포토레지스트의 Dill 및 Mack 모델 파라미터 측정에 관한 연구

We measured the Dill and Mack model parameters that determine the exposure and development characteristics of photoresists, respectively. First, photoresist samples were prepared while altering the exposure dose, and changes in transmittance were measured. Analyzing these results, the Dill model parameters A, B, and C were determined. In particular, the exact solution of the Dill model equation was used to determine the C parameter. In addition, changes in thickness were measured as a function of development time for different exposure doses, and the Mack model parameters R min , R max , a, and n were determined using the results. We also determined parameter values for the reduced Mack model that uses only three parameters, R min , R max , and n. The root mean square error between the model predictions and the measured values for the photoresist thickness was found to increase slightly compared to the case using the original Mack model with four parameters.

[PURPOSE] The purposes of this study was to find out the changes in aerobic and anaerobic power, range of motion and isokinetic muscular strength of cyclists during winter training program combined with yoga program to design the program to improve the athletic performance of cyclists. [METHODS] 13 college male cyclists during winter training were divided into 2 groups. One group was for winter training combined with yoga training(n=7). The other group was for winter training alone(n=6). After 8 weeks of training, anaerobic power, aerobic power, range of motion, isokinetice strength were measured. [RESULTS] There was a significant difference(p<.05) between time in peak power and the peak power/body weight of anaerobic power ratio factors. There was a significant difference(p<.01) between time in the total amount of energy, exercise time, exercise distance, and heart rate of aerobic power factors. There was a significant difference in straight leg raising test, hip extension, trunk extension, and the front split out of range of motion(p<.01). There was a significant difference in right knee extensor between time and in the ratio of right and left ratio of knee flexor between group in peak torque of flexor and extensor of knee(p<.05). [CONCLUSIONS] We concluded that 8 week yoga program was necessary with winter training program for cyclists.

If the performance of the hybrid dehumidifier is reviewed, based on the average of the three-times values measured in KITECH from July to August, 2011,the inlet air condition(fresh air) is 26.0℃DB, 72.0%RH, 15323g/kg, dew point 20.6℃ and the outlet air condition(supply air) is 31.6℃DB, 16.4%RH, 4.73g/kg, dew point 3.1℃. And the following results are shown; air volume 7,825CMH. power consumption 54.28kw, cooling dehumidification capa. 55.58&kg/h, desiocant dehumidification capa. 38.08kg/h, total dehumidification capa. 93.66kg/h, coefficient of dehumidification 1.725kg/h. This coefficient of dehumidification is much higher than the standard value 0.7 kg/kWh of (32)Thermo-hygrostat"s Certified Technical Base and Measurement, Regulations about High Efficiency Equipment, No.2010-223 Announced by Ministry of Knowledge Economy. And in March this year, the reliability for the performance of the hybrid dehumidifier was verified through the minimum load operating. Green Certification(GT-11 -00311) was acquired on December 22, 2011.

To predict the general form of plant growth, this paper developed the logistic equation and the interpretation of theoretical models for plant growth. The important point of the growth curve in an individual, population and community is called as the half time (t_H). At this point, the growth rate is maximum. The theoretical maximum growth and productivity (K) estimated by growth gradients to be substigtued normal distribution equation. The basic concepts transformed the computer programming and application of the growth of pitch pine (Pinus rigida) planted in Jeonbug area and the growth of yeast population by Carlson data.
