SPW Simulator를 이용한 DS/CDMA QPSK 시스템에 있어서 CCI Canceller 성능 해석

본 논문은 가우스 잡음과 다중접속 환경하에서 CCI Canceller를 사용할 경우 DS/CDMA QPSK 시스템의 성능 개선 효과를 SPW를 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 보였다. In this paper, performance enhencement of DS/CDMA QPSK system is shown through computer simulator using SPW when CCI canceller is adapted under the gaussian noise and multiple access environment.

운동에 대한 대부분의 지식은 성인을 대상으로 연구한 것을 어린이에게 적용하고 있는 실정이지만 실제로 발육기의 어린이 신체 재 기능은 성인의 기능을 단순히 소형화시킨 것이 아니므로 특별한 접근 방법이 필요하다고 본다. 체력 중에서도 심폐기능을 평가하는 주요 지표인 최대산소섭취량과 지구성 운동 수행 능력의 평가나 트레이닝 지표인 무산소성 역치에 대한 자료를 분석한 결과를 보면 발달촉진 준비기인 10세 남아의 유·무산소성 운동능력이 성인에 비하여 열세인 것으로 나타났으므로 아동이 수준에 맞는 운동 처방이 이루어져야 된다고 사료된다.
成人男子의 身體構成, 筋力, 最大酸素 攝取能 및 1日 에너지 消費量 算出에 關한 硏究

This study chose all 6 adultmen(Gradate School of Dong-A University doctorate course majouring in phsycal education). Body composition was calculated by body density obtained from underwater weighing method, muscular strenth by the versatile muscular power measuring device, maximum oxygen uptake by the maximal work load method with treadmill ergometer and daily energy expenditure by the VO_2/H·R method. Then, this researcher tried to find out correlations among those variables and problems in measurement. The conclusions were as follows ; 1. Physical characteristics: Body height and body weight were rather higher and heavier than the common same age group's. 2. Body compostion: % Fat was 17.5±3.26% and below the level of adult's obesity. 3. Muscular strength and endurance: As % fat increased, relative strength was sure to decrease. There was a relation between strength and endurance. 4. Respiro-circulatory: 1) VO_2 max/Wt/min was 53.5ml/kg/min(above average). 2) There was a high positive correlation between VO_2 max and all out time, but was not appeared here. 3) R·Q was appeared 1.03±0.042 at all out time, that showed non-maximal load. 5. Daily energy expenditure using the VO_2/H·R method: There were correlations between individuals' Vo_2 and H·H(0.953<r<0.993, p<0.001). 6. Correlations: 1) body composition, relative arm strength and relative leg strength: There was a high negative correlation between % Fat and left arm relative extension (r=-0.866, p<0.05). 2) Body composition, relative arm flexion endurance and relative leg extension endurance. There was a negative correlation between % Fax and right leg relative extension endurance (r=-0.960, p<0.01). There were nagative correlations between % Fat and other components, but not significances. 3) Body composition and respiro-circulatory: The correlation coefficients(r) beteween % Fat and V_E max and Vo_2 max were 0.972(p<0.010), -0.030, between Vo_2 max and LBM r=0.081. These results disagreed with preceded research by reason of test error and subjects' specific. 4) Energy expenditure, relative leg extension endurance and respiro-circulatory: There was not a significant correlation between energy expenditure and respiro-circulatory. There was a high positive correlation between left leg relative extension endurance and Vo_2 max/kg/min (r=0.903, p<0.01), but there was not a significance because this energy expenditure was not calculated under same load (different life style).
틈새신체활동이 초등학생의 신체조성 및 기초체력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 16주간의 규칙적이고 지속적인 틈새신체활동이 초등학생의 신체조성, 혈압 및 기초체력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 함에 있다. 이를 위해 HRmax 60%이하의 저강도 운동으로 구성된 틈새신체활동 프로그램을 실시하였다. 실험대상은 초 등학교 6학년 58명으로 틈새신체활동 그룹(n=29, 남:16, 여:13)과 비교그룹(n=29,남:16, 여:13)으로 구성하였으며, 신체조성, 혈압, 기초체력을 측정하였다. 16주간의 틈새신체활동이 시기와 집단 간에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 반복측정분산분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 틈새신체활동 실시결과 BMI(p<.001)와 체지방률(p<.01)에서 유의한 효과가 나타났으나, 혈압에서는 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 기초체력의 경우 근지구력(p<.001)과 유연성(p<.01)에서 유의한 효과가 나타났다. 결론적으로 틈새신체활동은 초등학생의 건강한 신체조성 및 기초체력 증진에 긍정적인 효과가 있었기에, 성장기 아동의 건강에 도움을 주는 학교에서 실시할 수 있는 효과적인 프로그램임을 확인할 수 있었다. The Purpose of this stud was to examine the effect of 16 weeks of regular and continuous niche physical activity on elementary school children s body composition, blood pressure and basic physical fitness. For this purpose, niche physical activity programs consisting of less than 60% of HRmax, including stretching, walking, and light muscle exercises, were implemented using the before class, morning, mid-game, and lunch time. We compared the effects of body composition, blood pressure, and basic physical fitness by dividing 58 elementary school students into niche physical activity group(n=29, 16males and 13females) and comparison groups(n=29, 16males and 13females). The Repeated-ANOVA was performed to determine the effect of 16 weeks of niche physical activity between the time and the group. The result of this study are as follows; The BMI (p<001) and %body fat (p<.01) showed a significant effect, but blood pressure did not. In case of basic physical fitness, muscular endurance(p<.001) and flexibility(p<.001) showed significant effects. In conclusion, 16 weeks of niche physical activities had a positive effect on building healthy body composition and improving basic physical fitness of elementary school students. This program can be an effective program to help elementary school students build healthy bodies and improve their physical fitness.
