        DS-CDMA 시스템에서 적응 병렬간섭제거기의 시험검파기에 대한 성능분석

        DS-CDMA 시스템에서 다중 사용자간섭에 의한 성능 저하를 방지하기 위하여 비교적 구조가 간단하고, 성능이 우수한 병렬 간섭제거기가 이용된다. 본 논문에서는 병렬간섭제거기에 이용되는 기존 검파기의 파라미터의 최적화를 통하여 적응 병렬간섭제거기의 성능을 분석하고, 새로운 시험검파기인 HTNZ 검파방식을 제안한다. 적응 병렬간섭제거기는 기존의 부분 병렬간섭제거기에서 사용하는 고정된 값의 가중치를 NLMS 적응 알고리즘을 이용하여 적응적으로 계산하는 방법을 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안하는 방법이 기존의 hard 검파방식에 비해 사용자 용량이 57% 증가하는 향상된 결과를 얻었다.

        무전해 식각법으로 합성한 Si 나노와이어 Field Effect Transistor 유연소자의 특성

        Si Nanowire (NW) field effect transistors (FETs) were fabricated on hard Si and flexible polyimide (PI) substrates, and their electrical characteristics were compared. Si NWs used as channels were synthesized by electroless etching method at low temperature, and these NWs were refined using a centrifugation method to get the NWs to have an optimal diameter and length for FETs. The gate insulator was poly(4-vinylphenol) (PVP), prepared using a spin-coating method on the PI substrate. Gold was used as electrodes whose gap was 8 ${\mu}m$. These gold electrodes were deposited using a thermal evaporator. Current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of the device were measured using a semiconductor analyzer, HP-4145B. The electrical properties of the device were characterized through hole mobility, $I_{on}/I_{off}$ ratio and threshold voltage. The results showed that the electrical properties of the TFTs on PVP were similar to those of TFTs on $SiO_2$. The bending durability of SiNWs TFTs on PI substrate was also studied with increasing bending times. The results showed that the electrical properties were maintained until the sample was folded about 500 times. But, after more than 1000 bending tests, drain current showed a rapid decrease due to the defects caused by the roughness of the surface of the Si NWs and mismatches of the Si NWs with electrodes.

        해외 JIT에 수록된 운전경험 분석

        An Operating Experience Report(OER) has written about events and accidents happened at a Nuclear Power Plant(NPP). The purpose of publishing the OER is to prevent the similar event or accident repeatedly by spreading the experience of a single plant to other plants personnel. In this paper, it is analyses that the foreign NPPs' OERs on JIT published by the International Nuclear Agency(WANO, INPO, COG, BE). The analysis introduced in this paper is performed along with the various factors such as type of work, root-cause, and equipment. The root-cause analysis about the OERs shows that the Human-error is the major factor in foreign NPPs, but on the other hand equipment problem is the main part of the Domestic NPPs. The ratio of the foreign NPP's OERs on JIT according to the type of work was applied to KHNP-JIT developed nowadays for the first time in KOREA.

        데이터 마이닝 기반 침입탐지 패턴 알고리즘의 설계 및 구현

        본 논문에서 우리는 방대한 패킷 데이터로부터 침입탐지를 위한 규칙들을 자동으로 생성하는 방법으로 기존 연관규칙을 연역적 알고리즘을 분석하고, 그 결과를 기반으로 침입탐지 시스템에 적용되기 위한 침입 패턴 규칙들을 빠르게 생성할 수 있도록 연연적 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한고 있는 연역적 알고리즘은 대량의 데이터를 항목별로 분류하고 제거하는 클러스터링 개념에 적합하도록 설계하였다. 이 알고리즘은 적용될 침입탐지 시스템 패턴 생성 및 분석 모듈 방식에 직접적으로 연계되어 있으며, 이것은 침입탐지 시스템에 관한 패턴관리를 위한 규칙 데이터베이스를 구축함으로서 응용범위의 확장은 물론 기존 침입탐지 시스템의 탐지속도를 높일 수 있다. 제안된 연역적 알고리즘의 패텅 생성 기법은 침입탐지 시스템에서 생성되는 데이터의 지원율에 따라 적절히 변경될 수 있는 알고리즘을 사용하였으며, 이 기법에 의한 규칙 생성율의 향상에 따른 규칙생성 속도개선 가능성에 대해 알고리즘 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석하였다. In this paper, we analyze the associated rule based deductive algorithm which creates the rules automatically for intrusion detection from the vast packet data. Based on the result, we also suggest the deductive algorithm which creates the rules of intrusion pattern fast in order to apply the intrusion detection systems. The deductive algorithm proposed is designed suitable to the concept of clustering which classifies and deletes the large data. This algorithm has direct relation with the method of pattern generation and analyzing module of the intrusion detection system. This can also extend the appication range and increase the detection speed of exiting intrusion detection system as the rule database is constructed for the pattern management of the intrusion detection system. The proposed pattern generation technique of the deductive algorithm is used to the algorithm is used to the algorithm which can be changed by the supporting rate of the data created from the intrusion detection system. Fanally, we analyze the possibility of the speed improvement of the rule generation with the algorithm simulation.

        자침과 관련된 외상성 기흉 1례

        Objective : There was no report on traumatic pneumothorax associated with acupuncture in korea yet, although many people guess at its possibility. In order to make known that acupuncture can cause pneumothorax in reality and to prevent more acupuncture-related adverse effect cases in future, this report was made. Methods : Close observation was done on clinical symptoms & radiologic examination of acupuncture-related traumatic pneumothorax patient. Results : During acupuncture therapy on neck stiffness & shoulder pain, a acupuncture needle was inserted too deeply into upper part of thorax unintentionally, patient showed dyspnea, chest pain & discomfort, cough, sweating and mild rupture of right lung in chest radiologic findings, and recovered after 2 weeks of conservative treatment. Conclusion : In order to prevent traumatic pneumothorax during acupuncture therapy, needling into thorax sometimes requires tilted acupuncture needle inserting under consideration of needle width & length. At least 0.40mm width of needle is generally considered appropriate in needling into taut band of thoracic muscles, because too thin and long needle sometimes can be bent and inserted into wrong way, which can cause adverse effects like pneumothorax.

      • 인공 종양대치물을 이용한 사지구제술후의 보행 분석

        Prosthetic replacement is one of the most common methods of reconstruction after resection of malignant tumor around the knee. Gait analysis provides a relative objective data about the gait function of patients with prosthesis. The purpose of this study was to compare the gait pattern of the patients who underwent limb salvage surgery with prosthesis for distal femur and that of patients with prosthesis for proximal tibia. This study included ten patients (4 males, 6 females, mean age 22.7 years, range 14-36) who underwent a wide resection and Kotz hinged modular reconstruction prosthesis replacement and six normal adult(Control). The site of bone tumor was the distal femur (Group 1) in six patients and proximal tibia (Group 2) in 4 patients. The follow-up period ranged from 15 to 82 months (mean : 33 months). The evaluation consisted of clinical assessment, radiographic assessment, gait analysis using VICON 370 Motion Analysis System. The gait analysis included the linear parameters such as, walking velocity, cadence, step length, stride length, stance time, swing time, single support and double support time and the three-dimensional kinematics (joint rotation angle, velocity of joint rotation) of ankle, knee, hip and pelvis in sagittal, coronal and transverse plane. For the kinetic evaluation, the moment of force (unit: Nm/kg) and power (unit: Watt/kg) of ankle, knee and hip joint in sagittal, coronal and transverse plane. In the linear parameters, cadence, velocity, step time and single support were decreased in both group 1 and group 2 compared with control. Double support decreased in group 2 compared with control significantly(p<.05). In contrast to our hypothesis, there was no significant difference between group 1 and group 2. In Kinematics, we observed significant difference (p<.05) of decreased knee flexion in loading response (G2<G1<control) and extension in mid stance in group 2 compared with group 1. In group 2, the greater knee coronal and transverse plane motion and decreased maximum ankle dorsiflexion in terminal stance and terminal swing, and decreased maximum hip extension in terminal stance were also significant(p<.05). In kinetics, the maximum knee flexion moment and sum of flexion moment at stance were increased in group 2 significantly(p<.05). Maintenance of extensor mechanism through secure attachment of patellar tendon is believed to be more important than the amount of resected quadriceps muscle foe active knee extension and powerful stance. Gait analysis is very useful and objective in the assessment of postoperative gait function and also helpful in establishing a physical therapy program and a novel prosthesis design with physiologic mechanism.

        코발트-크롬 합금의 표면처리에 따른 열중합형 의치상용 레진과의 전단결합강도

        Statement of problem: For the long-term success of removable partial dentures, the bonding between metal framework and denture base resin is one of the important factors. To improve bonding between those, macro-mechanical retentive form that is included metal framework design has been generally used. However it has been known that sealing at the interface between metal framework and denture base resin is very weak, because this method uses mechanical bonding. Purpose: Many studies has been made to find a simple method which induces chemical bond, now various bonding system is applied to clinic. In this experiment, shear bond strengths of heat-cured denture base resin to the surface-treated Co-Cr alloy were measured before and after thermocycling. Chemically treated groups with Alloy $Primer^{TM}$, Super-Bond $C&B^{TM}$, and tribochemically treated group with $Rocatec^{TM}$ system were compared to the beadtreated control group. The data were analyzed with two-way ANOVA. Result: 1. Shear bond strength of bead-treated group is highest, and Alloy $Primer^{TM}$ treated group, Super-Bond $C&B^{TM}$ treated group, RocatecTM system treated group were followed. Statistically significant differences were found in each treated group(p<0.05). 2. Surface treatment and thermocycling affected shear bond strength(p<0.05), however there was no interaction between two factors(p>0.05). 3. Shear bond strengths of bead-treated group and Alloy $Primer^{TM}$ treated group showed no statistically significant difference before and after thermocycling(p>0.05), and those of Super-Bond $C&B^{TM}$ treated group and $Rocatec^{TM}$ system treated group showed statistically significant difference after thermocycling(p<0.05).

        봉독약침이 류마티스 관절염 환자의 관절 통증, 종창 및 급성 염증 반응에 미치는 영향

        Objective : In order to study the effects of bee venom(BV) on the pain, edema, and acute inflammatory reactant of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) patients. Methods : Patients with RA who met the ACR(American College of Rheumatology) 1987 revised criteria for the diagnosis of RA were treated with the BV therapy twice a week for 3 months. Tender joint counts, swollen joint counts, Visual analog scale(VAS), morning in stiffness, ESR, C-reactive protein(CRP) were analyzed before and after BV therapy. Results : The results as follows: 1. Tender joint counts in patients after BV therapy were significantly lower than those before BV therapy($9.0{\pm}7.9$ vs $15{\pm}11.4$, p=0.002). 2. Swollen joint counts of the patients after BV therapy were significantly lower than those before BV therapy ($5.0{\pm}6.1$ vs $1.5{\pm}2.3$, p=0.001). 3. VAS in patients after BV therapy was significantly lower than before BV therapy($60.8{\pm}17.6$ vs $38.0{\pm}15.9$, p=0.000). 4. Duration of morning stiffness in patients after BV therapy was significantly reduced compared with that before BV therapy($119.1{\pm}112.6min$ vs $59.0{\pm}89.7min$, p=0.009). 5. ESR and CRP were not significantly changed before and after BV therapy, suggesting BV itself could make inflammatory reaction as well as therapeutic effect. Conclusions: BV therapy improved tender joint counts, swollen joint counts and duration of morning stiffness in this study, and further study is needed in log-term effect of BV therapy.

      • 방골성 골육종의 생존분석

        The prognosis of parosteal osteosarcoma is better than any other malignant bone tumors, but there are many controversies in its treatment. We tried to evaluate the prognosis and the effectiveness of limb-salvage operation in the treatment of the parosteal osteosarcoma. We experienced 12 patients of conventional parosteal osteosarcoma(2 males and 10 females) from 1981 to 1991. The limb-salvage operations with wide resection margin were done in 8 patients(5 tumer prosthesis, 2 resection arthrodesis and 1 vascularized fibular transplantation), marginal en-bloc resection and amputation in 2 patients, respectively. The duration of mean follow up was 5 years and 9 months, ranging from 2 year-3 months to 11 years, except of the patient who died with metastasis 1 year 8 months after. The disease-free survival rate(DFSR) of all patients was 68% and that of the patients treated with limb-salvage operation was 88% at 7 years. The DFSR was 33% with marginal margin(3 cases) and 89% with wide margin(9 cases) at 7 years. The results were unsatisfactory in the conventional parosteal osteosarcoma treated with marginal resection. The limb-salvage operation with wide surgical margin was thought to be the treatment of choice.

        저칼슘식이가 백서의 하악골 골절치유에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of osteoporosis on fracture wound healing in the calcium deficient rat. To research the experiment some ten-week old Wistar strain rats with approximately 300 gms weight were selected. Then, the rats were divided into two groups: Normal diet group(rats given a normal diet before and after bone fracture) and Low calcium diet group(rats given a low calcium diet before and after bone fracture). Both groups had been provided with each diet for three weeks. When the rats became thirteen weeks old, the mandibular angle of rats in both groups was artificially fractured for test. The healing of fracture wounds was reviewed by using soft x-ray radiography and /sup 99m/Tc-MDP bone scan and also histopathologic examination. The obtained results were as follows : 1. The radiolucency of the fracture site for the Normal diet group started to decrease from the 14th day since the experiment was made, while the Low calcium diet group began decrease in the radiolucency from the 21st day of the experiment. The radiolucency for the Normal diet group disappeared at the 42nd day, but one for the Low calcium diet group disappeared at the 56th day of the experiment. 2. The highest uptake rate of /sup 99m/Tc-MDP stood at the 14th day of the experiment in the Normal diet group and the Low calcium diet group's maximum rate was recorded at the 21st day of the experiment. These both groups were gradually experiencing decrease in the uptake rate as the experiment time was going on. However, the uptake rate in the Low calcium diet group was lower than one in the Normal diet group. 3. For the Normal diet group, the newly formed trabeculae, which were similar to one of the surroundung bone, were seen at the 42nd day of the experiment. On the other hand, the Low calcium diet group showed at the 56th day of the experiment that the osteoporotic findings looked weak, irregular trabeculae, and also large bone marrow space were observed clearly. As a result of the above experiment, it is said that the healing of the fracture can be completed for both groups, the Normal diet group and the Low calcium diet group. However, the amount of the newly formed bone wound in the Low calcium diet group is rather decreased compared to one in the Normal diet group and at the same time the healing of the fracture is delayed in the Low calcium diet group. Consequently, for the successful healing of fracture in osteoporosis, it is considered that the management of the etiologic factors of osteoporosis must be preceded. The more study of calcium metabolism and functions of osteoblast and osteoclast needs to proceed on.
