      • 신디오탁틱 폴리메타크릴릭산과 폴리-L-프로린 사이의 수소결합을 통한 복합체 형성에 관한 연구

        Complex formation change between helical poly(L-proline) (PLP(Ⅲ)) and syndiotatic poly(methacrylic acid) (st-PMAA) through hydrogen bonding in aqueous solution. Reduced viscosity ( ?? ) in the mixing ratio 0.9 turned out the interpolymer complex for [st-PMAA]/[PLP(Ⅱ)]. The driving force to form the complex is thought to be hydrogen bonding between the carboxyl group of PMAA and ketone groups of PLP(Ⅱ). The morphology change for complex formation of st-PMAA and PLP(Ⅱ) is determined by using SEM and TEM.

        It is the plan that storage gets energy done by in structure with what thermal storage of structure changes only supply air duct among the existing HVAC system, and a basic principle coordinates the damper that it was installed makeup air in supply air duct like former HVAC system to an inside at supply and a night by day, and do makeup air supply with in ceiling space of thermal storage of structure HVAC system. This thermal storage of structure HVAC system uses the existing utility system, and energy saving can get structure of building done with energy storage, before air conditioning and peak load cut getting day heat load done.

      • Vibrion cholerae균 증식에 있어서 Sodium citrate가 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to find a method of more high isolation rate of Vibrio cholerae among the patients and carriers suspected of cholera. Especially, there are several inhibitors in most popularly used Thiosulfate-Citrate-Bile Salt Sucrose(TCBS) agar medium for increasing the selectivity of vibrio spp. therefore, the formation of colonies is low. So, we investigated the effect of the sodium citrate of an ingredient of TCBS agar medium on the growth of Vibrio cholerae. 1. The growth of Vibrio cholerae was inhibited in various agar plate medium including low concentration of sodium citrate and as increasing the concentration of sodium citrate, inhibition of the growth of Vibrio cholerae was greater. 2. Therefore, in order to increase the rate of isolation of Vibrio cholerae, TCBS agar medium was not suitable.

        Kano 모형에 기반한 소비자 요구사항 분류 : 퍼지 접근방법

        Kano model distinguishes three types of customer requirements, namely, one-dimensional quality, must-be quality, and attractive quality. There are a few methods for classifying a given customer requirement into one of the Kano's quality elements. However, the existing methods have a common limitation in that they are based on Kano evaluation table. Kano evaluation table is not always effective for the classification task, and suffers from a significant information loss. This paper proposes an alternative to Kano's evaluation table and a new classification scheme based on fuzzy set concept. The proposed method is illustrated using a case study on the ADSL service.

        녹차 및 결명자 추출물의 교정용 브라켓과 치면 사이의 경계부에서 분리된 mutans streptococci에 대한 항균작용

        본 연구는 치아우식증에 관련된 Mutans streptococci 표준균주 및 임상분리 균주의 성장억제를 유도할 수 있는 천연 생약추출물을 검색하기 위하여 실시되었다. 녹차추출물은 CHMC-2032를 사용하였으며, 결명자 추출물은 50% 에탄올을 이용하여 얻었다. 이들 추출물의 Mutans streptococci 표준균주 및 교정환자들에서 브라켓과 치면 사이의 경계부에서 분리된 각각 10 균주씩의 S. mutans 및 S. sobrinus에 대한 최소성장억제농도를 액체배지 희석법으로 구하였다. 그 결과 CHMC-2032의 S. mutans 및 S. sobrinus의 표준 균주, S. sobrinus의 대부분 임상분리 균주에 대한 최소성장억제농도는 5 mg/ml이었다. 그러나 결명자 추출물에 의한 S. mutans 및 S. sobrinus에 대한 세균 성장억제 효과는 미미하였다. 본 연구 결과 치아우식증의 예방적 측면에서 결명자차보다는 녹차를 마시는 것이 유리하며, CHMC-2032를 이용하여 구강양치용액을 제조하여 사용할 경우 교정환자를 포함하여 대부분의 사람에게서 치아우식증 예방 효과가 있으리고 추정된다. Mutans streptococci is the major causative factor in dental caries. Especially, orthodontic patients with fixed appliance are a risk group for dental caries. Because fixed appliances attached on teeth may change the environment of dental plaque, the enamel decalcification or dental caries around the bracket and band is a major side effect of orthodontic treatment. The aim of this study was to search plant extracts that have antimicrobial effect on mutans streptococci. Seed-extract of Casio tora were prepared with ethanol and CHMC-2032, the leaf-extracts from Camellia sinensis extract, was obtained extract, 2 type strains and 20 clinical isolates of mutans streptococci isolated from the interface between orthodontic brackets and tooth surfaces in the orthodontic patients were used in this study. The minimal inhibitory concentration of CHMC-2032 was 5 mg/ml on the S. mutans KCTC 3065, S. sobrinus KCTC 3088, and 8 clinical isolates of S. sobrinus. However, there was no antibacterial effect of seed-extract of C. tora on mutans streptococci. These data suggest that green tea may be more effective than the tea prepared from C. tora in the prevention of enamel decalcification or dental caries around brackets.

      • 축냉재 포접화합물의 열물성에 관한 실험적 연구(Ⅲ) : 충전량 변화 Variations of Charging Conditions

        The objective of this paper is to investigate the thermal properties of TMA-clathrate compound in order to applicate cold storage system to residential air-conditioning. Especially, the test tube experiments are performed by comparing and analyzing the concentration of TMA-clathrate compound, the temperature of heat source, and the phase change temperature, specific heat and subcooling characteristics on the point of the variation of charge capacity. The results are summarized as follows; 1) When the temperature of heat source is -15℃, the stability of the thermal properties is appeared high in the whole experiments 2) The effect of subcooling suppression is improved around 0.6℃ when the temperature of heat source is -15℃, while the teemperature of subcooling is about 2.2℃ when the temperature of heat source is -10℃. Especially, it did not almost present any subcooling in the 26wt% of the 5g and the 25wt%, 30wt% of the 10g. Thus, we concluded that TMA-clathrate compound has thermal properties as the cold storage medium for residential air-conditioning.

      • 축냉재 포접화합물의 열물성에 관한 실험적 연구 (IV) : 온도 변화 Changing of Temperature

        The objective of this paper is to investingate the thermal properties of TMA-clathrate applicable to cold storage system for building air-conditioning in order to use energy reasonably. Especially, the test tube experiments are performed by comparing and to analyzing the temperature of phase change, specific heat and subcooling characteristic according to the variation of concentrations and temperature of heat source in TMA clathrate. The result are summarized as follows; 1) temperature of phase change is dropped as the temperature of heat source is lower 2) specific heat of TMA-clathrate is about 24~95 % of pure-water 3) subcooling is smalled as the temperature of heat source is lower. Thus, it apears that TMA-clathrate has thermal properties as the cold storage medium for residential air-conditioning

        임플란트 치료 전 CBCT 영상분석 세 증례

        The role of radiographic imaging in determining the size, numbers and the position of implants is very important. To perform the implant procedure, the dentist needs to evaluate the bone pathology and bone density, and to know the precise height, width, and contour of the alveolar process, as well as its relationship to the maxillary sinus and mandibular canal. The author analyzed 3 implant cases for treatment planning with the cone beam CT. All axial, panoramic, serial and buccolingual-sectioned images of 3 cases with stent including vertical marker were taken by using Mercuray (Hitachi, Japan). When the curved line drawn intentionally did not include dot image of a vertical marker on the axial image of CBCT, the image of the vertical marker was deformed on its buccolingually sectioned image. There was wide discrepancy in inclination between the alveolar bone and tooth on buccolingually sectioned image.

        치아의 순(협)설 경사도 변화에 따라 파노라마 방사선 사진에 나타난 치아 길이 및 각도 변화

        파노라마 방사선 사진은 치아 및 주위 조직에 대한 많은 정보를 제공해 주며 교정치료 동안에도 치근의 근원심 경사도나 길이 평가를 위해 흔히 이용되고 있지만 파노라마 방사선 사진에서 보이는 치아의 근원심 각도와 길이는 순(협)설 경사도에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 치아의 근원심 경사도를 정상교합자의 평균 근원심 각도로 유지하면서 순(협)설 경사도만 변화시킬 때 파노라마 방사선 사진에서 각 치아의 근원심 경사도와 길이가 어떻게 변화되는지 알아보고자 하였다. 성인 정상 교합자 30명의 평균 악궁을 기초로 하여 아크릴 모델을 제작한 후 치아를 대신하는 와이어를 정상 근원심 및 순(협)설 경사도(I°)로 식립하고 여기에 순(협)설 경사도만 I-15°에서 I+15°까지 5°씩 변화시켜 파노라마 방사선 사진을 촬영한 후 방사선 사진에 나타난 와이어의 길이와 각도를 각각 계측하였다. 와이어를 정상 근원심 및 순(협)설 각도로 식립했을 때 방사선 사진에서 계측된 길이는 중절치, 측절치, 견치의 경우 실제 길이의 111% ~ 117%의 확대율을 보였고, 소구치와 대구치에서는 121% ~ 125%의 확대율을 보였다. 이 때 근원심 경사도는 그대로 유지하면서 순(협)설 경사도만 I-15°(순측경사)에서 I+15°(설측경사)로 변화시킨 경우 중절치 (p < 0.01)와 측절치 (p < 0.05)에서만 유의한 확대율 증가를 보였다. 파노라마 방사선 사진에서 치아의 경사도는 대부분 실제 근원심 경사도보다 더 크게 즉 원심경사된 것으로 계측되었고, 이러한 원심경사 경향은 측절치와 견치에서 가장 크게 나타났으며, 제1, 2소구치의 I+10°, I+15° 그룹과 제1, 2대구치의 I+15° 그룹에서만 실제 근원심 각도보다 더 작게, 즉 근심 경사된 것으로 계측되었다. 또한 순(협)설 경사도의 변화에 따라 파노라마 방사선 사진에서 모든 치아의 근원심 각도가 유의한 변화를 보였는데, 순(협)설 경사도가 작아질수록, 즉 순(협)측 경사될수록 파노라마 방사선 사진에서 더 원심경사되어 나타났다. 따라서 파노라마 방사선 사진에서 중절치와 측절치의 치아 길이와 모든 치아의 근원심 경사도를 평가할 때 치아의 순(협)설 경사도에 따라 영향을 받기 때문에 이를 고려해야 할 것이다. Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine how the mesio-distal angulation and the length of each tooth changes on panoramic radiograph at different bucco-lingual inclinations. Methods: After constructing an acrylic model based on the mean arch of 30 adults with normal occlusion, the wire was placed in the center of the teeth on the acrylic model. First, the wire was implanted in normal angulation and inclination and a panoramic radiograph taken. After changing the inclination from I-15° to I+15° by 5°, a panoramic radiograph was taken again and the mesio-distal angle and wire length on the panoramic radiograph were assessed. Results: When the wire was implanted at the normal angulation and inclination, the length measured in the panoramic radiograph was magnified 111 ~ 117% from the original length in the anterior region and 121 ~ 125% in the posterior region. Only the central and lateral incisors showed significant length differences when the inclination was changed from I-15° to I+15° at fixed angulation. When the inclination was changed from I-15° to I+15°, the angulation of most teeth on panoramic radiograph appeared to be more disto-angulated than in reality, and the lateral incisor and canine showed the largest difference. Only I-15°, I+15° groups of premolars and I+15° group of molars showed more mesio-angulation than in reality. As the labio(bucco)lingual inclination of all teeth were decreased, tooth angulation in the panoramic radiograph appeared to be more disto-angulated. Conclusion: The labio-liugual inclination of teeth should be considered because it affects panoramic image of teeth, such as length of incisors and angulation of other teeth.
