Acinar cell carcinoma is a rare tumor that represents 1~2% of al1 pancreatic cancers. Clinical and radiologic findings are inconclusive in this disease Acinar cell carcinoma is characterized by rapid progression and early metastasis, which lead to its poor prognosis. A 41-year-o1d man was admitted to our hospital for abdominal pain. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) and positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) showed a splenic mass, which was being invaded by a pancreatic tail mass and which had increased ^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake Primary radical distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy were performed. Pathologic findings revealed an acinar cell carcinoma of the Pancreas The patient underwent a total gastrectomy three months later because of gastric recurrence Four months later, multiple hepatic metastases were discovered, and the patient underwent a left hepatectomy During treatment with capecitabine, there was no evidence of tumor progression for 14 months. We report a case of metastatic pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma, which did not progress for an extended period while the patient was being treated with capecitabme.

유가증권시장 상장기업의 선택적 회계처리에 관한 실태 분석

본 연구는 한국거래소 유가증권시장에 상장된 기업의 유형자산과 재고자산의 선택적 회계처리에 관한 실태 분석이다. 유형자산의 평가모형 및 감가상각방법 분석결과 유형자산의 평가모형 중 원가모형을 적용하고 있는 회사는 전체 728개 중 659개(90.5%), 64개(8.8%)가 원가모형과 재평가모형을 함께 적용하고 있다. 재평가모형을 적용하는 유형자산은 대부분 토지로 나타나고 있으며, 재평가모형만을 적용하는 회사는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 유형자산의 감가상각방법 중 정액법을 적용하고 있는 회사는 전체 728개 중 709개(97%), 정액법과 정률법을 함께 적용하는 회사는 11개(1.5%), 정액법과 생산량비례법을 함께 적용하는 회사는 2개, 정률법만 적용하는 회사는 1개 회사로 나타났다. 그리고 3개 회사는 유형자산 계정과목이 없으며, 2개 회사는 감가상각방법에 대한 내용이 주석에 공시되지 않고 있다. 재고자산의 수량결정방법과 가격결정방법을 분석한 결과 재고자산의 수량결정방법으로 계속 기록법과 실지재고조사법을 함께 적용하고 있는 회사는 728개 중 68개(9.3%), 실지재고조사법만 적용하는 회사는 3개, 계속기록법만 적용하는 회사는 1개 회사이다. 나머지 548개(75.3%) 회사는 주석에 수량결정방법을 공시하지 않고 있다. 재고자산의 가격결정방법은 회사들이 기업의 환경에 맞게 재고자산의 유형에 따라 다양하게 적용하고 있으며, 업종의 특성에 따라 금융업과 서비스업 중 지주회사에 해당하는 기업에서는 재고자산 계정과목이 재무상태표에 나타나지 않고 있으며, 유통업에서는 소매재고법(매출가격환원법)을 적용하는 회사가 9개 회사로 나타났다. 유형자산의 경우는 업종 특성에 관계없이 대부분의 회사가 평가모형으로 원가모형, 감가상각방법으로 정액법을 사용하고 있으며, 이와 달리 재고자산의 경우는 기업의 상황과 업종 특성을 반영하여 다양한 가격결정방법을 사용하고 있는 것으로 판단된다. This study is an analysis on the realities on the selective accounting of property, plant and equipment and inventories of listed firms in KOSPI. As a result of analyzing the evaluation model and depreciation method of property, plant and equipment, 659 firms(90.5%) out of the total 728 firms that applied cost model. and 64 firms(8.8%) applied cost model and revaluation model. Most of the property, plant and equipment applying the revaluation model are shown as land, and no firm applies the revaluation model. Among depreciation methods of property, plant and equipment, 706 firms(97%) of the total 728 firms that apply the straight-line method, 11 firms(1.5%) to apply the straight-line method and the fixed percentage method. There are two firms that apply the straight-line method and activity method, one firm that applies only the fixed percentage method. The three firms do not have a property, plant and equipment account and the two firms do not disclose depreciation methods in the footnotes. As a result of analyzing the method of determining the quantity of inventories and the method of determining the price, 68 firms(9.3%) of the 728 firms that applied perpetual inventory system and periodic inventory system. There are three firms that applies only periodic inventory system, and one firm that applies only perpetual inventory system. The remaining 548 firms(75.3%) do not disclose how to determine the amount in the financial statements footnotes. The method of determining the price of inventories varies according to the types of inventories according to the firm`s environment. According to the characteristics of the industry, firms in the financial and service industries that are holding companies do not show inventory account in their financial statements. In the retail industry, six firms apply the retail inventory method.

Primary retroperitoneal mucinous cystadenocarcinoma is a very rare malignancy, and little is known concerning its Pathogenesis, optimal treatment, and prognosis. A 29-year-o1d pregnant woman (21 weeks) Presented with abdominal discomfort CA 19-9, CA 125, and CEA were normal Abdominal CT scanning revealed a 19x15x13 cm retropentoneal tumor Exploratory laparotomy and tumor excision were performed. Mucinous retropentoneal implants were removed as completely as possible Histologically, the tumor showed focal areas of capsular invasion, but free resection margins The uterus and both ovaries were normal in appearance No adjuvant therapy was pursued. Six months later, Peritoneal and bilateral ovarian metastases were discovered. Hence, we report the details of this case of primary retroperitoneal mucinous Cystadeno-carcinoma and present a review of the literature.

데이터 마이닝 접근방법에 의한 기업 도산 예측

Bankruptcy Prediction is a noble application of data mining. We attempt to analyze korean companies which were bankrupted or in financial insolvency after IMF is introduced, using Frailty Model. Frailty model has the advantage that it can consider multiple observations over some periods, while neither MDA nor Logit analysis can. Firstly, we build the model according to frailty analysis, and remodel the prediction model to estimate the parameters using hierarchical generalized linear model. The model select the ratio of interest over sales volume as a most influential factor in predicting bankruptcy.

形而上學派 詩와 John Donne

The term 'metaphysical applied to a group of poets who wrote under the influence of John Donne in the 17th century, has been argued about the validity. Someone who had expected to find metaphysics or philosophy in their poems denied applying the name to them. But in the respect of the style and the attitude to write poems, they used the metaphysical method, -speculative, analytic, intellectual and logical. Of course we can find the metaphysical qualities in them, for example, the existence of God, the relation of God and men, and the supersensible experiences. So we can call them 'metaphysical poets' if we don't expect to find the complete 'metaphysics' in their poems. Almost all of the characteristics of the metaphysical poets can be found in Donne's poems. Because Donne is a initiator of the metaphysical poetry and many followers immitated him. One of the charac teristics is a combination of thought and feeling which is a big issue of modern poetry. It means 'a direct sensuous apprehension of thought, so we can 'feel their thought as immediately as the odour of rose.' The unified sensibility and a combination of thought and feeling is the most important achievement of the metaphysical poets. Another characteristic is their wit. The use of the conceit and surprise related to wit. The most heterogeneous experiences were combinated and made a new image which made us surprise. If we read their poems superficially, only fragments of image can be found in the poems, but read carefully, each image connected firmly through logical development, and made a whole image. From analysis their conceits achieve synthesis. Analytical approach is another characteristic of them. Because of the use of conceit, simplicity is a unique quality of their poem. The language of speech and the vividness of conversation made us to approach easily to their poems. The use of the meter and rhyme as a vehicle is also a very important achievement of the metaphysical poets. Nowadays the term 'metaphysical' is used as a abjective to modify the poems written in their unique style.

The study schematizes the collaborative procedure which is generated at the early stage of design process, analyzes the decision support system and suggests the method for reaching a compromise.Finally, this study suggested collaborative process method of architectural design and provided the basic concept that can be used for the similar projects. 수종의 BRACKET(DBS)제거방법에 따른 법랑질 표면에 대한 주사전자현미경적 연구

With modification of the acid etch technique and improvements of the physical and mechanical properties of the acrylic resin, the removal of directly bonded attachments and the finishing of the underlying enamel have become an acute clinical problem. This study was to evaluation the efficacy of recently introduced instrumentation and techniques to remove bonded brackets and residual resin, and restore the affected enamel surface to an acceptable clinical condition. Forty-eight premolar which were scheduled for extraction for orthodontic purposes were bonded with brackets using super-C ortho Four additional premolars with untreated surfaces were used as controls . After one weak the brackets were removed and the residual resin removed by hand scaler, green stone, green rubber wheel, sandpaper disc, tungsten carbide bur, Sof-lex disc. Half the experimental teeth were given a final pumicing and then all were extracted and stored in 50 percent ethanol. The scanning electron microscopy was used to evaluated the enamel surface. Following results were obtained; 1. A satisfactory result was obtained by means of the Sof-lex disc. 2. The order of the scratch formation was the procedure using hand scaler, green stone, tungsten carbide bur, sandpaper disc, green rubber wheel, and Sof-lex disc. 3. The procedures using green stone and tungsten carbide bur showed many groove formations and the other procedures showed none. 4. Final pumicing serves effectively to remove residual abhesive and restore the enamel surface.

원적외선 광조사에 의한 도핑되지 않은 반절연성 GaAs의 광전류 전이와 열자극 전류

도핑되지 않은 반절연성 GaAs의 광전류 급냉과 열적 회복효과를 조사하기 위하여, 성장 방법이 다른 두개의 반절연성 GaAs시료에 대해 원적외선 영역(hv≤1.12eV)의 광조사에 의한 열자극 전류(TSC)스펙트럼들이 측정되었다. LEC방법에 의하여 성장된 As가 풍부한 반절연성 GaAs시료에 대한 50K에서의 광전류의 급냉 과정은 두 단계로 대별된다. 광전류 값이 최소가 되는 시간으로 전이시간 t_T를 정의할 때, (1) IR 광조사 시간 t<t_T이면, EL2(기저상태)→EL2^*(준안정상태) 전이에 의하여 광전류가 감소하고, (2)t>t_T이면, persistent photocurrent (PPC)효과에 의하여 광전류는 다시 증가하였다. 이러한 차이는 성장 방법과 조성비에 따른 잔류불순물의 농도가 광전류 변화에 영향을 준 때문으로 판단된다. 한편, 광조사 시간에 따른 TSC 피크들의 급냉과 급냉된 피크들의 열적 회복에 대한 온도 의존성은 EL2의 기저상태와 준안정 상태 간의 전이 또는 열적 회복과정과 거의 일치하였다. 따라서, 광전류의 급냉 전과 후에 각각 다른 형태로 관측되는 TSC스펙트럼 구조는 EL2 또는 EL2^*와 직접적인 관련을 갖는 트랩들의 분포에 의해 결정되고, 이 트랩들은 EL2-점결함 또는 EL2-잔류불순물로 형성된 complex에 의한 것으로 추론되었다. To study the photoquenching and thermal recovery effects in undoped semi- insulating (Sl) GaAs,the thermally stimulated current (TSCI) spectra, by illuminating infrared light (hv≤ 1.12 eV), are measured with two different Sl-GaAs samples, grown by the liquid-encapsulated Czochraski (LEC) and the horizontal bridgeman (HB) methods. In the As-riched Sl-GaAs sample by LEC method, the photo-current (I_ph) quenching process at 50 K consists of the following two stages: (1) quenching of I_ph due to the transition EL2→EL2^* before a transition time t_T and (2) enhancement of I_ph due to persistent photocurrent (PPC) after t_T, where t_T is defined as the time in which I_ph becomes minimum. However, neither re-enhancement of I_ph nor PPC are observed in the Sl-GaAs sample by HB method. This distinction results from the difference on the concentration of residual impurities, dependent on the growing method and composition rate, in the above two samples. The illumination time dependence of the quenching of TSC peaks and the temperature dependence of their thermal recovery are nearly fitted into those of the ground-to-metastable-state transition or thermal recovery process of EL2. Asa result, it is inferred that the TSC spectral structure, showing different feature before and after IR-quenching, is determined by the distribution of traps associated directly with EL2 or EL2^* and the traps are originated from a complex of EL2-point defect or EL2-residual impurities.

수술적으로 치료한 통증을 동반한 흉추부의 후외상성 Schmorl씨 결절 : 2례 보고 Report of Two Cases

Study Design : Two patients who had painful Schmorl's node at thoracic level from acute trauma were adopted and taken operation for its treatment Objectives : To document the effect of operation for the treatment of painful Schmorl's node at thoracic level summary of background data : Schrmorl's nodes are common spinal lesion generally believed to be asymptomatic, but in some cases there were painful symptom by Schmorl's node. This case report is to explain the effect of operative treatment for the painful Schmorl's node. Methods : Two patients were adopted who had traumatic painful Schmorl's node at thoracic level for our case report. They were treated conservative methods at first but it's effect were poor, so they were taken anterior decompression and fusion, and checked back pain symptom. Result : In all two patients, the symptom of back pain by Schmorl's nodes at thoracic level was almost subsided. conclusion : For the treatment of traumatic painful Schmorl's node, most of surgeon says that conservative treatments were treatment of choice, but operative treatments are also benefit to subsidence of back pain by Schmorl's node.

In this paper, constructed statistical data analysis system that the user can analyze its data on the web. We implemented statistical data analysis system that the user select a data analysis method and input data on the web browser, and then can see analysis results of the data through the statistical software in the server on the web. Statistical Data Analysis System is system able to analysis of data through interface statistical software using the data on the web. and that is consisted of the SAS(Statistical Analysis System) for statistical package and interface between web server and statistical software is implemented by ASP(Active Server Pages).
