        To predict the general form of plant growth, this paper developed the logistic equation and the interpretation of theoretical models for plant growth. The important point of the growth curve in an individual, population and community is called as the half time (t_H). At this point, the growth rate is maximum. The theoretical maximum growth and productivity (K) estimated by growth gradients to be substigtued normal distribution equation. The basic concepts transformed the computer programming and application of the growth of pitch pine (Pinus rigida) planted in Jeonbug area and the growth of yeast population by Carlson data.

      • 地衣植物 移植과 大氣汚染에 關한 生態學的 硏究

        Injury symptoms in lichen transplants have been correlated with the SO_2 concentration prevailing at their exposure site in the Jeonju area from May 8 to Oct. 1978. For this study bark-discs bearing lichens which were identified ten species, were cut out from an unpolluted region. These were attached in cut-out holes on wooden boards and they were fixed at a height of 1.5-3m on a tall tree at each of the 18 sites and in laboratory 20 bark discs treated with H_2SO_4 sol. from 0.1 ppm to 0.5 ppm concentration during same periods. The changes in lichens, especially, Parmelia austrosinensis, P. crinita and P. praesorediso a taking place in the different conditions were compared with respect to internal morphology, biomass, acetone soluble substances, and chlorophyll. The results indicate that the degrees of plasmolysis lead to 5% reduction and biomass values per unit area and the increased production acetone soluble substances of P. austrosinensis, P. crinita and P. praesorediosa were found to be decrosse at reduced levels of pollution. A similar observation has been made for the total damage of chlorophyll with respect to SO_2 pollution also. Taking the chlorophyll content of lichen thallus of control area to be 100 percent, the amount of chlorophyll in thallus of Zone 1, determined by comparing the height of its absorption peak at 663nm, was found to be 95% respectively. The severe injuries by H_2SO_4 sol. are appeared to develop following exposure to 0.3 ppm for 3 months. It should be emphasized that in an ecological study, where the long-range effect of pollution is being monitored with the help of a biological system. Hence, we may say that long-range average concentration of SO_2 below 0.02ppm causes respectively no injury to epiphytes in the Jeonju area.

      • 棲息地 環境에 依한 蓴菜의 生態遺傳的 變用에 關한 硏究

        The investigation was taken in an attempt to compare ecogenetic relationships of the water shield population by the environmental changes, mainly, related to the nitrogen and phosphorus components which were analysed from soil, water, and plant in eleven sites of the three ponds. Genetic variation in water shield population in elven sites were analysed in the Esterase and Acid Phosphatase by starch gel electrophoresis technique, and the frequencies of their enzyme loci were calculated. The genetic similarities and distances were calculated on the basis of their frequencies of enzyme loci, and environmental correlations of eleven sites were calculated on the basis of the amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus data. The results showed that environmental factors based on the change of amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus did not affect the catastrophic selection level concerning genetic variation and the genetic distances related to the frequencies of enzyme loci of water shield populations.

      • 이차원 스펙트럼법을 이용한 굴거리나무 개체군의 유형분석

        Two-dimensional spectral analysis is a general interrogative technique for describing all possible scale of pattern and detecting directional components in the spatial data. Spectral analysis is espdecially made using the autocorrelation-function, the periodogram, the R-spectrum and θ―spectrum. The periodogram represents spatial pattern of vegetation data so that it is possible to transform spatial spectrum. This study was carrired out spectral analysis to quantify the description of spatial pattern of Daphniphyllum population in the Naejang National Park. The results indicate strong deviation from random series for the pattern, reflecting an underlying structure of periodity 15.47m and two directional components(anisotropy). The importance of combining descriptive analysis with competition studies and further experiments to our understanding of vegetation structure and dynamics in this area should be investigated by spectral analysis.

        범세계적으로 추진되고 있는 기후변화협약, 저탄소 녹색성장, 신재생에너지 활용 등, 그린에너지 적용에 발맞추어 개발한 그린 하이브리드 열펌프 제습기는, 하절기에는 냉동기를 사용하여 외기공기를 증발기로 냉각제습을 하고, 응축기 폐열을 데시칸트제습기 재생열원으로 사용하므로, 기존의 데시칸트제습기 유닛의 전기히터로 재생히터를 사용하는 것이 없어지고, 순간 정전시의 안전에 특히 우수하고, 에너지를 40%이상 절감 가능하며, 동절기에는 열펌프를 이용하여 COP 3.0 이상으로 운전되므로 전기히터를 사용하는 것보다 50%이상의 에너지절감 효과가 가능하며, 외기기온이 5℃ 이하의 경우에는 제상이 필요하므로 이때에는 보조 전기히터를 적용하였으며, 이 보조히터는 빠른 시간에 실내온도를 올릴 때에도 유용하다. These days the world society applies the green energy system such as Green Growth of the Climate Change Convention and New Renewable Energy Application. GREEN Hybrid Heat Pump Dehumidifier is developed with this world's trend. In summer, by using the refrigerator, the outdoor air goes through the cooling dehumidification with an evaporator and the condenser waste heat is used as the react heat source of the desiccant dehumidification. Comparing with the existing desiccant dehumidifier unit that uses the electric react heater, GREEN Hybrid Heat Pump Dehumidifier is excellent for the safety during the moment blackout and the energy can be saved more than 40%. In winter, it is operated at more than 3.0 COP by using a heat pump, so the energy saving is better, up to 50%, than using the electric heater. When the outdoor air temperature is under 5℃, the defrosting is necessary. So, at this time, the supporting electric heater is applied and it is also needed to increase the temperature in a short time.

      • 葉型地衣植物의 集團 分布

        The purpose of the study was to investigate the natural association of lichen species by interrelated characters. The method employed was single linkage cluster analysis(SLCA), which is one of the SAHN clustering methods. The date were based on seven characters, which are morphological, anatomical and physiological, and the characters were taken from the foliose lichen thallus of 15 species collected on the Mt. Chilli. Correlation coefficients were computed for all of the paired characters and the resulting matrices were analysed by principal component analysis (PCA). The eigenvalue of the first component was 3.126 of all the variables, and the second one 3.096 affecting little more than 40% of them. The threshold values calculated by Eucidean distance revealed the minimum spanning tree, a cluster of which shoed Parmelia exsecta-Parmelia koyaensis and another one of which was Hypogymnia physodes-Dirinaria applanata.

      • 德裕山 葉狀地衣植物의 集落分析

        The epiphytic lichen communities analysed in terms of cluster analysis on forty two stands and eight environmental variables in Mt. Duckyoo. Ordination of stand and species by principal component analysis (PCA) and sum of square algorithm (SSA) gave similar results. Species cluster showed three groups (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ) and stand cluster revealed three groups (A, B, C). Interaction of stand and species cluster was interpreted by analysis of concentration technique. The results indicated a significant cluster structure at the level of different environmental variable.

      • MWPECVD법에 의해 (220)면으로 배향된 다이아몬드막의 합성

        메탄농도를 변화시킴에 따라 실리콘(100) 기판 위에 성장된 다이아몬드막의 집합조직을 SRD, SEM 및 Raman 분광기를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 산소플라즈마 에칭은 SEM으로 다이아몬드막을 관찰하는데 매우 유용하였다. 수소에 대한 메탄의 농도가 4%로 성장된 다이아몬드막의 단면은 주상의 다결정으로 나타났다. 주상의 다이아몬드 결정은 Raman 스펙트럼의 반가폭이 4.6㎝^(-1)인 질 좋은 다이아몬드였고, (220)면으로 배향되었다. 또한 성장시간이 길어짐에 따라 배향성이 증가되었다. As methane concentration was varied, the textures of diamond films deposited on Si(100)substrate could be observed by XRD. SEM and Raman spectroscope. As a result, O₂plasma etching has been useful t o observe microscopic structure of diamond films by SEM. The cross section of diamond films deposited on Si( 100)substrate with 4% concentration of methane t o hydrogen was a polycrystal like a pillar. The diamond crystal like a pillar has been oriented to (220)surface and the high quality diamond with FWHM of Raman spectra being 4.6 cm^{-1} has been grown. As time goes by deposition time, the preferred orientation increases.
