        젊은 노년층의 운동지속의지에 대한 참여동기와 참여만족의 영향력

        본 연구의 목적은 젊은 노년층의 운동참여에 대한 참여동기, 참여만족이 지속적참여의지에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지를 밝히는 것이다. 연구대상은 60-70세 노년층으로 총 305부의 설문지를 실제 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 자료처리는 Window용 SPSS 통계 Package 15.0 Version을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계, 위계적 회귀분석 방법을 실시하였다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 노인들의 참여만족에 영향을 주는 요인으로 배우자와 내적동기가 가장 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 위계적 순서로는 내적동기가 가장 높으며, 배우자가 그 다음 순으로 중요도 순위가 결정된다. 둘째, 노인들의 지속적참여의지에 영향을 주는 요인으로 내적동기, 무동기, 참여만족이며, 그 중 내적동기가 가장 높으며, 참여만족, 그리고 무동기 순으로 중요도 순위가 결정된다. The purpose of this study was examined effect of participation motivation and participation satisfaction on exercise adherence intention of young-old age. The subjects were a total 305 people that they were participate in the regular exercise. The collected data were analyzed frequency, descriptive statistics, correlation and hierarchical regression analysis using the SPSS-Win 15.0 program. The results of hierarchical regression analysis were appeared as follows. According to the results of hierarchical regression analysis, significant factors influencing participation satisfaction were spouse and intrinsic motivation. Secondly, according to the results, significant factors influencing exercise adherence intention were intrinsic motivation, amotivation, participation satisfaction. It is important that exercise adherence intention is main factor to intrinsic motivation on the young-old elderly.

        RBAC(Rle Based Access Control) is more flexible and fine control than the discretionary and mandatory access controls that are currently popular used. Therefore, RBAC will be used in commercial and governmental sectors such as financial, enterprise, and etc. A workflow registry which is developed to share a process definition between enterprises on Web has not function for authorization to users. And Data can be deleted or modified by unauthorized users because all users can handle it. In this paper, we apply a RBAC to a workflow registry. So only authorized users can use functions given a role. Therefore unauthorized users can't delete or modify a data. According to this system, we will increase efficiency and security.

        The purpose of this study is to identify a relationship between life events which students experience and academic achievement. To achieve this purpose. 1) the concepts of life conceptual frame, the effects of life events on academic achievement of students were considered on both positive and negative perspectives. 2) On the vase of this conceptual frame, the effects of life events on academic achievement of students were considered on both positive and negative perspective. 3) and finally, the mediational variables between life events and academic achievement were found out. Through this study, the relationship between life events and academic achievement were found out. Through this study, the relationship between life events and academic achievement was identified that life events didn't effect on academic achievement directly, but There were following mediation variables between life events academic achievement. 1) Type of life events 2) Frequency and degree of life event 3) Individual traits such as personality 4) Social support 5) Individual perception and evaluation

      • 활성슬럿지법에 의한 탄화수소 함유 폐수의 정화

        Activated sludge process which has been widely applied t o the treatment of waste-water was slightly modified to remove hydrocarbons from wastewater. The process of wastewater treatment consisted of two consecutive reactors. Cells of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus were first cultivated in synthetic wastewater containing 3% (W/V) of hydrocarbons. The resulting culture was then exposed to acclimatized active sludge. Hydrocarbon concentrations of the effluent from the process were 0.19-0.21% (W/V). The contents of suspended solid were reduced to 17-53 ㎎/l. The data imply that A. calcoaceticus can be used for the treatment of wastewater containing hydrocarbons.

        청국장의 제조방법에 따른 향미 증진 효과

        청국장 제조를 위한 분리균은 포자형성율이 높은 Bacillus subtilis로 대사력이 활발한 대수증식기의 것을 콩에 1,000CFU/g 이상의 균수를 접종하여 40℃와 상대습도 90%에서 배양하면 발효가 빠르게 진행되었다. 발효가 종료되면 포자형성율이 95% 이상 되어야 저온의 후숙과정에서 재번식이 쉽게 일어나지 않았으며 발효취는 발효 중에서만 형성되었다. 중립콩과 대립콩의 발효율이 가장 좋았다. 저온의 후숙과정은 5℃에서 1∼2일 후 경과하면 Bacillus subtilis는 더 이상의 증식이 일어나지 않고 발효취가 소멸되므로 저온의 유통과정을 거쳐야 불쾌취가 없는 구수한 청국장의 맛을 유지할 수 있었다. The strain isolated for making chungkuk-jang was Bacillus subtilis, which formed spore with 98% ratio. Logarithmical culture was inoculated (1,000 CFU /g) to the steamed soybeans and at the optimum fermentation conditions(40℃, RH 90%), fermentation progressed very rapidly and synchronously. Fermentation time was 24 hours on the optimum fermentation conditions. During activated fermentation, chungkuk-jang's aroma and flavor created. After finishing the fermentation, the spore forming ratio was 95% and replenishment was not occured easily during aging at the below 5℃.

        In order to obtain some new anticancer agents, authors synthesized N^4-(2-amino-3-cyano-5-methylpyrazine 1-oxide)-N^1-(4, 6-dimethyl-2-pyrimidinyl) sulfanilamide, N^4-(2-amino-3-cyano-5-methylpyrazine 1-oxide)-N^1-(2, 4-dimethoxy-4-pyrimidinyl) sulfanilamide, N^4-(2-amino-3-cyano-5-methylpyrazine 1-oxide)-N^1-(5-methyl-1.3.4-thiadiazol-2-yl)sulfanilamide by condensing 2-amino-3-cyano-5-chloromethylpyrazine 1-oxyide and sulfamethazine, sulfadimethoxine and sulfamethizole, respectively. we also synthesized N^4-〔2-amino-4-thio(3H)-6-methyl pteridine 8-oxide〕-N^1-(4, 6-dimethyl-2-pyrimidinyl)sulfanilamide, N^4-〔2-amino-4-thio(3H)-6-methylpteridine 8-oxide〕-N^1-(2, 4-dimethoxy-4-pyrimidinyl)sulfanilamide and N^4-〔2-amino-4-thio(3H)-6-methylpteridine 8-oxide〕-N^1-(5-methyl-1.3.4-thiadiazol-2-yl)sulfanilamide, respectively.

      • 7β-(5-Phenyl-2H-Tetrazolyl-2-Acetamido) Cephalosporanic Acid의 合成 및 抗菌作用에 관한 硏究

        7β-(5-Phenyl-2H-tetrazolyl-2-acetamido) cephalosporanic acid was synthesized by condensation of 7-aminocephalosporanic acid(7-ACA) with(5-phenyl-2H-tetrazol-2-yl) acetyl chloride. This compound was tested for antimicrobial activity in vitro against Bacillus licheniformis ATCC 14580, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Candida albicans ATCC 10231, Escherichia coli ESS, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Pseudomonas aeruginosa IFO 13130, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923, Staphylococcus aureuss FDA-209p and Salmonella typhimurium SL 1102. This compound revealed excellent antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Micrococcus luteus ATCC 9341, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 and Staphlococcus aureus FDA 209p. This compound have no antimicrobial activity against Candida albicans ATCC 10231, Pseudomonas aeruginosa IFO 13130 and Salmonella typhimurium SL 1102.

      • 벼꽃으로부터 두 개의 calmodulin cDNA 유전자의 분리 및 특성 연구

        Ca^(2+)은 신호전달과정에서 중요한 작용을 하는데 CaM은 이러한 Ca^(2+)이은의 modulator로서 중요한 작용을 하는 것으로 알러져 있다. 벼꽃의 cDNA library로부터 rice genomic DNA(RCaM-2)를 probe로 사용하여 30여개의 Positive clones을 얻어 이 중 두 개의 벼꽃 calmodulin CDNA clone을 분리하였다. RFCaMs CDNA clone의 총염기수는 RFCaM-3은 831p, RFCaM-4는 751bp이고 open reading frame은 각각 149개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. RFCaM-3 과 RFCaM-4의아미노산은 동일하지만 nucleotide 순서는 상당한 차이를 나타내고 있다. RFCaMs CDNA clone의 open reading flame은 protein serine/threonine kinase에 보존되어 있는 catalytic domain을 가지고 있다 RfCaM-3은 5'-untranslated region은 105bp, 3'-untranslated region은 270bp이고 RfCaM-4는 5'-untranslated region은 78bp, 3'-untranslatedregion은 283bp이다. RFCaMs는 Arabidopsis와 70%, potato와는 92%, carrot과는 98%의 유사성을 보였다. Genomic southern blot분석에 의하면 벼의 clamodulin 유전자들이 7-8개의 multigene family로 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. Two different calmodulin (CaM) cDNAs (RFCaM-3 and RFCaM-4) were isolated from a rice flower cDNA library by screening with a rice genomic probe (RCaM-2). Both cDNAs are 90% sequence homologous inside the coding region but are highly divergent outside this region. The polypeptides encoded by RFCaM-3 and RFCaM-4 show identical sequence homology. Comparison of the deduced amino acid sequence of the RFCaMs cDNA clone have identity to Arabidopsis (70%), potato (92%), carrot (98%), and barley and soybean (98%). Southern analysis revealed that both cDNAs are encoded by different genes. Four intense and a few weaker bands were observed in the restriction fragments. Most restriction fragments showed high intensity hybridization signals under stringent conditions, suggesting the presence of a small multigene family for CaM in the rice genome as in other plants.
