      • 지붕경사각 변화에 따른 막구조의 풍압 변화 특성

        This paper describes on the results of 1:400 geometrical laboratory modeling of wind-induced point pressure on the membrane roof structure of Stadium with variable roof slopes. The wind flow for flat ground surface was simulated in a boundary wind tunnel at Kumoh National Institute of Technology. The roof slope of membrane structure changed into 5 types. The locations of wind pressures taps are distributed on the same upper and lower part of membrane roof. The resultant wind pressure for each measurement points are analysed on 2 categories. One is acting on upper direction, the other is lower direction. The results showed that in the case of upper direction the changes of wind pressures on the membrane roof are not dominant in regard to changing roof slope, but in lower direction wind pressures are increased at the rear part of roof with changing roof slopes.

      • 藥用植物 仙鶴草(Agrimonia pilosa)의 栽植密度가 生育및 收量에 미치는 影響

        To clarify the optimum planting density of agirmony the experiment was conducted for 2 years from 1997 to 1998 in Medicinal Plant Experiment Station, Kyungnam ARES. The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. Plant height grimony was the tallest at the 30×30cm planting plot and the higher planting density, the shorter plant height. 2. Number of stems and leaves was the most 8.5, 109.2 respectively at the 30×30cm planting plot, the higher planting density, the fewer stems and leaves. 3. Yield of stems were the highest, 393kg/10a at the 30×30cm planting plot and the higher density, the lower yield. 4. Driing rate of seed was 86.7% at 30×30cm planting plot and 41.66% at 20×30cm planting plot. 5. Duration for requiring flowering was shorter 25∼27 days at 30×30cm and 20×30cm planting plot than other plots, however, there was not significantly different duration for requiring maximumflowering time.

      • 표재성 방광암에서 Bacillus Calmette-Guerin 방광 내 주입요법 : 장기적 추적결과 Long-term Follow up Results

        To evaluated the results of long-term follow up of superficial bladder cancer patients who were treated with transurethral resection and intravesical BCG therapy. Between April 1989 and December 1997, 65 patients with superficial bladder cancer were treated with TUR-B(Transurethral resection of bladder tumor) and intravesical BCG instillation, and follow-up was performed for 5 years longer, and the mean follow-up duration was 82 months. Of 65 patients, pathologic stage were Ta in 17 cases and T1 in 48 cases and grade were G Ⅰ in 22 cases, G Ⅱ in 35 cases and G Ⅲ in 8 cases. The tumor recurred in 22(33.8%) at the median of 21.8 months and the tumor progressed in 9(13.8%) at the median of 20.8 months. Most of the recurrences and progression were within 3 year(838 and 77%). Progression is more likely in higher grade(G Ⅱ, G Ⅲ) and higher stage(T1). The complete response rate after first and second courses of BCG therapy were 53% and 73% and the 5 and 10 year disease specific survival rates were 89.5 and 78% respectively. The complete response rate after first and second courses of BCG therapywere 53% and 73%. Most of recurrences and progressions were within 3 years of the BCG therapy, but some cases occured after 5 years. Therefore, close long-term follow up is needed.

        검정콩의 종자크기 및 자엽색에 따른 안토시아닌 함량 및 색차

        재배품종인 검정콩2호, 일품검정콩, 검정옥콩, 청자콩, 다원콩, 진주1호, 쥐눈이콩(Y), 쥐눈이콩(G)를 공시하여 종자크기 및 자엽색에 따른 안토시아닌의 함량 및 색차를 알아보고자 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. D3G, Pt3G 및 총함량은 소립종에서 높았으며, C3G는 대립종과 소립종간에 차이가 없었다. 2. 대립종과 소립종간에 안토시아닌의 색도는 Hunter's value 인 L(명도). a(적색도), b(황색도)값이 모두 차이가 없었다. 3. D3G와 Pt3G는 녹색자엽종의다 황색자엽종에서 높았으며, C3G와 총함량은 황색자엽보다 녹색자엽종에서 높았다. 4. 황색자엽종과 녹색자엽종간에 안토시아닌의 색도는 Hunter's value인 L(명도), a(적색도), b(황색도)값이 모두 차이가 없었다. To proffer the basic data about varietal breeding for specific use through investigation of the content and color difference of anthocyanin due to seed sizes and cotyledon colors. Eight varieties, Geomjeongkong 2, Ilpumgeomjeongkong, Geomjeongolkong, Cheongjakong, Tawonkong, Jinju 1, Juinunikong-Y, and Juinunikong-G were tested in this experiment. Delphinidin-3-glucoside (D3G), petunidin-3-glucoside (Pt3G), and total content of anthocyanin were higher in small seeds but cyanidin-3-glucoside (C3G) was not different between seed sizes. Color difference of anthocyanins between large and small seeds was no distinguished difference in L (lightness), a (redness), and b(yellowness) as Hunter's value. D3G and PT3G in seed cotyledon color were higher in yellow color than green color and C3G and total content were higher in green color than yellow color. The L, a, and b of anthocyanin between seed cotyledon colors were all not different.

        항균성 펩타이드인 Mastoparan B의 살조효과

        Mastoparan B (MPB)는 벌독으로부터 정제된 양친매성α-helical 구조를 취하면서 14개의 아미노산 잔기로 구성된 염기성 항균성 펩타이드로서 여러 가지 생물막과 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 우리 나라 연안의 적조 (HABs, harmful algal blooms)를 일으키는 4종의 적조생물 (Alexandrium tamarense, Chattonella catenatum)에 대한 MPB의 살조효과를 조사하였다. MPB의 4종의 적조생물에 대한 살조효과는 31.3㎍/㎖에서 세포의 lysis또는 ecdysis와 같은 형태로 현미경으로 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한 MPB는 C. marina 및 C. polykridorides에 대해서 A. tamarense와 G. catenatum보다 더욱 강한 살조효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 MPB의 HABs에 대한 살조효과연구는 새로운 살조물질을 개발하기 위한 자료가 될 것으로 생각된다. Mastoparan B (MPB), an antimicrobial cationic peptide isolated from the venom of the hornet Vespa basalis, is a basic amphipathic a-helical peptide composed of fourteen amino acid residues. In this study, we have investigated the algicidal effect of MPB against hatmful algae blooms (HABs) casative Alexandrium tamarense, Chattonella marina, Cochlodinium polykrikoides and Gymnodinium catenatum. The algicidal effect of MPB showed in the concentration of 31.3 ㎍/㎖ to 500 ㎍/㎖ against 4 HAB species and observed cell lysis or cell ecdysis by microscopy. MPB reacted more sensitive to C. marina and C.polykrikoides than A. tamarense and G. catenatum. The algicidal study of MPB against HABs will provides much insight into development of new algicidal substances.

        저장기간에 따른 검정콩 종피의 안토시아닌 함량 및 색차

        검정콩이 가지고 있는 안토시아닌 색소의 안정성을 간접적으로 평가하기 위하여 재배품종 중 검정콩2호, 일품검정콩, 청자콩, 다원콩, 진주1호, 쥐눈이콩을 공시하여 실온에서 저장 기간(0, 6, 9, 12개월)별로 검정콩 종피의 안토시아닌 함량 및 색차의 변이를 조사하여 기능성 검정콩의 품종육성 및 저장에 대한 기초 자료를 얻자 실험한 결과는 아래와 같다. 1. D3G는 저장후 6개월까지는 약간 증가하였다가 9개월 이후 다시 감소하였으며, C3G는 저장후 기간이 경과함에 따라 계속 감소하였고, Pt3G는 저장 9개월후부터 감소하였다. 총함량도 저장후 기간이 경과함에 따라 계속 감소하였다. 2. 안토시아닌 색소의 Hunter's value인 L, a, b를 조사한 결과, 명도는 저장당시부터 6개월까지 감소하였으나 그 이후 12개월까지 큰 차이가 없었으면, 적색도는 저장후 9개월까지 증가하다가 이후 큰 차이를 보이지 않았고, 황색도는 저장 이후 12개월까지 점차적으로 증가하였다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the difference of anthocyanin content in black soybean seed coat according to different storage periods. Cultivars used in the experiment were six cultivers such as llpumgeomjeongkong, Geomjeongkong #2, Cheongjakong, Jinju #1, Dawonkong, and GuinuniD3G (delphinidin-3-glucoside) had increased little by little up to six months after seed storage and then decreased up to twelve months after nine months. C3G (cyanidin-3-glucoside) had continuously decreased from seed storage to twelve months. Pt3G (petunidin-3-glucoside) was not different up to nine months after seed storage but had decreased up to twelve months after nine months. TA (total anthocyanin) had slightly decreased up to twelve months after seed storage. The content of individual and total pigof anthocyanin had all decreased according to long storage of seeds and decreasing tendency was different among D3G, C3G, Pt3G, and TA. As a result of investigation for L, a, b as Hunter's value of anthocyanin contents, L had decreased from seed storage to six months and then that later was no difference up to twelve months. a had slightly increased up to nine month after seed storage and then there was no difference from nine to twelve months. b had gradually up to twelve months after seed storage.

      • 약용작물 재배현황과 전망

        국내 약용작물 재배면적은 12,688 ha 로 총 생산량이 39,951 M/T에 달하고았으나, 경남의 약초 재배면적은 556 ha, 총 생산량이 1,921 M/T이며, 참여 농가수는 2,442호에 지나지 않음. 한약재의 수입현황을 보면 '97년 총 수입량이 62,931,024 M/T, US$ 107,920,693에 이르며, 이를 분석하면 국내생산 불가한 한약재로는 감초, 녹용, 녹각 등이 있고, 국내재배가 가능한 품목으로 수입량이 많은 9개 품목은 갈근, 옥북, 창출등이 있으며, 국내 자급율이 50%에 이르는 목단, 시호, 오미자, 천마등도 수입되고 잇고, 국내자급이 가능한 황기, 당귀, 두충, 작약등 20여 품목은 수입조절품목으로 수입을 억제하고 있음. 국내 약초산업은 재래식 농법을 답습하여, 제초, 수확등 노동력이 많이 요구되는 생산비가 많은 것이 문제이며, 생산비 절감이 시급하고, 재배기간이 길어 자본회전이 늦은 것이 특징인데, 주성분 함량의 차이가 없다면 1내지 2년생을 수확하는 방안이 실현되어야 할 것이며, 제초제 및 병해충 방제 농약이 개발되어야 할 것임. 국내재배로 수입대체를 할 수 있는 백준에 이를 것으로 생각되며, 또한 국내생약 재배활성화를 위하여는 한약재를 이용한 건강음체된 생약산업을 발전 시키는 지름길일 것임. The cultivated area of medicinal plants in Korea was amounted 12,688 ha and total production was 39,951 M/T in 1996. However, the cultivated area of those in Kyungnam was 556 ha and 1,921 M/T of medicinal stuffs were produced. The imported medicinal stuffs were amounted to 62,931 M/T, $107,920,693 in 1997. Among them Gamcho, Nokyong and Nokgak were not produced. However, 9 medicinal stuffs having producing ability including Galgeun, Dunggule, Baegchul, etc. were ipmorted 8,712 M/T, $ 15,490,000. The medicinal plants growing have weeding, not mechanized, etc., therefore high cost was invested for production of medicinal stuffs. For self sufficient production of medicinal stuffs and substituting import of Baegchul, Dunggule and Woosl, on cultivating farm fields (ca. 34,000 ha) would be utilized for medicinal plants. For development medicinal cropping cultural practice must be improved urgently as follows : The cropping span would be shortened for 1 or 2 years in Danggui and Hwanggi, Dunggule for 3 years and bargchul for 2 years. The herbicides and pesticides must be developed urgently for reducing producting costs. And mechanization for sowing and harvesting would be needed urgently. Extention of demand of medicinal stuffs, developing of medicinal beverages and teas and other new fuctional materials would be researched.

      • 藥用作物 仙鶴草(Agrimonia pilosa)의 文獻的 考察

        Agrimony plants were exploited as traditional herbal drugs, Seonhakcho in oriental countries, for a long time. Recently, demand of Seonhakcho was increasing for oriental herbal drugs, for edible wild vegetabes and flowering plants. The literature review was conducted on agrimony and Agrimonia Herbs. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The plants were distributed widely Europe, North America, China, Japan and Korea. Expecially, the plants were widely distributed in Korean Penninsula. 2. Harvesting period for vegetable was in early Spring, while for herbal drugs the plants were harvested at just before flowering in Summer. 3. The historical documents for cultivation of the plants were detected, depending upon tides of currents the plants were exploited as emergency crop, vegetables and drugs by collecting wild plants. 4. The major principle ingredients from etc., roots were catecholamine, saponin, agrimoniin, etc., those of leaves were pyrocatechin, tannin, resin, ascorbic acid, Vitamin K, tannin and those of seeds were linolenic acid and oleic acid etc.. 5. The plants were abundantly contained inorganic chemical contents such as K, Ca, Mg, Na, P and other minor elements. 6. Major pharmacological activities of agrimony plants were hemostatic, inhibition of gram positive bacteria, antidiarrhea, antidote, promoting agglutination, and contracting blood vessel etc., and also exploited as cosmetics and dyes. 7. Exploitation for edible the plants were vegetable, salad and liquors and the plants are also attempting to develop as flowering plant and edible in Japan.

      • 단순 스무딩 스플라인 함수 추정

        본 논문의 목적은 선형 스무딩 스플라인에 대한 단순하고 구체화된 형태를 제안하고, 구체화된 선형 스무딩 스플라인 형태를 통하여 스무딩 스플라인의 특성을 이해하고는 어떻게 비모수 함수 추정량의 도구로서 사용될 수 있는지를 보인다. 또한 예제를 통하여 다른 비모수적 추정량들과 비교하였다. In this paper, we give simple and closed form of linear smoothing spline. Through the form, we understand the characteristics of smoothing spline, and show that how the smoothing spline can be used as a tool for estimator of nonparametric functin. And an example is given for comparison of our esttimator with another nonparametric estimators.
