      • Wi-Fi 핑거프린트 기반 실내 이동 경로 데이터 생성 방법

        최근, 실내 위치 기반 서비스에서 정확한 서비스를 위해 Wi-Fi 핑거프린트 기반의 딥러닝 기술을 이용한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 딥러닝 모델 중에서 과거의 정보를 기억할 수 있는 RNN 모델은 실내측위에서 연속된 움직임을 기억할 수 있어 측위 오차를 줄일 수 있다. 이때 학습 데이터로서 연속적인 순차 데이터를 필요로 한다. 그러나 일반적으로 Wi-Fi 핑거프린트 데이터의 경우 특정 위치에 대한 신호들만으로 관리되기 때문에 RNN 모델의 학습데이터로 사용이 부적절하다. 본 논문은 RNN 모델의 순차적인 입력 데이터의 생성을 위해 클러스터링을 통한 영역 데이터로 확장된 Wi-Fi 핑거프린트 데이터 기반 이동 경로의 예측을 통한 경로 생성 방법에 대해 제안한다. Recently, researches using deep learning technology based on Wi-Fi fingerprints have been conducted for accurate services in indoor location-based services. Among the deep learning models, an RNN model that can store information from the past can store continuous movements in indoor positioning, thereby reducing positioning errors. At this time, continuous sequential data is required as training data. However, since Wi-Fi fingerprint data is generally managed only with signals for a specific location, it is inappropriate to use it as training data for an RNN model. This paper proposes a path generation method through prediction of a moving path based on Wi-Fi fingerprint data extended to region data through clustering to generate sequential input data of the RNN model.

        In this experiments, FAC(fluorinated amorphous carbon) thin films were deposited by ICPCVD(inductively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition) method. CF_4 gas flow rate was changed from 20sccm to 75sccm under the fixed RF power and substrate temperature at 800W and room temperature, respectively. The samples were annealed at 300℃ and 500℃ after deposition. From FTIR and XPS analysis, we observed that a-C:F(FAC) thin film had less-cross linked structure. This a-C:F(FAC) thin film had 2.3 relative dielectric constant, and thermal stability of annealed a-C:F(FAC) thin film was better than as-deposited ones.

      • Asynchronous arterial systolic expansion as a marker of vascular aging: assessment of the carotid artery with velocity vector imaging

        OBJECTIVE: Arterial elastic properties change with aging. Measurements of pulse wave velocity and augmentation index are useful for the evaluation of arterial stiffness. However, they likely represent only global characteristics of the arterial tree rather than local vascular alterations. The aim of this study was to evaluate whether local vascular properties assessed by velocity vector imaging differed with aging. METHODS: Vascular properties of carotid arteries with ages were assessed in 100 healthy volunteers (52 men) ranging from 20 to 68 years using velocity vector imaging. The peak circumferential strain and strain rate of the six segments in left common carotid arteries were analyzed and the standard deviation of the time to peak circumferential strain and strain rate of the six segments, representing the synchronicity of the arterial expansion, were calculated. Central blood pressure, augmentation index and pulse wave velocity were assessed by commercially available radial artery tonometry, the SphygmoCor system (AtCor Medical, West Ryde, Australia). A validated generalized transfer function was used to acquire the central aortic pressures and pressure waveforms. RESULTS: Pulse wave velocity, augmentation index and velocity vector imaging parameters showed significant changes with age. However, the age-related changes in pulse wave velocity, augmentation index and velocity vector imaging parameters were different. The increase in pulse wave velocity was more prominent in older individuals, whereas the changes in augmentation index and carotid strain and strain rate were evident earlier, at the age of 30 years. Unlike augmentation index, which showed little change in older individuals, the standard deviation of time to peak strain and strain rate showed a steady increase from younger to older individuals. CONCLUSION: Asynchronous arterial expansion could be a useful discriminative marker of vascular aging independent of individual’s age.

        A Study on the Dielectric Components of SiOC(-H) Composite FilmsDeposited by Using BTMSM/O2-ICPCVD

        SiOC(-H) composite lms with low dielectric constants were deposited on p-type Si(100) substrates by using inductively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition with a mixture of a bistrimethylsilyl- methane (BTMSM) precursor gas and oxygen and were annealed at 400 C for 30 minutes. The dielectric properties in the lm were characterized by using the dipole moment induced by variations in the bonding angles in Si-O-C chain structure. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to investigate Si-O-Si, Si-O-C, Si-CH3, and OH-related bonding congurations in the lm. The lm annealed at 400 C showed a re-arrangement of the chemical bonds in the SiOC(-H) composite lm, and some Si-O-Si open links were changed into ring links. The bonding angle of the Si-O-C structure increased as the carbon content increased, and as a result, the induced dipole moment and the electronic dielectric constant decreased. The lowest dielectric constant achieved was 2.3; the induced dipole moment and the electronic dielectric constant were 3.79 10..29 Cm and 2.06, respectively.ls

        Enhanced x-ray irradiation-induced cancer cell damage by gold nanoparticles treated by a new synthesis method of polyethylene glycol modification

        <P>We explored a very interesting gold nanoparticle system—pegylated gold in colloidal solution—and analyzed its uptake by mice colorectal adenocarcinoma CT26 tumor cells and the impact on the cell’s response to x-ray irradiation. We found that exposure to polyethylene glycol (PEG) modified (‘pegylated’) 4.7 ± 2.6 nm gold nanoparticles synthesized by a novel synchrotron-based method enhances the response of CT26 cells to x-ray irradiation. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and confocal microscopy revealed that substantial amounts of such nanoparticles are taken up and absorbed by the cells and this conclusion is supported by quantitative induced coupled plasma (ICP) results. Standard tests indicated that the internalized particles are highly biocompatible but strongly enhance the cell damage induced by x-ray irradiation. Synchrotron radiation Fourier transform infrared (SR-FTIR) spectromicroscopy analyzed the chemical aspects of this phenomenon: the appearance of C = O stretching bond spectral features could be used as a marker for cell damage and confirmed the enhancement of the radiation-induced toxicity for cells.</P>

        한국형 출혈열 환자에서 병기에 따른 혈중 Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide 농도의 변화

        N/A The plasma atrial naturiuretic polypeptide (ANP) was repeatedly measured in each clinical phases in 20 patients (20.8±7.2yr) with Korean Hemorrhagic Fever (KHF). The study purpose was to see whether there is any relationship between the clinical course of KHF and the changes of plasma level of ANP. In three patients the plasma ANP could be repeatedly measured from the early oliguric to diruetic phases. In these three patients the plasma level of renin activity and aldosterone were very high in the early oliguric phase. Then the plasma renin activity and aldosterone level decreased steeply in remarkable degree to near normal level while the patient is still in oliguric phase and stayed at this level during the diuretic phase. The plasma ANP level was low (30-80pg/ml) in the early oliguric phase. Then with the sudden remarkable decrease of plasma renin activity and aldosterone the plasma ANP increased rapidly to high level (230-280pg/ml), then was decreased to near normal level (90-190pg/ml) making a narrow peaked plasma ANP concentration curve, and then the level stayed at near normal level during the diuretic phase. Around the time when the plasma renin activity and aldosterone concentrations were decreased to their low level and the plasma ANP was increased to it's peak level the oliguric phase was changed to the diuretic phase. The changes of plasma cortisol level followed the pattern of changes of plasma renin and aldosterone. It is possible that the increase of plasma ANP level might have had some role in the initiation of diuretic phase in these patients. It is not certain whether these changes are the unique changes seen only in patients with KHF or the changes seen also in patients with acute renal failure of other causes.

        Validation of Pharyngeal Acid Reflux Episodes Using Hypopharyngeal Multichannel Intraluminal Impedance-pH

        Background/AimsHypopharyngeal multichannel intraluminal impedance-pH (HMII-pH) technology incorporating 2 trans-upper esophageal sphincter impedance channels has been developed to detect pharyngeal reflux. We used the HMII-pH technique to validate the candidate pharyngeal acid reflux (PAR) episodes based on the dual-pH tracings and determined the interobserver reproducibility. MethodsWe conducted a cross-sectional study in tertiary centers in Taiwan. Ninety patients with suspected laryngopharyngeal reflux and 28 healthy volunteers underwent HMII-pH test when off acid suppressants. Candidate PAR episodes were characterized by pharyngeal pH drops of at least 2 units and reaching a nadir pH of 5 within 30 seconds during esophageal acidification. Two experts manually independently identified candidate PAR episodes based on the dual-pH tracings. By reviewing the HMII-pH tracings, HMII-pH-proven PAR episodes were subsequently confirmed. The consensus reviews of HMII-pH-proven PAR episodes were considered to be the reference standard diagnosis. The interobserver reproducibility was assessed. ResultsA total of 105 candidate PAR episodes were identified. Among them 84 (80.0%; 95% CI, 71.0-87.0%) were HMII-pH-proven PAR episodes (82 in 16 patients and 2 in 1 healthy subject). Patients tended to have more HMII-pH-proven PAR episodes than healthy controls (median and percentile values [25th, 75th, and 95th percentiles]: 0 [0, 0, 3] vs 0 [0, 0, 0], P = 0.067). The concordance rate in diagnosing HMII-pH-proven PAR episodes between 2 independent observers was 92.2%. ConclusionOur preliminary data showed that 80.0% (71.0-87.0%) of the proposed candidate PAR episodes were HMII-pH-proven PAR episodes, among which the interobserver reproducibility was good.

        Harm Avoidance is Correlated with the Reward System in Adult Patients with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder: A Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging Study

        Objective: Hypoactivity in the reward system among patients with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a well-known phenomenon. Whether the activity in the reward pathway is related to harm avoidance, such as in sensitivity to punishment, is unclear. Evidence regarding the potential difference between ADHD patients and controls in terms of this association is scarce. Methods: Event-related functional magnetic resonance imaging was conducted on subjects performing the Iowa gambling test. Fourteen adults with ADHD and 14 controls were enrolled in the study. Results: Harm avoidance was found to be positively correlated with the activities of the bilateral orbitofrontal cortex and right insula in individuals with ADHD. A group difference was also confirmed. Conclusion: Understanding the roles of harm avoidance and brain activation during risk tasks is important.

        Effect of Thermal Treatment on SiOC(-H) Films with Low Dielectric Constant

        Carbon doped silicon oxide (SiOC(-H)) lms with low dielectric constant were deposited on a p-type Si(100) substrate by using inductively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition with a bis-trimethylsilylmethane (BTMSM : H9C3-Si-CH2-Si-C3H9) precursor and oxygen gases. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to investigate the bonding congurations and atomic concentrations in the lms. The dielectric constant of the Si-O-C(-H) composite lm depends on the relative carbon concentration and the content of the ring link mode in the Si-O-C(-H) bonding structure. The carbon concentration and the relative content of the ring link mode increased as annealing temperature increased. The lowest dielectric constant of an annealed lm at 300 C was about 2.12, for a lm deposited at a ow rate ratio of 85 %.

      • A study on the influence of carbon contents on dielectric constant of SiOC films by thermal treatment

        본 연구에서는 ICPCVD 방법으로 BTMSM과 산소 가스를 이용하여 차세대 반도체 소자에 적용가능한 저유전 박막인 SiOC 박막의 열처리 전후의 탄소 농도가 유전상수에 끼치는 영향에 관하여 연구하였다. 열처리 후에 산소의 농도가 다소 감소하며 탄소의 농도가 약간 증가함을 XPS와 FT-IR을 통하여 확인할수 있었으며 열처리 후의 SiOC 박막의 최저 유전 상수는 2.1이었다. Carbon doped silicon oxide (SiOC) films with low dielectric constant films were deposited on p-type Si(100) substrates using a mixture gases of the bistrimethylsilymethane(BTMSM) and oxygen gas by an inductively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy spectra were employed to investigate the porosity and the atomic concentration in the films. After annealing at 400℃ in vacuum, the carbon contents of the deposited film was increased, but the film density decreased. Therefore, the annealed SiOC composite films have the lowest relative dielectric constant ( k = 2.1).
