbonate concentration than those of mammals. 5. The compositions of gases in the subcutaneous and intraperitoneal gas pockets show that they are approaching toward the gas tension of the blood itself. 6. The main function of frog's lung in general presumably is to regulate the increased need of gas exchange during enhanced muscular activity and/or increased environmental temperature, and the decreased gas exchange thrgouh the skin during swimming in water.

민간경호원의 경호무도수련기간 및 승단현황에 관한 연구

This study aims to find out what affects forming of perception and values of private security service guards regarding the security service martial arts and it puts its goal as investigation into perception and values of private security service guarding regarding the security service martial arts. To achieve the goal, objects of this study was set as private security service guards of private security service companies residing in Seoul, 2001. Among the security service guards, 200 individuals were selected and except 12 of them who answered questionaries insincerely, 118 security service guards was examined for the study. To analyze materials, significant level was set as a=0.5 and the SAS statics program was utilized. Comparative analysis was done according to each variables by one-way-ANOVA. Results of our study by the methods and the procedures are as follows. First, it was revealed that perceptions regarding security service martial arts according to ages of the guards show statistically significant differece. Security service guards who have 10 to 15 years of careers showed highest perception about the martial arts. Second, it was revealed that perceptions regarding the security service guards' values according to careers of them show statistically significant difference. Security service guards who have 10 to 15 years of careers showed highest perception on the values of the martial arts. Third. it was revealed that perceptions regarding the security service martial arts according to kind of the martial arts don't show statistically significant difference. Fourth, it was revealed that perceptions regarding the security service guards' values according to kind of the martial arts don't show statistically significant difference. Fifth, it was revealed that perceptions regarding the security service martial arts according to practice term of martial arts don't show statistically significant difference. Sixth, it was revealed that perceptions regarding security service guards' values according to practice term of martial arts don't show statistically significant difference. Security service guards who have more than 10 years of careers gained high marks of perception on values of job, courage and loyalty. Seventh, it was revealed that perceptions regarding the security service martial arts according to present condition of their rank promotion don't show statistically significant difference. Eighth, it was revealed that perceptions of security agents' values according to present condition of rank promotion don't show statistically significant difference.

Ca가 치환된 PbTiO₃계 세라믹스의 압전특성에 관한 연구

In this study, the structural and the electrical characteristics were investigated and the conditions which improved these characteristics were studied, as changing x and y in ?? ceramics in which Ca was substituted for Pb and ?? was added to decrease sintering temperature in PbTiO₃. As the Ca substitution increased, tetragonality was abruptly decreased to make Curie temperature decreased and densification was improved and relative permittivity was increased. When 0.25[mol]Ca was substituted, the largest electromechanical anisotropy ?? was found ??, and this anisotropy became larger with small ?? and strong poling field. Electromechanical quality factor Qm was largely dependent on poling field and had very low value(≤100) in strong field(≥7Kv/mm). When 0.25[mol]Ca and 0.08[mol]]?? were substituted, ?? was large(=12.3), and permittivity was low and the electrical properties were high, so that this composition is expected to be useful in a wide band ultrasonic device.

This study aims to understanding the development of human behavior through Freud's psychoanalytic theories; instinct and structure, in the orthox and Neo-Freud ian framwork as the basic theory of psychosocial approach in social work. Orthox psychoanalytic theory explains mental phenomena as the result of a dynamic interaction between urging forces or instincts within the organism and counter-forces set up by the extenal environment. Instincts, described as psychic representatives of stimuli orignating in the soma already exist for the newborn child. Fenichel classifies instincts generally into the simple physicaly needs and sexal urges. The energy of the sexual instincts is termed "libido", fixed quantities of which are presumed to be present in the neonate. Jung defines libido more broadly as a primal energy underlying all mental life, not merely the sexual. The Neo-Freudians, on the hand reject the notions of instinct and libido. They admit the significance of biological needs and their impact on the developmental process. Freud originally divided instincts into two catagories; (1) the self-preservation or ego instincts; and (2) the sexual instincts. The end result was a division into the life instinct, Eros, and the death instinct was a new and separate concept, fully as important as Eros. The death instinct, active immediately upon birth, refers to the tendency of organic life to return to its prior inorganic state. Orthox theory ascribes to the neonate a condition known as "primary narcissism. " The Neo-Freudians also reject the notion of an innate death instinct. Fromm quarrels with the fixed amount of libido notion and criticizes Freud's formulation of narcissism on the grounds that a person capable of genuinely Ioving him-self is actually more capable of loving others. Freud in 1923 introducted his "structural" theory; the three parts of the "mental apparatus", the id, ego, and superego. The id is the sourse of instinctural energy for the individual, forming his reservoir of libido. Its aims the pleasure principle. It is amoral and illogical, with no unity of purpose. The ego is defined as that group of mental processes whose function it is to perceive and recognize the various forces impinging on the organism both from the internal and external environments, to synthesize and intergrate these, and to maintain a state of internal and external adaptation. This group of functions includes such things as perception, memory, thought, intelligence, the motor functions, judgement and the assessment of reality. Its operates in accordance with reality principle. Klein postulales the active functioning of a well-developed ego and superego in the first year and the infant, at six months already loves, hates, desires, attracts, and wishes to destory and to dismember his mother. In ego formation at anal stage level Fenichel traces the development of active mastery and the handling of anxiety. As a result of both newly a quired contral over his motor apparatus and growth of the function of judgement (reality testing), the yong child learns to cope actively with the environment. The superego is that portion of the mental apparatus whose function it is to judge the other mental functions critically in terms of moral standards of right and wrong, good and bad, punishment and reward. Its develops as a result of the wea kness of the infantile ego. The superego is completely nonexistant at the oral stage. At the anal sage the child undergoes toilet training. The fear of punishment and the need for affection and protection force the child to accept the parental demands and to "internalize" them, that is, to consider them as his own. But the actural development of superego takes place to ward the end of the phallic period. In the orthox framework the heir of the oedipus complex is superego. Rank traces the growth of superego genetically from inhibited sadism, with the real neucleus being the strict mother as sadistically conceived by the child.

In this study, the dielectric, piezoelectric and structual properties of PMN-PT system ceramics were investigated with respect to the variation of PbO addition amount and sintering temperature. The specimen with 1.0wt% PbO addition exhibits relatively good sintering and piezoelectric properties, which has the density with 97.36%, the coupling constant(kp) with the value of 47.44% and the piezoelectric ?? with ?? at sintering temperature 1000℃ respectively.

Then, Gyeonggi-do will be conspicuous in commodities so attractive as to draw the world people in Gyeonggi-do.
