      • 노인 뇌경색 환자(70세 이상)의 임상적 특징에 관한 연구

        Stroke is one of the most important diseases in the elderly, but studies on the elderly stroke(age ≥70 years) are rare. The authors evaluated clinical characteristics of ischemic stroke in the elderly and compared them with those in the young(age ≤69). The conclusion obtained are as follows. 1. The strokes with multiple risk factors and combined diseases were more common in the elderly than in the young. 2. Middle cerebral artery territory was most frequently involved in the two groups, but vertebrobasilar territory was more frequently involved in the elderly than in the young. 3. The incidence of recurrent stroke and pathogenesis did not differ significantly between the two groups. 4. Among the complications, urogenital diseases were more common in the elderly than in the young.

      • Irbesartan과 Lercanidipine의 병용요법이 고혈압 및 혈관재형성에 미치는 효과

        Hypertension is one of the major risk factor for cardiovascular disease and can lead to or make worse many complications, heart disease, atherosclerosis and diabetes. Thus, managing blood pressure effec tively using therapeutic drugs such as angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) and Ca2+ channel blocker (CCB) can be prevent other complications. Therefore, we investigated the synergistic effect of these two drugs, ir besartan and lercanidipine, for antihypertension, cardioprotection and antidiabetes. Irbesartan (28.74 mg/kg, 14.37 mg/kg) or lercanidipine (1.92 mg/kg, 0.96 mg/kg) alone or combination was administered to sponta-neously hypertensive rats (SHRs) and C57BL/6 mice. A two-week treatment of combination with irbesartan and lercanidipine significantly attenuated systolic blood pressure (SBP) and mean arterial pressure (MAP) compared with monotherapy. Futhermore. the combination therapy protected myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury more effectively than monotherapy. In vascular remodeling, combination therapy significantly diminished cuff -induced neointima formation and reduced serum -indllced vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) pro-liferation compared with monotherapy. However, combination therapy had no significant synergistic effect of blood glucose regulation. Taken together, present study suggest that the combination therapy of irbesartan and lercanidipine may be more effective therapeutic strategy for the treatment of hypertension and related complications, myocardial infarction and arterial restenosis than monotherapy

        As changing construction environment, we have come to need rational, systematic and transparent in construction industry. Recently, MOCT (Ministry of Construction & Transportation) in Korea has announced the relation laws and policies regarding an introduction of CM(Construction Management) system and operation plan. In the future, the production method of construction industry in the large scale construction companies, the middle size construction companies, and the specialty and small size construction companies become to change with the cooperation relationship which is more strongly and friendly. In this study, observe the character and role of construction industry. In order to consider application possibility of CM. After analyzed construction schedule as the time management, quality management, and the safety management, etc in the selected construction site, executed the time schedule and prime cost analysis which leads the business improvement against.

        This Paper treats on the Method for robust pitch tracking on neural oscillator. We used the method which was modified LEGION(Locally Exitator Globally Inhibitory Oscillator Network) algorithm for neural oscillator. The proposed pitch tracking method was evaluated on a man and woman's clean voice which was recoded in the lab and news reporter's voice which has noice signal.

      • Bacillus sphaericus ts-U311의 단백질 합성변화의 전기영동적 분석

        Bacillus sphaercus 1593 K-5와 ts-U311의 총 세포 단백질을 전기영동적인 방법으로 비교했다. 1. B. sphaercus 1593 K-5와 ts-U311의 총 단백질간에는 분자량과 등전점에서 많은 차이가 있었으나,동일 균주에서는 성장온도 변화에 따른 단백질 양상에서 거의 차이가 없었다. 2.B.sphaericus 1593 K-5는 분자량이 최고 225Kd에서 최저 13Kd에 걸쳐 총 26개 밴드가 분리되었고,ts-U311 은 최고 220K 달톤에서 최저 13.5K달톤까지 24개 밴드가 분리되었드며, 두 균주의 단백질은 분자량이 150,94,77,57,40,32,19Kd인 곳에서 존재유무와 양에 차이가 있었다. 3. B.sphaericus 1593 K-5 ts-U311은 pH 4.2에서 pH 4.8 사이에서 등전점을 가지는 단백질이 이차원젤상에 나타나지 않았으나, B.sphaericus 1593 K-5는 진하게 염색된 4번과 5번 단백질 점이 나타났다. 4. 이차원젤 상에서 두 균주의 단백질 종류의 차이점은 다음과 같다. 4번,5번,12번,19번,20번,21번은 B.sphaericus 1593 K-5에 존재하나 ts-U311에는 없었고, 36번,37번,38번,39번은 ts-U311에는 존재하지만 B.sphaericus 1593 K-5에는 없었다. 또한,3번,6번,27번,28번,29번,35번은 단백질의 양에서 차이가 있었고,여러 곳에서 전개위치가 약간씩 다르게 나타났다. 5.B.sphaericus 1593 K-5의 단백질 중에서 분자량이 150Kd인 것이 독소인 것으로 확인되었고 ts-U311에서는 이 단백질이 없었다. 생체검정시험에서도 B.sphaericus 1593 K-5는 강력한 독성을 보였지만 ts-U311은 전혀 독성이 없었다. Protein syntheses by B. sphaericus 1593 wild type strain and ts-U311 mutant were studied by gel electrophoretic analysis. The protein patterns of the two strains were different in the molecular weight bands of 150,94,77,57,40,32 and 19 kilodaltons by SDS-polyacryl-amide gel electrophoresis analysis. In the isoelectric-focusing the proteins from B. sphaericus ts-U311 were not banded in the pH ranges 4.2 to 4.8 In the analysis of two-dimentional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis the wild type strain had number 4,5,12,19,20 and 21 sptted proteins, but the ts-U311 did not. Number 36,37,38 and 39 spotted proteins were produced from the proteins of ts-U311,but the wild type strain did not. The 150 Kd protein from B.sphaericus wild type strain was toxic to the larvae of Culex pipiens, but it was not produced from the B.sphaericus ts-U311.

        최근 급변하는 건설환경 속에서 건설업체의 기능의 분화, 전문화 등이 CM도입 추세에 맞춰 더욱 가속화 되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전문 건설업종 중의 하나인 도장공사에 있어서의 CM 개념을 도입한 업무관리 절차 개선에 따른 공정조정 및 개선을 통해 도장공사의 원가절감 효과를 도모하였다. Recently, as changing construction environment, we have come to need rational systematic and transparent in construction industry. In other to consider application possibility of CM in specialty construction, the coating with paint work. After analyzed construction schedule as the time management, etc executed the time schedule and prime cost analysis which leads the business improvement against.

        치아우식증 수복용 북합레진의 개발과 치아 적합성에 관한 연구 제1편 : 치과용 복합레진의 개발과 기계적 성질의 평가에 관한 연구

        An esthetic and permanent restorative materials that could be placed directly into the cavities prepared in anterior teeth would be an important contribution to dental practice and public well-being. This studies were planned to produce some experimental composite resins with the evaluation of literatures related to manufacture processes of it. It was assumed that through this studies we wish to get some fundamental data using for the domestic production of commercial dental composite resins with the confirmation of manufacturing process repoted by forein researchs, and to evaluate the physical properties of it. Summarized manufacturing process used in this studies include the synthesis of BIS-GMA inlaboratory, the silanization of fillers, and the its incorporation into prepared BIS-GMA resin to make two paste system. As a first research project, its usefulness as a composite resin and characteristics under the some experimental conditions were evaluated by the measurements of hardening time, compressive strength, diametral tensile strength, and elastic modulus, and the observation of surface using SEM. Following conclusions were drawn: 1. Concentration control of initiator and accelerator from 2% to 4% resulted the working time ranged from 0.33 minutes to 1.00 minute and the setting time from 1.66 minute to 5 minutes. 2. Compressive strength of unfilled resins was highest on KM-33 specimens, diametral tensile strength were decreased by rise of accelerator contents, but it was increased by the rised content of initiator. 3. Higher storage temperature made all of experimental resins became excellent ones. 4. By the incorporation of filler, resins become harder and stronger with the higher values of measurement, but it was decreased by the long term immersion in water. 5. Both of filled and unfilled resins showed the higher dimetral tensile strength over each allowable values of American Dental Specification.

      • 포스트-텐션 프리캐스트 외부 넓은 보-기둥 접합부의 비탄성 거동

        Experimental results from the cycle lateral load tests for post-tensioned precast wide beam-column connections were presented. Six exterior beam-column assemblages of half scale were tested in the laboratory. The specimens consist of U-shaped precast wide beams and concrete columns. The continuity at the beam-column joint is achieved with the topping concrete and post-tensioning. The specimens were designed with parameters of the beam-to-column depth ration and the number of tendons within column core. The test results showed that the post-tensioned precast wide beam-column connection satisfied the provisional standard by ACI of acceptance criteria for concrete special moment frames.
