        Korea has initiated Five-year Economic Development plans from 1962. Since then, Korea has experienced a sudden structural change of the traditional and agricultural society into the urbanized and industrialzied society. Colin Clark, who has classified industry into the primary industries, secondary industries and tertiary industries stated that in any nations, the relative importance of the primary industries such as agriculture in total national economy moves to those of the secondary and tertiary industries as economy of those nations develop, which he called "Fedder's Law". Because of the sudden industrialization for last 20 years, we can witness the stagnation of agriculture, which was the primary industries of our nation. Other countries have tried to find out means to get rid of the stagnation of economy through commercial farm management, market farming, mechanization of farm and we know that there are some successful cases. But we have not found any means to vitalize the rural economy. Our national policy of industrialization promoted with the emphasis on the urban are as because the effectiveness of investment in those community has been neglected. Because of the adaption of these unbalanced theory of growth, the unbalance between agricultural and industrial societies has been deepened. Therefore it brought about a large gap in income and cultural levels between urban and rural communities. Nevertheless, the lack of interest for the rural community make it's future depressing because the rural community is regarded as the remaining space for the urban community. From this point of view, the purpose of this thesis is to analyze the phenomena of rural economy resulted from the urbancentered policy of industrialization, and to find out means to vitalize the rural economy. To sum up the activation plan of rural economy, first, the local autonomy should be realized, for it will play an important role in making the local administration to help and form a unique structure of productive economy in the rural areas. Secondly, the promotion of efficiency of agricultural management, the modification of farmland structure suitable t o regional peculiarity, the improvement of seed and the many-sided application of farm machines and implements are indipensable. Thirdly, the implements are indispensable. Thirdly, the improvement of marketing process of agricultural products and the activation of agricultural finance should be realized. Fourthly, the many-sided propulsive movement of rural community development should be carried out. Fifthly, various facilities for the convenient traffic and communications should be constructed for the elevation of income including agriculture. Finally, what is the most important is that government should establish a suitable price policy of the agricultural products to give farmer an incentive to improve it's production. The six suggestions mentioned above are considered to be the most desirable measures to give activation to the rural economy which has been sacrificed for industrial growth in the urban are as for last 20 years. Moreover, these are regarded as best methods to save the rural community from economic poverty.

        마가복음 4:12 번역 ― 비유의 목적인가, 결과인가? ―

        In Mark 4:12, ἵνα probably introduces a result clause as in Mark 4:22; 11:25; 15:32. If the word is interpreted as introducing a purpose clause, 4:12 could mean that Jesus taught the people in parables so that they would not understand the meaning. If so interpreted, v.12 does not fit with v.33 which says that Jesus taught people in parables just as they were able to understand. In addition, such an interpretation does not fit with v.22 which says that the purpose of concealing is to reveal. Further, it does not correspond with Mark 12:12 which states that Jesus’ opponents actually understood the parable. As such, Mark’s literary context does not lead us to consider Jesus’ parables to have been means of misunderstanding. Our interpretation is supported by Mark’s redactional use of the Old Testament. Mark 4:12 does not use Isaiah 6:9-10 (LXX) as it is. Mark changes οὐ μὴ ἴδητε and οὐ μὴ συνῆτε (“you will never understand”) into μὴ ἴδωσιν and μὴ συνιῶσιν (“they could not understand”). As such, Mark does not fully close but rather open the possibility of understanding. In v.12, μήποτε may mean otherwise, which is also a possible meaning in its Aramaic counterpart דלמא. If the word is interpreted as lest here, v.12 does not cohere with Mark 1:15 which reports that Jesus commanded repentance. Luke 14:29’s use of ἵνα μήποτε in the meaning of so that otherwise also supports this interpretation. The use of cognate participles (βλέποντες βλέπωσιν, ἀκούοντες ἀκούωσιν) in v.12 reflects Hebrew usage of the infinitive for emphasizing the verb. Such a usage is found not only in the LXX (Gen 22:17; Exo 3:7; Isa 6:9) but also in the NT (Mat 13:14; Act 7:34; Heb 6:14). Likewise in Mark 4:12, the participles does not mean seeing or hearing but indeed. On the basis of these considerations, Mark 4:12 may be translated as follows: As a result, they may indeed see but could not know, and they may indeed hear but could not understand. Otherwise, they might repent and be forgiven.

        2022 개정 초등 도덕과 교육과정의 국가·사회적 요구 반영 방향 탐색

        본 연구에서는 2022 개정 초등 도덕과 교육과정 시안에 나타난 국가·사회적 요구에 대한 고찰 과정을 통해 새로운 교육과정이 성공적으로 현장에 안착하기 위해 국가·사회적 요구가 어떻게 반영되어야 하는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 국가 수준의 교육과정에서 국가·사회적 요구의 의의에 대해 살펴보고 이전 도덕과 교육과정에서 총론의 국가·사회적 요구를 교과에 어떻게 반영하고 있는지를 고찰하였다. 그리고 2022 개정 도덕과 교육과정의 개발 과정을 살펴보면서 도덕과 교육과정 시안에서 디지털 소양교육, 생태전환교육, 시민교육의 세 가지 국가·사회적 요구를 어떻게 반영하는지를 분석하며 교과의 성격과 추구하는 개념에 부합하는 방향을 제안하고자 하였다.

      • Old Testament Allusions in Mark 4:26-29

        In Mark the Kingdom of God is the new period which has come by Jesus’ suffering on the cross (14:25; 15:36). In Mark 4:26-29, this Kingdom is compared to sowing of a seed. In this parable, the seed may refer to Jesus who was buried and raised like a seed. This interpretation is supported by the expressions used in this parable. The sprouting of the seed in 4:27 is reminiscent of the Messiah (Zech 3:8; 6:12; Jer 23:5-6; 33:14-16). The expression ‘hand over ’ in 4:29 is frequently used for Jesus’ passion in Mark (9:31; 10:33; 15:10). In this parable, the sower (who sleeps, rises and does not know how the seed grows) also seems to refer to Jesus, who slept (i.e. died) and rose again, and had to have limitation of knowledge (Mark 13:32). This parable seems to teach how the Kingdom of God comes by Jesus’ sowing himself on the earth. Jesus, who sowed himself, also later will send the sickle for harvest (v. 29). Sending ‘the sickle’ may symbolize the eschatological judgment as in Joel 3:12-13 (MT and LXX 4:12-13). The harvest seems to refer to gathering of the people of God (as in the Jewish tradition). The gathering, which began with Jesus’ earthly ministry, will be accomplished in the last days. In Mark 4:28, the seed is described to grow ‘by itself.’ The word ‘by itself’ reminds us of Leviticus 25:5, 11; 2 Kings 19:29 where the word is used in connection with the Sabbatical year and the Jubilee. Just as in these years of canceling debts, liberation of slaves, and restoration of inherited land property, in the new Jubilee of God's Kingdom Jesus brings cancellation of debts of sins (Mark 2:5; 10:45; 11:25), liberation of slaves from Satan (Mark 3:22, 27), and restoration of the inheritance of the eternal life (Mark 10:29-30).

        to the palatine papilla. Its etiology is generally attributed to the enclavement of remnants of epithelium surrounding the two lateral maxillary proceses that fuse to form the hard palate. The median palatine cyst sometimes poses challenges in the diagnosis due to the diversity and complicated clasifications of the cysts originating from the maxilla and palate. We present a case of large median palatine cyst of a 50-year-old man who had purulent rhinorrhea and foul odor for 1 year. An endonasal endoscopic mar-supialization was performed and pus was drained from the cyst. There was no recurence of symptoms and the ostium was wel maintained at 4 months after the operation.
