유교는 정치적-사회적 학술로서 개인의 책임과 사회적 책임 문제에 대해 많은 관심을 갖는다. 베트남 봉건사회속에서의 유학자는 개인의 사회적 책임에 관한 일들을 실천하는 강력한 주창자로 불리운다. 유학자들은 언제나 국가와 왕조의 운명과 함께 간다는 이상을 지닌다. 이 글은 응웬 짜이, 응웬 빈 키엠, 응오 티 념의 사상을 중심으로 15 - 18세기 베트남 유교에 담긴 사회적 사상을 분석한다. 이 글은 권력자와 인민들 사이의 관계 속에서 사회적 책임에 관한 사상을 분석하는데 집중한다. 이 문제를 살펴보면, 우리는 유교와 베트남의 실질적 정치와 사회가 결합된 여러 특징들을 알 수 있고, 동시에 현대시대의 사회적 책임의 수준을 높이는 데에 있어 여러 사상가들의 이론적 공헌을 확인할 수 있다. As a socio-political theory, Confucianism paid much attention to social responsibility. In Vietnamese feudal era, Confucian scholars took the initiative in shouldering individual responsibility towards the society. True Confucian scholars always connected their ideals of life with the destiny of the country and dynasties. The paper explores the social responsibility contained in Vietnamese Confucianism in the 15th~18th centuries through the research on the thoughts of three typical scholars namely Nguyen Trai, Nguyen Binh Khiem and Ngo Thi Nham. In all aspects of the issue, the study focuses on the social responsibility appeared in the relationship between the rulers and the civilians. It clarifies the characteristics of the combination of Confucian thoughts and social-political reality of Vietnamese medieval history, and the theoretical contributions of those thinkers to the research on social responsibility nowadays.

Nanocomposites containing two or more functional constituents are attractive candidates for advanced nanomaterials. In this study, multifunctional Ag/Fe3O4-CS nanocomposites were successfully prepared, using chitosan as a stabilizing and cross-linking agent. The as-synthesized nanocomposites were characterized by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), UVevisible spectrophotometer (UVeVis) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results demonstrated that Ag/Fe3O4-CS composite nanoparticles (NPs) were composed of parent components, Fe3O4 and Ag NPs, which were uniformly dispersed in the chitosan matrix. The hybrid NPs exhibited strong antibacterial property against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. With high magnetization value (67 emu/g), the synthesized Ag/Fe3O4-CS composite can be easily separated or recycled in potential biomedical applications. Furthermore, the results showed that the multicomponent hybrid nanostructures appeared to be the promising material for local hyperthermia, which can be used as thermoseeds for localized hyperthermia treatment of cancers.

In this work, we study the magnetic properties of a CoFe/NiFe/PZT heterostructured nanocompositethat is affected by the strain in the PZT substrate when a voltage in the range from –250to 250 V is applied. An interesting electric-voltage-controlled magnetic anisotropy, with a relativeincrease in magnetization up to above 100%, is observed. This brings a new challenge to operate alow-power-consuming spin electronic device. We also utilize a theoretical model based on interfacecharge-mediated and strain-mediated magnetic-electric coupling to understand the change in themagnetic properties of the investigated material.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In a search for anti-inflammatory activity in resources from Vietnamese mangroves, we found that a methanolic extract from the leaves of <I>Calophyllum inophyllum</I> (CIL) showed significant anti-inflammatory effects <I>in vitro</I>. Using various chromatographic techniques, we subsequently isolated 12 compounds (<B>1</B>–<B>12</B>) from a methanolic extract of CIL, including two novel compounds (<B>1</B>–<B>2</B>). The inhibitory effects of these compounds on lipopolysaccharide-induced nitric oxide (NO) production in RAW264.7 cells were also evaluated. Compound <B>1</B> significantly suppressed NO production (IC<SUB>50</SUB> = 2.44 ± 0.88 µM), the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines (including interleukin-1 beta and tumor necrosis factor alpha), and the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase through downregulation of nuclear factor-kappa-B signaling cascades. Field and Laboratory Investigation of Cold In-Place Recycling in Vietnam

In Vietnam, reclaimed asphalt pavement technology is considered as the key to reduce the cost of pavement construction, and decrease the industrial waste from flexible pavement rehabilitation. Ministry of Transportation has concentrated to develop RAP technology since 2008. As a result, there are three trademark of recycling technologies applied in Vietnam such as Wirtgen (Germany), Hall Brothers (U.S.), and Sakai (Japan). This paper is focused on asphalt pavement investigation of field and laboratory tests from Cold In-place recycling technology. The laboratory tests carried out on the material were conventional tests including Marshall stability, indirect tensile strength... Field data was collected using a Benkelman beam and core specimens for indirect tensile strength test.

The study aims to investigate factors affecting enterprise's satisfaction and loyalty toward the Social Security's online public services, looking at the case of Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam. This study employs samples with 216 enterprises that use online public system of Thanh Hoa province's Social Security. The research model is closely linked to the SERVQUAL model developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1988). We propose 23 scales that constitute the quality of service, three scales that constitute Customer Satisfaction and three components that constitute Customer Loyalty. This study use the tool of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Cronbach's Alpha test, Confirm Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in order to address the question of satisfaction and loyalty. The result shows that the factor with the most impact is Reliability, next is Capacity of staffs, Tangibles, Attitude of staffs, and the least impacting factor is Empathy; moreover, the results also show that Satisfaction has a strong impact on Customer Loyalty. The findings of this study suggest that Thanh Hoa province's Social Security should: (i) strengthen the reliability of online service system; (ii) build capacity for staffs; (iii) develop the responsiveness of electronic transactions systems; and (iv) improve the empathy of staffs.
