        흐름량을 고려한 네트워크 생존도 계산방법에 관한 연구

        Survivability of a network is one of the most important issues in designing present-day communication networks. The k-edge survivability of a given network is defined as the percentage of total traffic surviving the worst case failure of k edges. Although several researches calculated k-edge survivability on small networks by enumeration, no prior research has considered how to calculate k-edge survivability on large networks. In this paper, we develop an efficient procedure to obtain lower and upper bounds on the k-edge survivability of a network.

      • 下肢의 炎症性結節에 對한 免疫病理學的 硏究

        During the past decades numerous attempts to make a reasonable classification of the diseases manifesting themselves as nodules of the legs have been made, but none of the classifications has been generally accepted. The development of the immunohistological method as a diagnostic aid has shed more light on the pathogenesis of these diseases. Yet, the results have been very confusing, not in the least owing to the different clinical and histological diagnostic criteria used. This study is an effort to compare both histological and immunohistological findings with clinical data compiled on nodular diseases of the legs. Twenty four patients who gave a clinical impression of erythema nodosum and/of erythema induratum and 10 patients who have been diagnosed as erythema nodosum leprosum were included in this study. Without any prior knowledge of the clinical data and histological diagnosis, the patterns of immunological reaction were studied by avidin biotin peroxidase complex( A B C) method of immunoperoxidase technique and were divided into five groups. These results were compared with the histological diagnosis and the clinical data. The results are as follows: 1. Histological diagnosis showed that out of 24 subjects, there were 10 cases of erythema nodosum. None of these cases revealed deposits of immunoglobulins(G, A and M), C₃ and fibrin in and around the dermal blood vessels. 2. Histologically 14 among 24 subjects were diagnosed as erythema induratum. In 11 of the 14 cases, immunoglobulins were found in the blood vessel and the fat tissue around the vessels. C₃ was positive in 2 cases and fibrin in 9 cases. 3. All 10 cases of erythema nodosum leprosum, revealed deposit of immunoglobulins in and around the dermal blood vessels. Seven cases showed deposit of immunoglobulins in the dermo-epidermal junction, endothelium of dermal blood vessels and inflammatory cells around the vessels and the appendages. C₃ was found in 4 cases and fibrin in 5 cases 4. In a comparison between 5 cases of tuberculous type and 9 cases of non-tuberculous type of erythema induratum there were no difference in the histological findings and patterns of immunogrobin deposits. These results suggest that the pathomechanism of erythema induratum and erythema nodsum leprosum in this study represents the Arthus reaction, but not of erythema nodosum. The histological criteria used in this study corresponded well with the immunohistological findings.

        광탄성 프린지 위상이동법을 적용한 디스크의 등경 및 등색프린지 분리법에 관한 시뮬레이션

        광탄성법은 전체적인 응력장 해석을 위하여 가장 많이 사용되는 방법중의 하나이다. 광탄성법에서 주응력의 차이와 방향은 등색선과 등경선으로 나타난다. 재래식 방법으로는 주응력 방향은 평면 편광기의 편광자와 검광자를 동시에 회전시켜 수작업으로 측정하며, 이를 타디보간법이라 한다. 이러한 방법은 전체적인 응력장 해석시 매우 번거로우며 많은 시간이 걸린다. 재래식 광탄성법에서는 광탄성 프린지로부터 등경선을 분리시킬 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 광탄성이론을 Jones행렬로 나타내고 4단계와 8단계의 위상이동법에 대해서 기술하였다. 컴퓨터시뮬레이션을 통하여 압축하중을 받는 원형디스크의 광탄성 프린지로부터 등경선과 등색선을 분리시킬 수 있는 시험을 하였다. 디스크의 프린지는 응력-광 법칙에 의하여 생성하였다. 8단계 위상이동법으로 얻은 등경선과 등색선의 크기를 이론으로 계산한 값과 비교하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션으로부터 광탄성 프린지로부터 등경선과 등색선을 분리시킬 수 있는 가능성ㅇ르 예시하였다. Photoelasticity is one of the most widely used methods for whole field stress analysis. In photoelasticity, the difference and the directions of the principal stresses are given isochromatic and isoclinic fringe patterns. Conventionally, principal stress directions are measured by rotating the polarizer and analyzer of a plane polariscope at the same time. This is known to be the Tardy compensation method. This measurement can be very tedious and time consuming in whold field analysis. It is not possible to separate isoclincs from photoelastic fringes by conventional photoelastic technique. In this study, photoelastic theory is represented by Jones matrices and 4-steps and 8-steps phase shifting methods are described. A feasibility study using computer simulation is done to separate isoclincs and isochomatics from photoelastic fringes of a circular disk under diametrical compression. Fringe patterns of the disk are generated using stress optic law. The magnitudes of isoclincs and isochromatics obtained from 8-step phase shifting method are compared with those of theories. From computer simulation, it is verified to separate isoclincs and isochmatics from photoelastic fringes.

      • 통계적 에너지 해석법에 의한 선박소음 예측프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

        선박에 있어서 소음은 공기중 소음(Airborne Noise), 구조전달 소음(Structureborne Noise), 수중방사 소음(Waterborne Noise)으로 나눌 수 있다. 선박소음을 예측하는 과정에서 고체소음전달해석은 직접적으로 예측결과의 정도에 영향을 미치므로 이에 대한 적절한 해석 기법의 개발이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 고체음 전달해석을 수행하기 위하여 통계적 에너지 해석법(Statistical Energy Analysis-SEA)의 방법에 의해 고체소음 전달 손실을 이론적으로 예측하고 실험모델을 이용하여 각종 파라메터 추정 및 그에서 얻은 실험치와 비교분석을 함으로서 그 타당성을 확인하고 이의 결과를 보다 복잡한 선박구조물에 적용하여 고체소음 수준을 예측하는 방법으로서의 가능성을 확인하고자 한다. In order to build a quiet and comfortable ship, the noise levels on board ship must be predicted at early design stage. Statistical Energy Analysis(SEA) developed by R.H.Lyon has been well known to be the most useful frame work to study the energy flow of noise and vibration in structure. This paper applied this theory to predict the transmission loss of structureborne noise of model structure and have developed computer program. Components constructing model structure have been all considered as SEA elements. To examine the accuracy of the program, experiments were carried out on model structure with a white noise as a noise source. And we also estimated the SEA parameters from the model structure. The results of comparison between the calculated and measured data have shown good agreement.

      • 도시특성을 고려한 교통유발계수 산정에 관한 연구 : 대전시를 중심으로 In the City of Daejeon

        The biggest problem in urban transport is congestion. The purpose of this study is to understand "Electronic Road Pricing System, which is one of the traffic demand control plan for relieving such a traffic congestion, and look for the plans to improve it. For this, traffic inducement coefficient was selected, which shows the regional characteristic of Daejeon through investigation on each facility. As one can see from the investigated inducement coefficient, the same type of facilities show different characteristics. Also, it is thought that per unit burden charge that has been maintained for over 20 years should be raised relevantly in consideration to inflation. Also, it is thought that several ways have to be sought for the facility owners' active participation in the traffic volume reduction program. Studies like this research would bring the following items as their effect; Relieve traffic congestion(partly) and reduce the passage time. Personal benefits following fuel cost etc. Socio-economic effect following logistics cost and environmental pollutants etc.

      • 초음파 검사로 측정한 비장의 크기 : 한국인 성인남녀 100명을 대상으로

        Purpose : Ultrasound has been found to be accurate, reliable and noninvasive method in the measurement of spleen. The study was undertaken to obtain standard values of size in three dimensions and normal range of splenic volume by the use of splenic volumetric index(SVI) in normal korean adults. Material and Method : We experienced 100 cases of abdominal ultrasonography of normal korean adults from May 1995 to August 1995. Results : 1) The average size of spleen in adult male was 6.85±1.31cm in breadth, 4.93±1.27cm in thickness, 6.33±1.46cm in height ; in adult females, 6.61±1.23cm, 5.17±1.26cm, 6.33. 42cm, respectively ; total average, 6.73±1,27cm, 5.05±1.27cm, 6.33±1.39cm,respectively. 2) The average splenic volumetric index in adult male was 8.20±3.95; in adult females, 8.41±4.08 ; total average,8.31±4.00. There were no statistical differences of SVI and size between sex and age. Conclusion : Although ultrasonography is less accurate than computed tomography, it is rapid and simple method for splenic measurement.

      • 肉類의 焙燒 방법에 따른 N-nitrosamine 含量에 關한 硏究

        소갈비, 돼지갈비 및 통닭을 가스렌지와 숯불로 焙燒한 후 배소 전후의 N-nitrosamine과 그의 전구물질인 TMAO, TMA, DMA, nitrate 및 nitrite의 함량을 측정하였다. TMAO-N, TMA-N 및 DMA-N은 배소 전후 모든 시험구에서 뚜렷한 변화가 없었으며, 그 함량은 각각 N.D∼0.76 mg/kg, N.D∼2.57mg/kg 및 0.02∼0.60mg/kg 범위였다. 배소 후 nitrate-N는 감소하였고, nitrite-N는 증가하였으며, 그 함량은 각각 4.0∼6.7mg/kg 및 0.7∼3.2mg/kg 범위였다. N-nitrosamine은 배소 후에 NDMA가 5.9∼20.9 ㎍/kg, NDEA가 0∼3.0㎍/kg으로 검출되었다. The contents of N-nitrosmines and its precursors such as TMAO-N, TMA-N, DMA-N, nitrite-N and nitrate-N after broiling of beef-ribs, pork-ribs and chicken upon gas range and charcoal fire were investigated. The contents of TMAO-N, TMA-N and DMA-N no changed in all tested meats before and after broiling, and were in the range of N.D∼0.77mg/kg, N.D∼2.57mg/kg and 0.02∼0.60mg/kg, respectively. Nitrate-N discreased and Nitrite-N increased after broiling, and the contents were in the range of 4.0∼6.7mg/kg and 0.7∼3.2mg/kg, respectively. N-nitrosamines detected NDMA and NDEA in the broiled meats, and the contents were in the range of 5.9∼20.9㎍/kg and 0∼3.0㎍/kg respectively.

      • 돌와(Gynostemma pentaphyllum)엑기스가 白鼠의 肝臟障碍에 미치는 影響

        This study was attempted to invesigate the effects of extract and crude saponins of Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makino on the activities of S-GPT, S-GOT, Al.P, LDH and the levels of total-bilirubin, total-cholesterol in the serum of nomal rats and experimentally CCl_4-intoxicated rats, and on the effect of body, liver and spleen weight in CCl_4-intoxicated rats. The results were shown as follows; The extract (GE.) and crude saponins were showed a significantly decrease in the activities of S-GPT, S-GOT, Al.P and the level of total bilirubin in the serum elevated by CCl_4, but crude saponins was more decreased than GE. The activities of LDH were significantly decreased of the 4th and the 6th days after administration of GE., and crude saponins was decreased in proportion to the number of days. The level of total cholesterol were significantly decreased in all sample groups. when compared with control group, but remarkably decreased in GE. 500㎎/㎏ and crude saponins 100㎎/㎏. The liver and spleen weight were decreased on the administration of GE. and crude saponins. According to the above results, it is thought that GE. and crude saponins exhibited significant antihepatotoxic activity in the CCl_4-intoxicated rats.

      • 焙燒 魚類의 N-nitrosamine 含量

        어류 焙燒 후 N-nitrosamine과 그의 전구물질인 TMAO-N, TMA-N, DMA-N, nitrate-N 및 nitrate-N의 함량변화를 조사하였다. 1. TMAO-N은 焙燒 후 어류에서 크게 감소하였으며, TMA-N은 焙燒 후 오징어가 5배, 옥돔이 4배 증가함을 보였다. 2. DMA-N은 배소 후 어류에서 모두 증가하였는데, 이중 오징어가 57.2mg/kg으로 가장 많이 증가하였다. 3. Nitrate-N은 焙燒 후 감소함을 보였는데 그 함량은 2.8∼7.7mg/kg이었다. Nitrite-N은 焙燒 전에 비해 증가하였는데, 그 함량은 2.2∼6.6mg/kg이었다. 4. 어류에서 검출된 N-nitrosamine은 NDMA와 NDEA였다. 焙燒 후 어류의 NDMA는 9. 5∼14.1㎍/㎏, NDEA는 1.2∼2.5㎍/㎏으로 감소하였다. The contents of N-nitrosamines and its precursors such as TMAO-N, TMA-N, DMA-N, nitrite-N and nitrate-N after broiling of sea-bream, Filefish, and Squid upon gas range were investigated. The contents of TMAO-N decreased remarkably in all tested fishes after broiling. TMA-N increased approximately 5 and 4 times in squid and sea-bream, respectively. DMA-N increased in all tested fishes after broiling, and especially showed the highest in squid. Nitrate-N descreased in all tested fishes after broiling, while nitrite-N increased. N-nitrosamines detected in broiled fishes were NDMA and NDEA. The contents of NDMA were in the range of 9.5∼14.1 ㎍/㎏ and NDEA were 1.2∼2.5㎍/㎏.
