        中国金融服务贸易竞争力之影响因素分析

        본 논문은 RCEP의 발효 배경을 바탕으로 중국과 RCEP 회원국 간 금융서비스 무역의 경쟁력을 비교 분석하고, 포터의 다이아몬드 모델을 기반으로 중국의 금융서비스 무역 경쟁력에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증분석을 하였다. 본문은 먼저 RCEP 회원국의 금융서비스 무역 경쟁력 비교에서 일반적으로사용되는 세 가지 지표를 사용하여 국제 무역 경쟁력(MS), 무역 경쟁력 지수(TC) 및 공개 비교 우위 지수(RCA)를 평가하였으며, Porter의 경쟁력 이론을 바탕으로 생산요소, 수요조건, 관련 및 지원산업, 정부, 기업조직 전략 및 경쟁, 기회의 6개 측면으로 평가체계를 구축하고 2006∼2021년 데이터를 활용하여 중국의 금융서비스 무역경쟁력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 중국 금융 서비스 무역의 국제 경쟁력 지표는 RCEP 회원국 중에서 상대적으로약하지만 최근 몇 년 동안 상대적으로 강한 성장 추세를 보이고 있으며, 재정정책이 금융서비스 경쟁력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이어서 무역, 기술 요소, 관련 산업 요소 및 인적 자본 요소 순으로 경쟁력에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 따르면 향후 중국은 금융 서비스 산업의 인재 양성을 강화하고금융 서비스 분야의 소비 지출을 촉진하며 금융 관련 산업의 자본 및 기술 콘텐츠를 늘리고 외자 규모를 확대할 필요가 있다. 또한, 중국의 금융서비스 무역의 국제 경쟁력을 제고를 위해 금융 서비스 산업에서의 금융감독 시스템을 개선하고 대외개방을 확대할 필요가 있다. Against the backdrop of economic globalization and trade liberalization, financial services, as an emerging sector, have gradually become a focal point of attention for countries around the world. The development of financial services trade has accelerated the flow of capital between nations and effectively promoted global trade as well as the development of non-trade industries. This article, based on the background of the RCEP coming into effect, conducts a comparative analysis of the financial services trade competitiveness between China and RCEP member countries, and empirically studies the factors influencing China’s financial services trade competitiveness based on Porter’s Diamond Model. This study first starts with the current status of financial services trade among RCEP member countries, comparing the competitiveness of China’s financial services trade with other RCEP member countries using three commonly used indicators for evaluating international trade competitiveness: market share (MS), trade competitiveness index (TC), and revealed comparative advantage index (RCA). Subsequently, based on Porter’s competitive advantage theory, an evaluation system is constructed from six aspects: factor conditions, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, government, enterprise organization strategy and competition, and opportunities. The regression model is constructed using data from 2006 to 2021 combined with the principal component analysis method to empirically analyze the factors influencing China’s financial services trade competitiveness. The analysis results show that China’s financial services trade international competitiveness is relatively weak among RCEP member countries, but it has shown a strong growth trend in recent years. The impact of fiscal policy on the competitiveness of financial services trade is the largest, followed by technological and related industry factors, while human capital has the smallest contribution to the competitiveness of financial services trade. Based on the research results, in the future, China should strengthen the cultivation of talents in the financial services industry, promote consumer spending in the financial services sector, increase the capital and technological content of related financial industries, expand the scale of foreign capital utilization in the financial services industry, and improve the financial regulatory system to enhance China’s international competitiveness in financial services trade.

        Effects of Li2CO3 on the sintering behavior and piezoelectric properties of Bi2O3-excess (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramics

        (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramics doped with Li2CO3 and Bi2O3 as sintering aids were manufactured, and their micro structural, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated. All specimens could be well sintered at a low-temperature of 1080 ℃. The bulk density of the specimens doped with a small amount of Li2CO3 was enhanced. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of ceramics were investigated with different amounts of Li2CO3 substitutions. High electrical properties of d33 ¼ 167 pC/N,kp ¼ 0.34, Pr ¼ 40 mC/cm2 and Ec ¼ 38 kV/cm were obtained from the specimen containing 0.1 mol% of Li2CO3 sintered at 1080 ℃.

        Intraoperative inspection alone is a reliable guide to the choice of surgical procedure for enteroenteric fistulas in Crohn’s disease

        Background/Aims: Resection of the diseased segment and suture of the victim segment is recommended for enteroenteric fistula in Crohn’s disease (CD). The main difficulty in this procedure remains reliable diagnosis of the victim segment, especially for fistulas found intraoperatively and inaccessible on endoscopic examination. We aimed to explore whether intraoperative inspection alone is reliable. Methods: Patients undergoing conservative surgery between 2011 and 2016 for enteroenteric fistulas complicating CD were identified from a prospectively maintained database. Patients were divided according to whether the victim segment was evaluated by preoperative endoscopy + intraoperative inspection (PI group) or by intraoperative inspection alone (I group). Outcomes were compared. Results: Of 65 patients eligible for the study, 37 were in in the PI group and 28 were in the I group. The baseline characteristics were similar between the groups, except for the rate of emergency surgery (0/37 in PI group vs. 5/28 in I group, P=0.012). Fistulas involved more small intestines (4/37 in PI group vs. 15/28 in I group, P< 0.001) and fewer sigmoid colons (17/37 in PI group vs. 4/28 in I group, P=0.008) in I group due to accessibility with endoscopy. No difference was found in postoperative complications, stoma rates, postoperative recurrence, or disease at the repair site between the 2 groups (P >0.05). Conclusions: For fistulas found intraoperatively and inaccessible on endoscopic examination, intraoperative inspection was a reliable guide when choosing between en bloc resection and a conservative procedure.       • Renal-Clearable Hollow Bismuth Subcarbonate Nanotubes for Tumor Targeted Computed Tomography Imaging and Chemoradiotherapy

        <P>Although metallic nanomaterials with high X-ray attenuation coefficients have been widely used as X-ray computed tomography (CT) contrast agents, their intrinsically poor biodegradability requires them to be cleared from the body to avoid any potential toxicity. On the other hand, extremely small-sized nanomaterials with outstanding renal clearance properties are not much effective for tumor targeting because of their too rapid clearance in vivo. To overcome this dilemma, here we report on the hollow bismuth subcarbonate nanotubes (BNTs) assembled from renal-clearable ultrasmall bismuth subcarbonate nanoclusters for tumor-targeted imaging and chemoradiotherapy. The BNTs could be targeted to tumors with high efficiency and exhibit a high CT contrast effect. Moreover, simultaneous radio- and chemotherapy using drug-loaded BNTs could significantly suppress tumor volumes, highlighting their potential application in CT imaging-guided therapy. Importantly, the elongated nanotubes could be disassembled into isolated small nanoclusters in the acidic tumor microenvironment, accelerating the payload release and kidney excretion. Such body clearable CT contrast agent with high imaging performance and multiple therapeutic functions shall have a substantial potential for biomedical applications.</P>

        Mst1/2-ALK promotes NLRP3 inflammasome activation and cell apoptosis during Listeria monocytogenes infection

        Listeria monocytogenes (L. monocytogenes) is a Gram-positiveintracellular foodborne pathogen that causes severe diseases,such as meningitis and sepsis. The NLR family pyrindomain-containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome has been reportedto participate in host defense against pathogen infection. However, the exact molecular mechanisms underlyingNLRP3 inflammasome activation remain to be fully elucidated. In the present study, the roles of mammalian Ste20-like kinases 1/2 (Mst1/2) and Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase(ALK) in the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome inducedby L. monocytogenes infection were investigated. Theexpression levels of Mst1/2, phospho (p)-ALK, p-JNK, Nek7,and NLRP3 downstream molecules including activated caspase-1 (p20) and mature interleukin (IL)-1β (p17), were upregulatedin L. monocytogenes-infected macrophages. TheALK inhibitor significantly decreased the expression of p-JNK,Nek7, and NLRP3 downstream molecules in macrophages infectedwith L. monocytogenes. Furthermore, the Mst1/2 inhibitormarkedly inhibited the L. monocytogenes-induced activationof ALK, subsequently downregulating the expressionof p-JNK, Nek7, and NLRP3 downstream molecules. Therefore,our study demonstrated that Mst1/2-ALK mediatedthe activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome by promotingthe interaction between Nek7 and NLRP3 via JNK duringL. monocytogenes infection, which subsequently increased thematuration and release of proinflammatory cytokine to resistpathogen infection. Moreover, Listeriolysin O played akey role in the process. In addition, we also found that the L. monocytogenes-induced apoptosis of J774A.1 cells was reducedby the Mst1/2 or ALK inhibitor. The present study reported,for the first time, that the Mst1/2-ALK-JNK-NLRP3 signalingpathway plays a vital proinflammatory role during L. monocytogenesinfection.

        Effects of LED Light Quality Combinations on Growth and Leaf Colour of Tissue Culture-Generated Plantlets in Sedum rubrotinctum

        Different plants have different requirements with regard to light quality, including combinations of R/B LED light on tissue-culture-generated plants. However, the effects of R/B LED light combinations on the growth and colour changes of leaves in succulent plants remains unknown. In this study, to identify the most beneficial light quality and R/B light ratios for the growth of the succulent plant species Sedum rubrotinctum and its production of attractive colours, the growth parameters, pigment levels and leaf colour phenotypes of tissue-culture-generated S. rubrotinctum plantlets were evaluated when the plantlets were exposed to R, 4R1B, 3R1B, 2R4B, B and W treatments for 90 days. The results showed that light quality obviously influenced the growth and leaf colour of tissue-culture-generated S. rubrotinctum plantlets. R light hastened the elongation of stems, and B light was more beneficial for biomass accumulation and leaf and root growth. However, compared with B light, R light, and W light, the R/B combination resulted in a greater amount of fresh biomass and higher values for the shoot/root FW, stem diameter, crown width, total root length, root surface area, and root volume. The R/B combination also markedly increased the contents of anthocyanins and the R/green chromaticity of the leaves. In addition, a principal component analysis (PCA) revealed the following comprehensive ranking: 4R1B > 2R4B > 3R1B > W > B > R. Therefore, the 4R1B combination is suggested as the best treatment for promoting the growth of tissue-culture-generated S. rubrotinctum plantlets and their production of attractive colours. This study provides a practically significant and optimal solution for growth regulation via light quality for the production of S. rubrotinctum as well as important implications for other succulent plant species in the Crassulaceae family.
