The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of psychological contracts of casino employees on customer orientation and the moderating effect of organizational trust, and to present implications for human resource management measures to improve the management performance of casino companies by enhancing customer orientation. The samples used in the study were conducted through convenience sampling techniques from May 3 to May 31, 2022 for 260 employees of K Casino in Gangwon and G Casino in Seoul. As a result of empirical analysis, it was found that relational contracts among psychological contracts had a positive effect on customer orientation, but transactional contracts had no effect on it, and organizational trust has a moderating effect on both transactional and relational contracts. Therefore, casino companies should focus on relational contracts with employees and create an atmosphere that can trust the organization so that they can achieve the organization's goals by improving customer orientation.

다변량-GARCH 분야에서 비대칭모형에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미진하다 (McAleer 등, 2009). 본 논문에서는 다변량-GARCH 시계열에서 비대칭 모형과 상수 조건부 상관모형(CCC)을 도입하여 모델링하는 방법론에 대해 연구하고 있다. 다변량 비대칭 변동성 모형 적합 방법을 실용적으로 소개하고 있으며 이를 이용하여 국내 다변량 시계열 분석을 상세히 예시하였다. It has been relatively incomplete in the field of financial time series to adapt asymmetric features to multivar ate GARCH processes (McAleer et al., 2009). Retaining constant conditional correlation(CCC) structure, this article pursues to introduce asymmetric GARCH modelling in analysing multivariate volatilities in time series in a practical point of view. Multivariate Korean financial time series are analyzed in detail to compar our theory with conventional methodologies including GARCH and EGARCH.

중등도 이상의 통증을 호소하는 암환자의 통증간호기록 분석

목적: 본 연구는 중등도 이상의 통증을 호소하는 암환자의 통증간호기록을 분석하여 통증의 특성과 통증완화를 위한 중재 및 중재의 효과를 조사하는 후향적 연구이다. 방법: 대상자는 2011년 2월 1일부터 2월 28일까지 서울시에 소재한 C 대학교 병원의 암병동에 입원 환자 중 재원일수가 3일 이상 30일 이하이며, 18세 이상의 성인으로 NRS로 측정한 통증의 강도가 4점 이상인 363명이었다. 결과: 입원 후 4점 이상의 통증을 호소한 건수는 1,394건이었다. 통증의 부위는 복부가 가장 많았고, 통증의 악화요인은 움직였을 때가, 완화요인은 진통제를 투여받았을 때가 가장 많았다. 통증의 유형은 돌발성 통증이 가장 많았다. 통증을 조절하기 위해 사용한 비약물적 중재 중 온요법이 가장 많았다. 약물을 투여하기 전 통증의 강도는 평균 6.68점이었으며 약물투여 후 1시간에 평균 2.81점으로 감소되었다. 정규처방으로 진통제를 투여한 경우는 52.2%였으며, 마약성 진통제 중 Morphine sulfate가, 비마약적 진통제 중 Gabapentin이 가장 많이 사용되었다. 퇴원 시 통증의 강도는 3점 이하가 82.5%였다. 결론: NRS 4점 이상의 통증을 호소하는 암환자는 입원 초기부터 적극적으로 통증을 조절하는 것이 중요하다. 마약성 진통제로 통증을 조절하는 암환자와 가족은 물론 간호사를 대상으로 약제의 효과와 부작용에 대하여 교육하고, 또한 퇴원 후 가정에서 환자와 가족이 통증을 평가하고 기록하여 추후 치료에 반영할 수 있도록 교육하는 것이 필요하다. Purpose: This is a retrospective study that investigated cancer patients' complaints of moderate or severe pain to analyze pain characteristics, pain relief interventions and their effects. Methods: The participants of this study were 363 patients who were hospitalized in the cancer ward for three to 30 days and scored 4 points or higher on the pain severity assessment. Results: The most frequent region of pain was the abdomen. The most frequent factor that exacerbated pain was movement. The most frequent pain alleviating factor was administration of analgesics. The most frequent pain type was breakthrough pain, and the most frequent non-pharmaceutical intervention for pain control was heat therapy. Among all, analgesics were routinely prescribed for 52.2% of the participants. Morphine sulfate was the most frequently used analgesic while Gabapentin was the most frequently used non-narcotic analgesic. At the time of discharge, 82.5% of the participants marked their pain intensity as 3 points or lower. Conclusion: For cancer patients complaining of moderate or severe pain, it is important to actively control pain from the beginning of admission. Thus, it is necessary to educate not only cancer patients using narcotic analgesic for pain control and their families but nurses about the effects and side-effects of drugs. Moreover, patients and their families need to learn how to assess and record pain at home to collect data that can be referred for future treatment.

This study investigated how the audience’s evaluation of a communicator’s credibility and the audience’s likeability toward the communicator are influenced by the change of his or her voice quality, pitch, pause, volume, and speed as phonic elements of voice construction. In order to examine the effects of voice on the audience’s evaluation of likeability to the speaker, we constructed voice with a rich quality and poor quality according to the experiment conditions. We let 600 college students listen to it, and than we analysed their responses. The results were voice with a rich quality showed higher likeability than voice with a poor quality.

미디어의 ESG 보도 증가에 따른 기업 담당자들의 ESG 커뮤니케이션 인식 연구: 근거이론을 중심으로

본 연구는 미디어의 ESG 보도 증가에 따라 기업 담당자들이 ESG 커뮤니케이션에 대해 어떠한 인식을 하고 있는지 심층 인터뷰하고 이를 근거이론을 통해 실증적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 분석 결과 미디어의 ESG 보도가 증가함에 따라, 기업 ESG 담당자들은 ESG 활동에 관한 외부 커뮤니케이션 및 내부 공감대 형성에 어려움을 인식하고 있었다. 이러한 중심현상의 원인에 해당하는 인과적 조건으로는, 기업 ESG에 대해 경쟁적으로 과열 보도하거나 언론사 자체의 시상식과 섣부른 ESG 평가로 인해 경영진의 인식에 부정적인 영향을 주는 등 언론의 부정적인 관여(engagement)가 파악되었다. 중심현상에 영향을 미치는 맥락적 조건으로는 CSR과 ESG 메시지의 혼돈이 있었는데, 기업 담당자들간에 CSR과 ESG의 개념에 대한 인식이 서로 달랐다. 이러한 인식의 작용/상호작용으로, 기업 담당자들은 현재 자사 혹은 타사의 ESG 커뮤니케이션 활동에 대해 부정적으로 인식할 뿐만 아니라, ESG 워싱으로 비판을 받을 것에 대한 두려움을 인지하고 있었다. 너무 광범위하고 어려운 주제로 인해 수용성이 낮은 ESG 메시지는 이러한 작용/상호작용의 중재적인 조건으로는 파악되었다. 그 결과 기업 담당자들은 외부 미디어 노출을 회피하려는 것과 같은 소극적인 ESG 커뮤니케이션 행동 의도를 지니고 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 기업 ESG 활동에 대한 커뮤니케이션 전략을 수립하기 위한 다양한 연구 방법론이 필요하다는 점을 도출할 수 있다.

This research was conducted to analyze how psychological contract affected employees’ individual creativity and innovative behaviors, including mediating roles of individual creativity in the setting of casino corporations. Based on the theoretical predictions, empirical test was conducted. The data acquired from 284 employees who worked in casino corporations of Korea were analyzed utilizing structural equation modeling(SEM). The research findings were as follows. First, relational psychological contract positively influenced employees’ individual creativity while transactional psychological contract didn't influence the creativity. Second, employees’ individual creativity positively influenced their innovative behaviors. Third, employees’ individual creativity had a mediating role in the causal relationship between relational psychological contract and their innovative behaviors, but had not in case of transactional psychological contract. Based on these results, first, it is necessary for casino CEOs to consider or foster relational psychological contract, including provision of consulting program for employees’ stress management and making employees know continuous support from organization. Second, it is inevitable for casino CEOs to provide opportunities of self-development with various training programs for knowledge and career development of employees. Third, it is unavoidable for casino CEOs to prevent casino corporations from leaking professional human resources, with reasonable promotion system through fair evaluation method, as casino corporations needs professional technology and knowledge for operations.
