BiaoYouFu(標幽賦) is a classic of accupuncuret&moxibustion, written by a famous accupuncurist& moxibustionist DouHanQing, and it is published in DouHanQing's ZhenQingZhiNan, BiaoYouFu is an accupuncuret&moxibustion GeFu(歌賦-a type of song) that simply expressed the profound and abstract parts of the theory and practice of acupuncture&moxibustion in GeFu forms, and allowed people studying to understand the details of acupuncture&moxibustion readily, and also help doctors to memorize easily. The author wrote annotations for abstruse parts and pronunciations for the original text to help in reading the original text with ease. The most important point is that it was translated according to our country's unique rhythm of folk song, the 3 · 4, 4 · 4beat, to make it easily readable, so that it could be studied repeatedly and understood deeply.
Observation of Colloidal Particle Dynamics Near a Flat Wall by Using Oscillating Optical Tweezers
박혁규,하청일,Daniel Ou-Yang 한국물리학회 2010 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.56 No.3
We study the hydrodynamics of a micron-sized spherical particle positioned nearby a flat wall by using oscillating optical tweezers that trap and oscillate the colloidal particle. In this situation, the presence of the flat wall complicates the flow field surrounding the particle, so the force felt by the moving particle is quite different from the three dimensional hydrodynamics drag force, known as Stokes’ drag. However, in biological processes, this condition is ubiquitous and governs the biological particle hydrodynamics. In this work, we describe observations of confined particles dynamics by using oscillation optical tweezers and compare the results with known theories and other experimental data.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors related to self-management of older patients with diabetes. Methods: The subjects of the study were 255 older patients with diabetes registered at the public health center in C-do O-gun. Data were analyzed with IBM SPSS ver. 24.0. Results: The self-management had significant positive correlations with diabetes knowledge (r=.29, p<.001) and self-efficacy (r=.62, p<.001), and had a significant negative correlation with depression (r=-.47, p<.001). A hierarchical multiple regression was conducted to analyze the factors effecting self-management. In the Model II, subjects with religion (β=.10, p=.033), subjects of higher than middle school graduate (β=.12, p=.036), subjects with one comorbidity (β= .16, p=.034), diabetes knowledge (β=.12, p=.017), self-efficacy (β=.49, p<.001), and depression (β=-.27, p<.001) had significant effects on self-management, and the explanatory power increased to 48.7% (F=22.88, p<.001). Conclusion: To improve the self-management of older patients with diabetes, not only sufficient diabetes knowledge should be provided through systematic education, but also development of the self-management program that improves self-efficacy and includes psychological support for the prevention and mitigation of depression is required.
