        태권도 시범 관련 연구 동향 분석

        본 연구는 2016년부터 2023년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 태권도 시범 관련 문헌을 발행연도, 연구주제, 연구대상, 연구방법에 따라 분류하여 최근 태권도 시범 관련 연구 동향을 확인한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 태권도 시범 관련 연구 동향은 총222편 중 2020년 35편(15.8%), 2021년 35편(15.8%), 2019년 32편(14.4%), 2018년 28편(12.6%), 2023년 28편(12.6%), 2022년 26편(11.7%), 2017년 22편(9.9%), 2016년 16편(7.2%) 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구주제에 따른 연구 동향을 살펴본 결과 스포츠심리학 107편(48.2%), 스포츠사회학 49편(22.1%), 운동생리학 22편(9.9%), 운동역학 12편(5.4%), 스포츠경영학 8편(3.6%), 스포츠교육학 8편(3.6%), 스포츠의학7편(3.2%), 스포츠철학 6편(2.7%), 체육사 3편(1.4%) 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구대상에 따른 분석 결과 선수 107편(48.2%), 혼합 34편(15.3%), 문헌 29편(13.1%), 지도자 22편(9.9%), 중·고등학생 14편(6.3%), 관람객 6편(2.7%), 성인 3편(1.4%), 심판 3편(1.4%), 초등학생 3 편(1.4%), 학부모 1편(0.5%) 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구방법에 따른 연구 동향 분석 결과에서는 양적연구 151편(68.0%), 질적연구 70 편(31.5%), 혼합연구 1편(0.5%)으로 나타났다. 이상의 내용을 종합해 볼 때 태권도 시범 연구는 특정 주제와 양적연구에 편중되어 있었다. 따라서, 태권도 시범의 발전을 위해서는 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구방법 등 복합적인 측면을 고려한 후속 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This study classified literature related to Taekwondo demonstrations published in domestic academic journals from 2016 to 2023 according to publication year, research topic, research object, and research method, and identified recent research trends related to Taekwondo demonstrations. As a result, the following results were derived. First, as a result of checking research trends related to Taekwondo demonstrations, a total of 222 research results were published. By year, 35 articles (15.8%) were published in 2020, 35 articles (15.8%) in 2021, 32 articles (14.4%) in 2019, 28 articles (12.6%) in 2018, and 28 articles (12.6%) in 2023. , 26 papers (11.7%) were published in 2022, 22 papers (9.9%) in 2017, and 16 papers (7.2%) in 2016. Second, as a result of examining research trends by research topic, sports psychology followed with 107 papers (48.2%), sports sociology with 49 papers (22.1%), and exercise physiology with 22 papers (9.9%). Twelve papers (5.4%) were published on exercise mechanics. Next were sports management and sports education, with 8 each (3.6%), followed by sports medicine with 7 (3.2%), sports philosophy with 6 (2.7%), and physical education with 3 (1.4%). Third, as a result of analysis according to research subjects, 107 articles (48.2%) were on athletes, 34 articles (15.3%) on mixed subjects, 29 articles on literature (13.1%), 22 articles on leaders (9.9%), 14 articles on middle and high school students (6.3%), There were 6 films for audiences (2.7%), 3 films for adults (1.4%), 3 films for judges (1.4%), 3 films for elementary school students (1.4%), and 1 film for parents (0.5%). Fourth, the results of research trend analysis according to research method showed 151 quantitative studies (68.0%), 70 qualitative studies (31.5%), and 1 mixed studies (0.5%). In summary, the Taekwondo pilot study was focused on specific topics and quantitative research. Therefore, in order to develop Taekwondo demonstrations, it is believed that follow-up research is needed considering complex aspects such as research subjects, research topics, and research methods.

        Zero Voltage Switching을 이용한 저전압 DC/DC 컨버터의 고집적회로 설계

        본 논문은 휴대용 기기를 위한 고효율의 저전압용 DC/DC 컨버터의 고집적회로에 관한 연구이다. 컨버터의 모든 능동 소자들은 0.65$\mu\textrm{m}$표준 CMOS 공정을 사용하여 단일 칩으로 구현하였다 수종 소자들의 크기를 줄이기 위해서 1MHz의 주파수에서 동작하며 높은 주파수에서 의스위칭 손실을 최소화하기 위하여 ZVS 방식으로 설계하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 출력 전압이 2V일때 1W의 출력을 가지며 full 부하에서 95%의 효율을 보였다. This paper presents the VLSI design of highly efficient low voltage DC/DC converter for portable devices. All active devices are integrated on a single chip using a standard 0.65$\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS process. The converter operates at the switching frequency of 1MHz for reducing the size of passive elements and uses a ZVS for minimizing the switching loss at high frequency. Simulation results show that the circuit can achieve a 95% efficiency when the output voltage is controlled to be 2V with the load of lW.

        Quantification of Limb Bradykinesia in Patients with Parkinson’s Disease using a Gyrosensor – Improvement and Validation

        The purpose of this study is to develop a more convenient system for measurement of hand rotation, and to validate the system by correlation of performance indices derived from the system with the bradykinesia score of hand rotation movement during on-medication state. Forty patients with Parkinson's disease and 14 age-matched control subjects participated in this study. The measurement system was developed using a ceramic gyroscope that is significantly smaller and lighter than those in the literature. The sensor signal was bandpass filtered and action tremor was eliminated by additional lowpass filtering (fc=5Hz) with automated tremor discrimination. Four performance indices (RMS velocity and RMS angle, peak power and total power) were derived from the angular velocity signal. Correlations of performance indices with clinical scores and difference of performance indices among subject groups were investigated. Correlations of all performance indices were far better with bradykinesia score of hand rotation (best r=-.78) than with the other categorized subscores of UPDRS (bradykinesia subscore, axial symptom subscore, and total motor score; best r=-.64). Elimination of action tremor resulted in improvement in correlations of RMS velocity and total power with bradykinesia score for hand rotation (r=-.84 from -.81). Differences between low scores were greater in total power and differences between high scores were greater in RMS velocity, suggesting that use of more than one PI would be beneficial for diagnosis of a wide range of patients. The convenient sensor system, action tremor elimination, and performance indices suggested in this study are expected to be useful in clinical situations.

        Diffuse Well-Differentiated 림프구형 림프종에 대한 임상적고찰

        Diffuse well-differentiated lymphocytic lymphoma is a relatively rare form of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. We have observed 9 cases of diffuse well-differentiated lymphocytic lymphoma from March 1980 to September 1989. The mean age was 42.4 years, with a male to female ratio of 2:1 Peripheral lymphadenopathy was found in 3 cases and extranodal manifestation was noted in 8 cases, and 6 cases were originated from extranodal sites: colon in 2 cases, ileum, conjunctiva, tonsil, testis in 1 case respectively. On admission, clinical stage was as follows: stage Ⅰ in 5 cases, stage Ⅱ in 2 cases, stage Ⅲ in 1 case, and stage Ⅳ in 1 case. All stage Ⅰ except one patient were treated by radiotherapy and 3 patients were treated with combination chemotherapy. Two cases were relapsed 4 and 62 months after treatment with histologic conversion to diffuse poorly differentiated type. 5 patients are still alive in 12, 20, 23, 41, 57 months with no evidence of disease.
