The appointment of renewal area is accomplished according to assessment means of various forms. This study is tried out to be lead to the rational renewal area appointment by comparing physical circumstance elements and Housing Standards by Cullingworth. The result that examined and analyzed twenty-four blighted area in Busan is as follows. 1) There show a remarkable blighted degree of Housing Standards and blighted degree of physical facility circumstance directly involved in a dwelling. 2) The area of D degree(blighted degree of physical circumstance elements;4.0 above, Housing Standards demerits;60 above) needing renewal owing to extremely inferior dwelling life of the studing area investigation is twenty-one areas in physical circumstance elements and seven areas in Housing Standards. The areas necessary renewal owing to near blight is included all of twenty-four areas. 3) In the evaluation of blighted area(renewal area)in future, we can achieve the object of rational renewal area appointment by examining, evaluating outside circumstance of dwelling and physical circumstance elements expressed numerically.

운동수행시 혈청효소 변화 분석

This study aim to compare the effects of acute physical exercise on the serum enzyme, Creatine phosphokinase(CPK), Lactate dehydrgenaes(LDH), glutamic axaloacetic transaminase(GOT) and glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT) in two groups of Body Mass Index. The subject was divided two groups of 8 normal(BMI〈23) and 8 obesity (BMI〉30). The exercise consisted of running on a mater driven-treadmill until the subject reached exhaust. Blood sample were drawn from the antecubital vein before, immediately after exercise, postexercise 30 minute and postexercise 60 minute. Serum enzyme activity increase immediately after exercise the end of the tradmill test in the both groups for CPK(24.5%), LDH(15.3%), GOT(39.0%), and GPT(20.6%), and gradually decrease postexercise 60 minute to approximately to base activity. The serum enzyme activity significantly different between normal and obesity groups in before exercise of CPK(40.8%), LDH(14.7%), GOT(27.&%), and GPT(72.4%)(p〈0.05), and the immediately after exercise activity nonsignificantly different for CPK(29.0%), LDH(2.9%), GOT(8.1%), but GPT is significantly different(p〈0.05). It is concluded from this study that serum enzyme activity rise after exercise and recover to the base activity after postexercise 30 and 60 minute. It is indicate that sarum enzyme release to blood from skeletal muscle, tissue and organ. Obesity group's serum enzyme activity more higher than normal group is important pathological examination especially GOT, GPT.

경호업무 수행을 위한 용무도(龍武道) 수련방법 연구

This study focuses on reestablishing martial arts and sports education based on existing educational capabilities in Korean martial arts education to facilitate the localization of Korean culture around the world. Furthermore, the study intends to globalize our own martial arts and apply Yongmoo-do practices to different guard situations, which were originally developed on a great ambition to enhance the position of Korean martial arts in the 21st century as the beginning of new millennium. Guard or escort exists for just a moment which implies accidental emergency. Upon any occurrence of such emergency, the success of guard duty depends on how much rapidly and safely clients can be protected. Therefore, a bodyguard or escort who performs guard duty could face a variety of accidental emergencies so that they must be usually trained with proper martial arts in various way. Yongmoo-do is designed to enable bodyguards to safely deal with unexpected accidents by practical martial skills such as strike, kick, throws(mechigi), snap, neck wring and other skills using weapon. In addition, Yongmoo-do also allows guards to raise their defense capability and survivability against accidental threatening attacks from any suspicious criminal. As described above, it is noted that Yongmoo-do has high applicability enough to meet both safety and self-defense requirements. Thus, it is expected that Yongmnoo-do practices will facilitate trainees to master its theories and phased basic skills so that they can be trained in scheduled and formulated ways based on countermeasures and guard/escort techniques against any occurrence of emergency. Moreover, they will be likely to feel more actuality through an approach of guard martial art according to harmful elements under the simulated guard formation by different situations.

hCG에 대한 단일클론 항체 생산과 그 이용에 관한 연구

This study was carried out to produce monoclonal antibody against hCG secreted by the tr-ophoblast of developing embryo. Produced monoclonal antibody to hCG was regarded as IgG class since it had a strong affinity for a protein A. The concentration of monoclonal antibody in cell culture supernatant and in mouse ascitic fluid was 250㎍ and 30mg perml, respectively. The titer of antibody in mouse ascitic fluid was about 1 : 106~107 on ELISA

Jahn의 Turnen 活動과 性格에 관한 연구

Jahn thought that a nation was subject which made a culture, and the physical education was the basic for education a nation. Also, he presented 'Turnen' as a means for education a nation and stressed the practice of body in order to practice mind. 'Turnen' was not only a device for the development of physical strength but for nationalism. In the crisis of Germanu, 'Turnen' promoted nationalism. In 'Turnen' every term consisted of German. Also, it was inspired nationalism to sing the national song and learn the history of German. The nationalistic character was symbolized in the rules of 'Turnen', too. Therefore, Jahn,'s 'Turnen' was the social movement of the physical activities, which developed nationalism. From 'Turnen' we could learn the physical education which was on the ground of nationalism.

운전조건에 따른 멀티-히트 펌프의 신뢰도에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 두 실내공간을 가변적으로 냉난방하기 위해 모세관을 이용한 2실 히트펌프를 개발하는 것이다. 멀티형 히트펌프의 다양한 부하변동을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 냉매 회로를 구성하기 위해 전자팽창 밸브와 여러 개의 모세관을 조합한 냉매 제어회로를 설계하였다. 모세관을 이용한 냉매 제어회로를 구성하여 한 대의 압축기로 각기 다른 용량대의 두 공간을 제어할 수 있는 2실 멀티형 히트펌프의 성능 및 신뢰도를 평가하고자 고성능 멀티 칼로리미터를 사용하였다. 정격시험을 통해 얻어진 멀티형 히트펌프의 냉난방능력은 설계기준의 약 93% 정도를 그리고 냉방시험에서는 단독시험이 설계기준의 약 13%정도, 난방시험에서는 동시시험 시 설계기준의 약 5%정도가 향상되었다. In order to develop the multi-heat pump system for two zones with different capacity, the optimum refrigerant control circuit using capillary tubes was designed. The system characteristics of multi-heat pump was investigated from the rating test and the reliability test, by using the multi-calorimeter with a high performance. The results of the rating test showed that the capacity of the multi-heat pump system satisfied about 93% of the design value. In particular, the capacity of cooling single mode increased about 13% and the capacity of heating multi mode increased about 5%, compared to the design value. And the rating refrigerant, the compressor capacity and the accumulator capacity for the multi-heat pump were obtained.

특정 온도에서의 Q.C.M을 이용한 유기가스 반응 특성

Stearic acid was deposited on surface of 9[MHz], AT-cut quartz crystal microbalance as gas sensing material using Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) technique. We measured gas response between deposited LB films and organic gas for special temperature(0, 25, 50, 80℃). The resonant frequency changed due to absorbance of organic gas such as methanol, ethanol, propanol and butanol gas at special temperature. As a result, the resonant frequency responded to organic gas at 0, 25 [℃]. but, the resonant frequency almost not responded to organic gas at 50, 80[℃].

腫瘍의 화학요법과 放射線療法의 副作用에 대한 韓方藥物療法

연구배경 : 국내 질병에 의한 사망률중 암에 의한 것이 최상위를 차지하고 있으며 또한 그 비율이 점차 증가추세에 있다. 지금까지 국내외에서 암의 예방과 치료법에 대하여 대규모 연구가 진행되어 많은 함암제가 개발되었으나 여러 부작용이 나타나면서 최근에는 암의 치료를 극대화하면서 여러 항암치료의 부작용을 감소시키기 위한 생약 및 한약에 대한 연 구가 활발히 진행되고 있어, 저자는 향후한약을 이용한 실험연구와 임상에 기여하고자 제 관련 문헌을 정리 조사하여 보고하게 되었다. 방법 : 한의학에서의 연구동향과 암치료에 널리 활용되고 있는 화학료법 및 방사선료법의 부작용감소를 위한 한방약물료법에 관해 한의학의 중요서적과 잡지를 중심으로 정리하고 비교 고찰하였다. 결과 : 종양치료에 활용된 치법으로는 부정법(扶正法)과 거사법(祛邪法)으로 크게 나눌수 있는데 부정법에 활용된 약물로는 삼류와 백출, 황기, 복령, 감초, 자감초, 당귀, 백작약, 생지황, 숙지황 등의 약물이 선용되었으며, 거사약물로는 백화사설초, 반지련, 석상백외 18종 이 주로사용되었고, 종양치료에 실험 및 임상에서 유효하였던 처방은 화류탕등을 비롯 다 양한 처방이 면역 기능을 증강시켜 부작용감소 및 병용투여에서 상승효과를 나타냈다. To be helpful to the treatment of cancer with oriental medicine, we got clinical report together and analyzed the data. The results were obtained as follows; 1. The treating methods could be summarized as two methods that were reinforcing vital energy and eliminating harmful Qi; The methods of reinforcing vital energy were reinforcing spleen and increasing Qi; reinforcing spleen and harmonize stomach, aid virility and nourishing blood, nourishing stomach and incresing body fluid, reinforcing kidney and strength the basic energy, warmth kidney and aid virility. The other methods of eliminating poison were transforming pathological fluid and softening activating blood, transforming pathological blood, guiding Qi, take off and harmonize harmful body fluid, disperse Qi and dry the dampness, transforming pathological blood and harmonize moisture. 2. The oriental herbs used for reinforcing vital energy were Radix Ginseng, Codonops is Pilosulae Radix, Radix Pseudostellariae, Adenophorae Radix, Scrophulariae Radix, Astractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Astragali Radix, Poria, Gylcyrrhizae Radix, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Paeonilae Radix Alba, Rehmanniae Radix and used for eliminating harmful Qi were Oldenlindiae Diffusae Herba, Herba Scutellariae Barbatae, Paridis Rhizoma, Verbenae Herba, Smilacis Chlnae Rhizoma, Radix Semiaquilegiae, Houttuynae Herba et. 3.The useful prescriptions used for cancer therapy were Hwalyutang Yukmijihwangtang, Yonghosinchonghwan, Bokbangkyokolamtang, Yikki-sojeungbang, Samchobujeonhangamchungjye and Bokbangkyokolamtang, Yikksojeungbang were reported to be effective in immunodulatory reaction and Bokbangsamsahapjye, Sibjeondaeboang, Gagyulpijukyeotang, Hwayebokwontang showed the combined treatment with anticancer drug was effective and Hangamlyeong(抗癌靈) was effective for pain caused by cancer. 4.The useful antitumor effective prescriptions in experimental investi-sation were Yikikeonbihabjye, Keon biiksinchungjye, Bisinbang, Sankyeol pyeolpyeon, Hangamdanhyeokkeombokbang, Janglyupyeong, HangamIIho, Keonbiyikitang, Yikkiisojingbang, Sakunjatang, Bokbanggyongkyejusayek, Bujeonghangambang, Bokbangjungyakjusayek, Yukmijihwangtang, Samchobujeonghangamchungjae, Samkijusayek, Yikkiyanghyeolbowonkyonang, Samyongtang-Bojungikkitang, Soyinibo-jungikang among them Bisinbang, keonbiiksinchungjye, Janglyup-yeong, Keonbiyikitang, Yikkisojingbang, Yukmijihwangtang, Keumku-esinkihwan were showed antitumor effect by regulate immunity function. 5. The main treatment for the side effect by chemotheraphy was reinforcing Qi, spleen and harmonize stomach and Omisodokyeum, Hyangsaynkkunjatang, Yijintang, Kamlosodokdan, Silbiyeum, Hageojye-johwan, Sibjeondaebotang, Olyeongsan, Sobanhakaboklyeongtang, seung-baektang, Bisinbang, Keonbiyiksinbang, Sambaekdangjang, Bokbang-samsahabjye, Keonbiyikitang, Janganseungbaekchungjye, Kobonkeoe I ho, Bokihwawejikubang, Bokbangsaenghyeolyeng, Keonbiyikkibosinbang, Hwangbaekhabjye, Yukkunjatang, Seonbokdaejatang, Bangdoktang, Hwangjeongomibang, seunghyeoltang, Kilpijukyetang, Sakunjatang, Yikkibohy-eolkeonbitang, Kangyeoktang,Samkijusayaek, Bujeongseungbaektang, Yukmijihwanghwan, were suggested for the side effect by chemotheraphy. 6. The main treatment for the side effect by radiotheraphy was increasing Yin and clarifying heat, Sasammaekmundongtang, Boyeum-jeon, Maekmundongyeum, Dangkwibohyeltang, Paljintang, Bowontang, Yukkunjatang, Pyeongwesan, samintang, Kwakrakhalywongtang, Cheon-keumwekyeongtang, Sohamhamhyungtang, Paljeongsan, Sokyeoyeumja, Kalkeunkeumlyeongtang, Yeonlitang, Yilkwanjeon Oklyeojeon, Yukmijihwangtang, Hwangiyeontang, Hwanglyeonhaedoktang, Yangyeumcheongpyeoko, Yidongko, Chuliko, Cheongpyeotang, Jayeumkanghwatang, Hangbiyinam I ho, Hangbiyinam II ho, Hangbiyinam III ho, Hangbyinam IV ho, Jukyeoseokkotang, Samsatang I ho, Samsatang II ho, Samsatang, Bokbanggsaenghyeollyeng, Bujeongsaengjintang, Yikkiyangyeumbang, Sinlibpyeon, Sakunjatang, Sakunjatang, Kobonyik-kitang, keoehaedoktang, Bujeongjeunghyohabjye, were suggested for the side effect by radiotheraphy. 7.
