In this paper we studied how the contents of teaching Korean Composition to students studying Korean Language at the university at basic level should be and investigated the requirements of the content that should be created in teaching Korean language at basic level and the methods of such creation. At the end of this paper the content of teaching how to write a composition in Korean language has been prepared based on the results of the comparisons made between Turkish and Korean. In this paper we focused on how composition writing should be taught at basic level and on how Turkish students learning Korean could improve their new language. In Turkey Korean is only taught at the university level. At present approximately 40 students study Korean at the University of Ankara, where Korean is being taught since 1989. Up to present time the issue of writing compositions in Korean has not been investigated adequately and composition lessons were taught at higher levels, such as 3rd and 4th classes and only in form of translations from Turkish to Korean or from Korean to Turkish. In order to improve the language skills of Turkish students learning Korean writing skills or compositions in other words, which form an essential part of effective language teaching should start at elementary level. In order to teach writing compositions in Korean effectively a teaching content based on data obtained from genders of compositions by comparing Korean with Turkish should be prepared. In Turkey the number of people wishing to learn Korean is increasing everyday. Therefore, we think teaching Korean should mainly be based on writing compositions.

The Turkish nation established two major states in western Asia, Seljuk and Ottoman. In the 17th century, when the territory of the Ottoman Empire was at its largest, its borders reached the vast majority of Asia, Europe and Africa. The expansion of the borders has increased the cultural diversity. When the Ottoman Empire collapsed after World War I, the Republic of Turkey was founded and has continued this cultural diversity. For this reason, Turkish society has a multicultural structure. Not only various ethnicities exist but also religions are diverse. Turkey's official language is Turkish but since it is a multicultural society many languages are spoken. This study will examine the structure of cultural diversity and multiculturalism in Turkey. South Korea's multicultural structure will also be briefly mentioned. The study will then mention the bilingual education in Turkey.

터키의 혼례는 종교적 색채, 즉 이슬람적 요소가 강하다. 그러나 그럼에도 불구하고 한국과 여러가지 많은 공통점을 지니고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 서로 간의 양국 의례의 상반된 면과 공통점을 이해하고, 전통적인 의례를 존중하며 아름다운 풍습을 유지ㆍ보전해 나가야 할 것이다. The countries existing on today's world all have their own cultural legacies. Among these, the courtesy of ceremonial occasions are thought to be very important and interesting way of understanding life style of the nations. Korea pays great attention to the ceremonial occasions since old times. Just like Korea, Turkey both geographically and religious very far from Korea pays attention to the ceremonial occasion. Turkish culture has diversity and compositeness. Before understanding the details about Turkey it supposed to be known the fact Turkey is a secular Islam country. And secular Islamic can be stated as a western Islam. Cause of western societies, Turkish family system, wedding system, women rights etc. has been changing very fast. Further because the land of Turkey is 4 times bigger than Korean peninsula the tradition can show differences. The wedding customs of Turkish people are combination of modern traditional elements due to the religious traditions and secular reformation process. This depends on the cultural level of the family of the bride and groom or the culture of the region. Therefore in this article the wedding ceremonies the most typical are going to be handled. However, before this I am going to mention about Turkish family system and wedding system.

Korean literature was an unknown world to the Turkish readers until the 1990s. Because until that time, there was no Korean literary work introduced in Turkey. The first Korean work translated into Turkish was in 1993, not translated directly from Korean, but translated from French. Because there are very few professional translators who can translate Korean literature in Turkey, The Department of Korean Language and Literature at Erciyes University opened two courses in Korean translation classes at the undergraduate level in 2015. There are two courses: ‘general translation’ in the third grade and ‘literature translation’ in the fourth grade. Until now, these two courses have been done without textbooks. Now translation materials are being written so that translation classes can be done smoothly. When Korean literary textbooks are developed, firstly, customized and specialized Korean textbooks are prepared, which are tailored to educational goals and objectives, local characteristics, and level and characteristics of learners. Also Korean translation class can be done more systematically and professionally. In addition, it is expected that the publication of Korean translation materials in Turkey will facilitate the opening of classes related to Korean translation in other universities. It is expected that the establishment of Korean translation classes in Turkey and the publication of the Korean translation materials will contribute to the establishment of reliable Korean and Korean translation infrastructure in Turkey in the long term. The establishment of such a translation infrastructure is believed to lead to the expansion and promotion of communication and exchanges between the two countries. It will be an important step in further strengthening and enhancing Korean and Korean studies and education programs in Turkey. Also, the translation of Turkish literature in Korea is limited within the limited scope of professional translators. The training of literary translators in Turkey is also very important in informing the Turkish literature to Korea in the future. The purpose of this study is to examine the preparatory process for the development of literary translation materials that can be used in the translation classes for Turkish learners. We would like to discuss the objectives, necessity, contents and writing methods of literary translation materials.
