Bioactivity-guided fractionation of a methanolic extract of Buddleja officinalis led to the isolation of two monoterpenes, crocusatin M (1), crocusatin C (2), a flavonoid, acacetin (3), three lignans, lariciresinol (4), pinoresinol (5), and syringaresinol (6), and two triterpenoidal saponins, mimengoside B (7) and songarosaponin A (8). The structures of isolates were identified based on 1D-, 2D-NMR, and MS data analysis. All isolates were tested for their inhibition on LPS-induced NO production in RAW 264.7 cells. As a result, mimengoside B (7) and songarosaponin A (8) showed a mild inhibitory activity of NO production.
매립지 복토재로의 재활용을 위한 하수슬러지의 부산석회계 고화재를 이용한 안정화 연구

하수처리 과정에서 필연적으로 발생하는 하수슬러지를 부산석회를 혼합하여 개발한 새로운 고화재로 무기화학적으로 처리하여 쓰레기 매립장의 복토재 및 일반 매립재로서의 재활용가능성에 대하여 검토를 하였다. 기존 사용되는 석회계 재료의 단점을 보완하여 보다 경제적이고 안정적인 재료를 개발하였으며, 개발된 고화재에 대하여 고화재 자체 및 혼합개량체에 대하여 여러시험을 실시하였다. 하수슬러지와 혼합하여 개량하고 개량된 인공토의 물성변화 및 역학적특성을 분석 검토하고, 화학적 용출시험을 병행하였다. 시험결과를 복토재료의 시방기준과 규격을 비교하여 재활용 가능성을 검토한 결과 재활용가능한 것으로 분석되었다. A feasibility study was made for recycling sewage treatment sludges into daily cover materials for municipal waste landfills or reclamation fill materials after treament using new stabilization/ solidification binder based on by-product lime from a soda ash producing plant. The new binder was more economical and more stable than the existing lime-based stabilization binder. Various physical and chemical leaching tests were made for raw sewage sludge, new binder material, and sewage sledge treated by the new binder. The treated sewage sludge was concluded to be suitable fur the daily cover material by comparing the test results with required specifications.

The observed yield point for p-type germanium were analysed by means of dislocation theory. The lower and upper yielding behavior of germanium may be summarized as follows. (1) The corresponding strain-rate dependent activation energies are 0.53eV for ?? (2) The semilogarithmic plot of ?? against the reciprocal temperature again yields straight lines with activation energies of 0.77 and 0.86eV at strain rates of ?? and ??, respectively.
Nanowire-Embedded Polymer Photomultiplication Type Photodiode Achieving EQE over 250,000%

In this work, a photomultiplication-type organic photodiode (PM-OPD) with a nanowire (NW)-embedded polymer morphology is introduced aiming prolonged carrier lifetime and enhanced carrier mobility, which contribute to more efficient gain generation. Well-defined NWs with low structural defects within P3HT:PC71BM (100:1 w/w) bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) active layer is achieved using a typical aging method. Transient photocurrent analyses show that the NW-embedded P3HT morphology suppresses electron detrapping from localized PC71BM, leading to prolonged minority carrier recombination time. Space charge limited current study shows that gradual increase in NW density in BHJ film can lead to increase of hole mobility along the vertical direction, due to increasing of efficient percolation pathways. Remarkable increase of EQE up to 250,000%, responsivity up to 1300 A W<SUP>-1</SUP> and high specific detectivity up to 6.3 × 10<SUP>13</SUP> Jones can be realized by embedding NW into conventional PM-OPD structure.

P형 실리콘의 낮은 항복점을 변형률 2×10 ? s ?와 5×10 ? s ?에서 조사했다. 변형률 2×10 ? s ?에 대응되는 할성화에너지는 0.8eV이고 변형률 2×10 ? s ?에 대응되는 활성화에너지는 0.9eV가 되었다. I investigated the lower yield point in p-type silicon, when strain rates varied between 5×10 ? s ? and 2×10 ? s ?. The corresponding strain-rate dependent on activation energies are 0.8ev for a?=2×10 ? s ? and 0.9ev for a?=2×10 ? s ?.

The harmonic oscillator can be used successfully as a model for many systems found in nature. In this paper, we have studied the motion of a harmonic oscillator, which is very important in classical and modern physics. We have discussed 3-dimenional haromnic oscillator with the use of cartesian coordinate system and with the use of spherical coordinate system. It is verified the that lowest possible energy of the oscillator is 1/2hν by using the uncertainty principle.
