        신유혈(腎兪穴)의 침자극(鍼刺戟)과 황기약침(黃기藥鍼)이 실험용 생쥐의 면역활성 Cytokine인 IL-4 유전자발현에 미치는 영향

        Acupuncture and Radix Astragali aqua-acupuncture stimuli have many been used to cure human diseases. However, it still remains to be unknown on its action mechanism, physiolosical and biochemical aspects. Thus, many attempts were made to show the scientific background covering the above mentioned mechanisms. Most recent studies show that these tests improve blood circulatory system and increase leucocyte counts. In this study, we have applied the acupuncture stimuli to mouse Synsu(BL23), which is a stimulative point of oriental medicine, to see if cytokine such as IL-4 can be detected. Mice were treated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS) for inflammation induction, and then reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) using each primer set was performed to trace the amounts of mRNA. The results are summarized as follow; 1. IL-4 was expressed in LPS-nontreated mouse at 30min after acupuncture-stimuli, however, hardly expressed in after 1, 2hrs. 2. IL-4 was continuously expressed in LPS-treated mouse at 30min to 3hrs after acupuncture-stimuli, especially highly expressed at 30 to 60min. And IL-4 was a little decreased after 3hrs but was continuosly expressed. 3. IL-4 was highly expressed in LPS-nontreated mouse at 15min after Radix Astragali aqua-acupuncture stimuli, and expression of IL-4 gradually decreased at 30min to 3hrs. 4. IL-4 was gradually expressed in LPS-treated mouse at 30min to 3hrs after Radix Astragali aqua-acupuncture stimuli, especially highly expressed after 1hr. Therefore, IL-4 in LPS-treated mouse was expressed more effectively than that of LPS-nontreated mouse after acupuncture and Radix Astragali aqua-acupuncture stimuli. And in LPS-treated mouse IL-4 after Radix Astragali aqua-acupuncture stimuli was expressed more effectively than after acupuncture stimuli. On the other hand, now, we are in progress to elucidate the immunological action mechanism of acupuncture and Radix Astragali aqua-acupuncture stimuli. And cytokine IL-4 can be used not only basis of the effect of acupuncture and Radix Astragali aqua-acupuncture but a diagnostic guide through the immunological actions of those.

        鍼灸法을 利用하여 治療한 近視에 對한 臨床的 硏究

        韓醫學에서 눈이란 "諸脈者 皆屬於目"으로 理解하여 왔으며 특히 肝과 關聯이 있는 것으로 보았다. 또한 눈의 症狀中의 하나인 近視 역시 이러한 脈絡으로 이해하여 왔으며 陽氣不足을 도와 症狀을 緩和시켰던 것이다. 이러한 理論을 바탕으로 鍼灸法을 이용한 近視 矯正을 施行한 結果 25名의 近視 患者中 11名(44%)이 顯著한 效果를 나타내었고 10名(40%)이 效果가 있었으며 4名(10%)은 變化가 없었고 1名(4%)은 低下된 결과를 얻게 되었다. 한편 施術 結果에 따른 眼鏡을 着用하지 않은 상태에서 施術을 받은 患者가 眼鏡을 着用하고 生活하는 患者보다 回復率이 2.5배 이상 높았으며 施術의 回復度와 年齡 間에는 相關關係가 없는 것으로 나타났다. This thesis is carry out to demonstrate the effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on the near-sighted patient on the clinical bases by treating 25 near-sighted patients using Acupuncture and Moxibustion method, the following results were obtained ; 1. The effectiveness of treatment from the near-sightedness were about 84% 2. The Study also show that the degree of effectiveness among the near-sighted patients were found much more effective with patients not-wearing glasses than patients wearing glasses. 3. the clinical Study found no significant difference between the different age group among patients Through these results, it cleanly demonstrate that the treatment of near-sightedness by using the Acupuncture and Moxibustion were very effective method regardless of their ages.

        황백 열수추출물의 항산화활성과 아질산염 소거작용에 관한 연구

        생체내에서 세포막에 존재하는 인지질 및 당지질과 혈관에 존재하는 지질은 산소와 결합하여 과산화물을 만들고 이들의 연속반응에 의하여 alcohol류, aldehyde류, keton류 등을 생성하여 생체내에서 DNA를 손상시켜 암을 유발하기도 하며, 세포의 노화와도 관련이 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 황백(Phellodendron amurense Rupr.)의 열수추출물에 대하여 유지에 대한 항산화성 및 발암물질로 알려진 nitrosamine의 전구체인 아질산염의 소거효과를 검토하였다. 실험 결과 황백 추출물의 농도에 따른 항산화 효과는 농도가 증가할수록 증가하였으며, 전 농도별에서 높은 항산화 효과를 나타내었고, 시간 경과에 따른 항산화 효과에 있어서도 유도기의 연장 효과가 상당히 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 황백 추출물은 합성 항산화제인 BHT 및 ascorbic acid보다는 항산화력이 약간 저하하는 것으로 나타났으나 천연 항산화제인 α-tocopherol보다는 아주 우수한 것으로 나타났고, 금속이온 봉쇄효과에 있어서는 linoleic acid에 황백 추출물과 Fe³+ 및 Zn²+을 첨가한 구가 황백 추출물의 무첨가구보다 항산화 효과가 아주 우수한 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 추출물의 농도가 증가할수록 항산화 효과도 우수한 것으로 나타나 금속이온 봉쇄력이 강한 것으로 나타났다. 아질산염 소거효과에 있어서는 ph 1.2 강산성 조건하에서는 농도의 증가와 더불어 반응시간이 경과함에 따라 크게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to investigate the antioxidant activity and nitrite scavenging action of the water extract from Phellodendron amurense Rupr. There were antioxidative effects on all of the concentrations, and antioxidative effect was fair in high concentration of extract. The extract was not as good as antioxidative action of the synthetic antioxidants, butylated hydroxytoluene and ascorbic acid; however, the one was superior to that of natural antioxidant, α-tocopherol. Also, antioxidative effect of the extract was predominant in case of the addition of metals such as Fe³+ and Zn²+ Nitrite scavenging effect was increased with higher concentration of extract, and the effect was the most remarkable at pH 1.2 among various pH region examined. However, nitrite scavenging effect of the extract decreased with higher pH conditions. These results indicated that the extract can be used for antioxidative agents in oriental medicines.

        『鄕藥集成方』에 인용된 仲景書 條文에 대하여

        The textual comments on Shanghanlun and Jinguiyaolue were found in Hyangyakjipsung-bang, the representative medical book in the early period of Choson Dynasty. In all 57 chapters of the book, 17 chapters are related to those comments, and only one comment is quoted from all chapters except the chapter of "Shanghaniun" and "Jinguiyaolue". As classified the comments by citation order, Jinguifang had 14 comments, Zhangzhongjing had 7 comments, Zhangzhongjing had 4 omments, and Jinguiyuhan had 1 comment. Comparing to the present version, 16 comments were qouted from Jinguiyaolue and 7 comments were quoted from hanghanlun and 1 comment was quoted from Jinguiyuhanjing, but the source of 2 comments were not identified. Especially the 1 comment from Jinguiyuhanjing not only shows the importing date of the book into Korea, but also proofs the importance of the book which can refute the supposed source of the book as a reprint by Chenshijie in China. This results showed that Zhangzhongjing's books, which has imported before the early period of Chosun Dynasty, had an influence on Korean Medicine. As a result, further research on the medical books in the early period of Chosun Dynasty excepting Hyangyakjipsung-bang will be necessary.

        황금 및 황련 열수추출물의 아질산염 소거작용에 관한 硏究

        자연 식품 및 이의 가공 과정에서 발암 물질의 생성 가능성에 대해 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있는데, 그 중에서도 특히 nitrosamine은 ppm 수준의 낮은 농도에서도 암을 유발할 수 있고 또한 이의 전구물질인 2급 amine과 아질산을 섭취했을 때 위내에서 nitrosamine이 생합성 될 수 있기 때문에 환경적 발암인자로 중요시되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항암작용이 있는 한약재로 널리 쓰이고 있는 황금과 황련에 대하여 화학적 발암물질로 알려진 nitrosamine의 전구체인 아질산염의 소거효과를 검토하였다. 즉 2mM NaNO_2에 황련 및 황금의 열수추출물을 첨가하고 37℃에 저장하여 아질산염 소거효과를 검토한 결과 황금과 황련 모두 pH1.2강산성 조건하에서 농도의 증가와 더불어 반응시간이 경과함에 따라 아질산염의 소거효과가 크게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 pH4.2 및 6.0 조건에서는 농도 및 반응시간의 경과에 따라 소거효과가 증가하지만 pH1.2의 강산성 조건에 비해서는 미약한 것으로 나타났다. This study was carried out to investigate the nitrite scavenging action of the water extract obtained from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. and Coptis chinensis Franch. All of the extracts were about 40 - 85% in the nitrite scavenging effect under pH 1.2 condition. There was significant difference among concentration of extracts. Otherwise, nitrite scavenging effect of the extracts decreased with higher pH condition. In addition, the effect was the most remarkable at pH 1.2 among various pH regions examined, and it was increased with higher concentration of extracts in the course of reaction time of 30 minute to 1 hour.

        傷寒論과 東醫壽世保元의 桂枝類方과 麻黃類의 處方證에 대한 비교 연구

        This study was performed to reveal something different and same aspects between Guizhi-tang, Mahuang-tang were made by Zhang Zhong Jing and Huangqiguizhi-tang, Chuanxiongguizhi-tang, Mahuangfabiao-tang, Mahuangdingchuan-tang were made by Li Ji Ma. As a result, something different and same aspects were revealed as follows. 1. Zhang Zhong Jing used Guizhitang when prople had fever and chills with perspiration and used Mahuang-tang when people had fever and chills without perspiration. But, the former Li Ji Ma used Huangqiguizhi-tang originated from Guizhitang to Shaoyinren and the latter used Guizhi-tang or Chuanxiongguizhi-tang originate from Guizhi-tang to Shaoyinren and used Mahuangfabiao-tang originated from Mahuang-tang to Taiyinren. 2. Astragalus membranaceus, Angelica sinensis, Polygonum multiflorum in Huangqiguizhi-tang strengthen zhihan(止汗), lianyinbuxie(斂陰補血) that are the function of Paeonia lactiflora, Zizyphus jujuba var. inermis in the Guizhitang and Atractylodes chinensis, Cnidium officinale, Citrus unshiu in Chuanxiongguizhi-tang strengthen fahan (發汗), quxie(祛邪), kaiyu(開??), that are the function of Cinnamomum cassia, Zingiber officinale in Guizhitang. 3. To Shaoyinren, continuous sweat is a serious ill. In spite of Shaoyinren need perspiration when feels fever and chill without perspiration. And this time Li Ji Ma drug Guizhi-tang or Chuanxiongguizhi-tang. 4. Mahuangfabiao-tang originated from Mahuang-tang of weight and importance was chill without perspiration and pain in the body and Mahuangdingchuan-tang originated from Mahuang-tang of weight and importance was asthma. If Shaoyinren had Wangyang-zheng(亡陽證) or Yukuang-zheng (??狂證) with respiratory symptom just like asthma, we could annex Perilla frutescens, Magnolia officinalis, Pinellia ternata, Arisaema amurense var. serratum, Terminalia chebula, Citrus auranatium, Sinapis alba.
