텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 최신 구강건강 기술 특허 동향 분석

Objectives: This study analyzed technological trends by examining patents related to oral health and dentistry, and discussed patent utilization and research directions. Methods: The patent data (n=6,865) related to oral health and dentistry were collected from KIPRIS on July 31, 2023. The collected data were analyzed by text mining using Python 3.10. Results: Among the keywords (n=37,155) extracted from the invention titles, ‘device’ showed the highest frequency. In the time series frequency analysis, keywords such as ‘recording’, ‘3-dimensional’, ‘scanner’, and ‘image’ were absent from 2003 to 2007. However, the frequency of these keywords has been steadily increasing since 2008. Furthermore, ‘implant’, ‘orthodontics’, and ‘3-dimensional’ demonstrated relatively high influence in the network analysis (Degree centrality) relating to clinical aspects. Conclusion: In this study, the keyword, ‘method’ was the most influential. Technologies related to ‘orthodontics’ and ‘implants’ have also been consistently researched. Since 2008, ‘3-dimensional’ has been increasing in importance. The emergence of new technological terms highlights the increasing importance of digitization and visualization. The oral health and dentistry-related technological trends identified in the study are expected to serve as valuable foundational data for future patent analysis in Korea.

The purpose of this study was to assess the vascular changes after thermophysical therapies using ice pack and ultrasound, investgate the mechanism of peripheral vasodilation by sympathetic nerve, and to observe the effects of the ergotamine to the thermophysical therapy. The author had used 16 healthy rabbits which were divided into 2 groups : with and without administration of ergotamine. Experimental animals were sacrificed 5, 10, 20 minutes after experiment, and were examined with gross and stereoscope of resin casting blood vessel models. The results were as follows : 1. Vasodilation was not remarkably found in the group with administration of egrotamine after thermophysical therapy. 2. Vasodilation was remarkably found in the group without administration of ergotamine after thermophysical therapy. 3. Vasodilation was increased in the group without administration of ergotamine, but not remarkably found in the group with administration of ergotamine in lapse of time 4. Thermophysical therapy was most effective to arterioles. Our data suggest that the dilation of peripheral blood vessels from thermophysical therapy was controlled by sympathetic nerve, because the blood vessels did not changed after administration of ergotamines which was a sympathetic nerve blocker.
유네스코 세계유산을 활용한지역 창생과 한일관계 —OUV 해석 차를 중심으로—

ユネスコ文化遺産への登録とともに「顕著な普遍的価値(Outstanding Universal Value:以下OUV)」が付与された特定国家の歴史的産物と無形行為は、社会のアイデンティティ(Identity)を具現する文化として継承され、このように普遍的価値が公認された有·形無形文化は保存と活用の対象である文化遺産となる。ただし、文化遺産に対する価値認識は主体が誰なのか、どのような観点で見るのかによって異なることもあり、これによって国家間衝突の要素にもなる。このような相互衝突要素を内在した文化遺産にユネスコが付与した人類のOUV解釈を巡るその違いが、国家間衝突現象につながることもある。日本は東アジアで西欧以降、最初にユネスコ文化遺産登録によって得られる経済的利益とソフトパワー(soft power)効果を経験した国だ。敗戦後の経済発展と国際社会における外交力の向上は、世界各国の文化財事業とともに行われたと言える。文化財関連事業を通じて国際社会で肯定的な効果を経験した日本は、その後自国内の地域活性化政策に文化遺産を積極的に活用することになる。日本は、ユネスコという「国際的承認性」を備えた機関が付与した「国際的認定」が呼び起こす国内観光広報効果を最も積極的に念頭に置き、地域創生政策を進めたのだ。つまり、ユネスコ世界遺産をめぐる日本の動きは、日本的価値に対する世界の認定、すなわち世界普遍性獲得の試みと解釈できる。本稿は、グローバル時代において日本が注目したユネスコ文化遺産のOUVが日本地域社会に持つ意味を明らかにし、これを活用した地域創生方案に注目する。そしてOUVの解釈差異によって、一国の特定文化遺産が国家間紛争に拡大する原因を究明するものである。
Electrical characterization of InAs/GaAs quantum-dot infrared photodiodes

The electrical properties of InAs/GaAs quantum-dot infrared photodiodes (QDIP) were characterized by capacitance-voltage and deep-level transient spectroscopy measurements. The QDIP structures with self-assembled quantum dots (SAQDs) were grown in atomic layer epitaxy mode by using a molecular beam epitaxy method. The samples had ve-stacked SAQD layers on n+-GaAs substrates. In Si-doped InAs/GaAs QDIP structures, two electron deep levels of EC-0.52 eV with an emission cross section of 2.3 10cm2 and EC-0.57 eV with 4.5 1016 cm2 were observed by DLTS measurements. These two levels are associated with the excited and the ground states in the QD layers, respectively, and are in good agreement with the PL results. An interface state on the low-energy side was also measured, and this may be a source of leakage current.
