<P>In spite of their many advantages, limited image depth still remains as an obstacle to three-dimensional displays based on integral imaging. In this Letter, by combining multiple polymer-dispersed liquid-crystal films and a dual-depth configuration, we propose a method to enhance the depth range of the integral imaging display system.</P>

Superconducting properties of thin film MgB2 superconductors irradiated with 45 MeV -particle beam were studied. After the irradiation, enhancement of the critical current density and pinning force was observed, scaling close to strong pinning formula. Double logarithmic plots of the maximum pinning force density with irreversible magnetic field show a power law behavior close to carbon-doped MgB2 film or polycrystals. Variation of normalized pinning force density in the reduced magnetic field suggests scaling formulas for strong pinning mechanism like planar defects. We also observed a rapid decay of critical current density as the vortex lattice constant decreases, due to the strong interaction between vortices and increasing magnetic field.

This research examines the affect of destination image factors on revisit intention of domestic tourists at Ba Ria Vung-Tau (BRVT), by questioning directly 510 domestic tourists. The convenient sampling method is used in dividing the crowds into four groups; the four main surveyed areas in BRVT are: Vung Tau, Long Hai-Phuoc Hai, Xuyen Moc and Con Dao. A combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies were utilized.A focus group of 10 domestic tourists wasset up to review and explore the variousfactors as well as the conceptual model. An in-depth interview with 12 participants was developed to fine-tune measurement items. The questionnaire applied a 5-point Likert scale. Checking the reliability by Cronbach's Alpha, exploratory factor analyzing and linear multiple regression were used with the SPSS program. The results show that there are eight main destination image factors affecting domestic tourists revisit intention to BRVT using linear regression and arranged by decreasing importance: Infrastructure, Variety Seeking, Accessibility, Local food, Atmosphere, Environment, Price Value, Leisure and Entertainment. From that, the research offers some suggestions and policy recommendations for the tourism business and provincial policy-makers to identify the main issues and develop better customer services to increase domestic tourists'revisit intention.
MAC protocols with dynamic interval schemes for VANETs

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Under the dynamically changing topology of Vehicular Ad-hoc NETworks (VANETs), the restricted intervals in Medium Access Control (MAC) protocols cannot provide sufficient capacity to carry both safety and non-safety applications. One approach which can solve these issues is a dynamic MAC protocol that can adapt itself to the vehicle density or traffic conditions. In this survey, we, therefore, study various techniques for dynamic intervals used in MAC protocols, their advantages, and disadvantages. First, we classify these protocols into three following categories: 1) contention-based, 2) contention-free, and 3) a hybrid between contention-free and contention-based medium access methods. Second, in each medium access method, we classify the methodologies depending on their operating principles. The conclusions of our study are as follows: 1) Adaptive MAC protocols improve the channel utilization and adapt themselves to various traffic states, 2) Adaptive MAC protocols perform better than protocols using fixed intervals, 3) Currently, MAC protocols using dynamic intervals, which are suitable to VANET standards, are only applicable to optimize control channel interval; therefore, it is necessary to expand to both optimize control channel interval and service channel interval according to network and traffic condition. Finally, we discuss some open issues and whether designing MAC protocols using dynamic intervals can meet the QoS requirements for different applications in the future.</P>

Cohomological degrees (or extended degrees) were introduced by Doering, Gunston and Vasconcelos as measures for the complexity of structure of finitely generated modules over a Noetherian ring. Until now only very few examples of such functions have been known. Using a Cohen-Macaulay obstruction defined earlier, we construct an infinite family of cohomological degrees.
