        六味地黃湯加山藥이 Alloxan 糖尿 白鼠의 血黨 및 血淸變化에 미치는 影響

        연구배경 : 당뇨병도 탄수화물, 지방 및 단백질의 대사장애를 일으키는 만성질환으로, 최근들어 생활수준의 향상과 더불어 식생활의 영향, 평균수명 연장 및 비만 등에 의하여 발생율이 증가하고 있다. 이에 당뇨병에 범주에 속하는 소갈에 활용되고 있는 육미지황탕가산약의 효능을 실험적으로 입증하고자 하였다. 방법 : Rat에 alloxan을 복강 주사하여 alloxan당뇨병을 유발한 후 二倍山藥 육미지황탕과 四倍山藥 육미지황탕을 투여하여 혈당량, 총 cholesterol 함량, triglyceride 함량, BUN 함량, creatinine 함량을 측정하였다. 결과 : 혈당량 중 총 cholesterol, triglyceride, BUN 함량은 약물 투여군에서 유의성 있는 감소를 보였고, creatinine 함량은 감소하는 경향은 있었으나 유의성은 보이지 않았다. 결론 : 육미지황가산약은 혈당강화작용과 강지혈작용이 있어 당뇨병에 응용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. This study was performed to prove the clinical effects of Boyangwhanohtang(BYT) and Kami-Boyangwhanohtang(KBT) by way of experimental methods. The fibrolytic activity was studied in vitro several concentrations of BYT & KBT extracts. The intravascular coagulation was induced by injection of endotoxin into the caudal vein of rats. And liquid extracts of Boyangwhanohtang and Kami-Boyangwhanohtang were administered orally to the rats. Then the number of platelets, concentration of fibrinogen, FDP(fibrin-fibrinogen degradation products) and prothrombin time was measured. The results were obtained as follows ; 1. Prothrombin time was significantly shortened in BYT- and KBT-treated groups as number with the control group. 2. The number of platelets was significantly increased in BYT- and KBT-treated groups in comparison with the control group. 3. Fibrinogen was significantly increased in BYT- and KBT-treated groups as compared with the control group. 4. FDP was significantly decreased in BYT- and KBT-treated groups in comparison with the control group. 5. Fibrinolytic activity was significantly recognized in BYT- and KBT-treated groups as compared with the control group. 6. Aggregation was signicantly increased in BYT- and KBT-treated groups as compared with the control group. From the above results, it was throught that Boyangwhanotang and Kami-Boyangwhanotang could be applied effectively in the thrombosis

        腫瘍의 화학요법과 放射線療法의 副作用에 대한 韓方藥物療法

        연구배경 : 국내 질병에 의한 사망률중 암에 의한 것이 최상위를 차지하고 있으며 또한 그 비율이 점차 증가추세에 있다. 지금까지 국내외에서 암의 예방과 치료법에 대하여 대규모 연구가 진행되어 많은 함암제가 개발되었으나 여러 부작용이 나타나면서 최근에는 암의 치료를 극대화하면서 여러 항암치료의 부작용을 감소시키기 위한 생약 및 한약에 대한 연 구가 활발히 진행되고 있어, 저자는 향후한약을 이용한 실험연구와 임상에 기여하고자 제 관련 문헌을 정리 조사하여 보고하게 되었다. 방법 : 한의학에서의 연구동향과 암치료에 널리 활용되고 있는 화학료법 및 방사선료법의 부작용감소를 위한 한방약물료법에 관해 한의학의 중요서적과 잡지를 중심으로 정리하고 비교 고찰하였다. 결과 : 종양치료에 활용된 치법으로는 부정법(扶正法)과 거사법(祛邪法)으로 크게 나눌수 있는데 부정법에 활용된 약물로는 삼류와 백출, 황기, 복령, 감초, 자감초, 당귀, 백작약, 생지황, 숙지황 등의 약물이 선용되었으며, 거사약물로는 백화사설초, 반지련, 석상백외 18종 이 주로사용되었고, 종양치료에 실험 및 임상에서 유효하였던 처방은 화류탕등을 비롯 다 양한 처방이 면역 기능을 증강시켜 부작용감소 및 병용투여에서 상승효과를 나타냈다. To be helpful to the treatment of cancer with oriental medicine, we got clinical report together and analyzed the data. The results were obtained as follows; 1. The treating methods could be summarized as two methods that were reinforcing vital energy and eliminating harmful Qi; The methods of reinforcing vital energy were reinforcing spleen and increasing Qi; reinforcing spleen and harmonize stomach, aid virility and nourishing blood, nourishing stomach and incresing body fluid, reinforcing kidney and strength the basic energy, warmth kidney and aid virility. The other methods of eliminating poison were transforming pathological fluid and softening activating blood, transforming pathological blood, guiding Qi, take off and harmonize harmful body fluid, disperse Qi and dry the dampness, transforming pathological blood and harmonize moisture. 2. The oriental herbs used for reinforcing vital energy were Radix Ginseng, Codonops is Pilosulae Radix, Radix Pseudostellariae, Adenophorae Radix, Scrophulariae Radix, Astractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Astragali Radix, Poria, Gylcyrrhizae Radix, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Paeonilae Radix Alba, Rehmanniae Radix and used for eliminating harmful Qi were Oldenlindiae Diffusae Herba, Herba Scutellariae Barbatae, Paridis Rhizoma, Verbenae Herba, Smilacis Chlnae Rhizoma, Radix Semiaquilegiae, Houttuynae Herba et. 3.The useful prescriptions used for cancer therapy were Hwalyutang Yukmijihwangtang, Yonghosinchonghwan, Bokbangkyokolamtang, Yikki-sojeungbang, Samchobujeonhangamchungjye and Bokbangkyokolamtang, Yikksojeungbang were reported to be effective in immunodulatory reaction and Bokbangsamsahapjye, Sibjeondaeboang, Gagyulpijukyeotang, Hwayebokwontang showed the combined treatment with anticancer drug was effective and Hangamlyeong(抗癌靈) was effective for pain caused by cancer. 4.The useful antitumor effective prescriptions in experimental investi-sation were Yikikeonbihabjye, Keon biiksinchungjye, Bisinbang, Sankyeol pyeolpyeon, Hangamdanhyeokkeombokbang, Janglyupyeong, HangamIIho, Keonbiyikitang, Yikkiisojingbang, Sakunjatang, Bokbanggyongkyejusayek, Bujeonghangambang, Bokbangjungyakjusayek, Yukmijihwangtang, Samchobujeonghangamchungjae, Samkijusayek, Yikkiyanghyeolbowonkyonang, Samyongtang-Bojungikkitang, Soyinibo-jungikang among them Bisinbang, keonbiiksinchungjye, Janglyup-yeong, Keonbiyikitang, Yikkisojingbang, Yukmijihwangtang, Keumku-esinkihwan were showed antitumor effect by regulate immunity function. 5. The main treatment for the side effect by chemotheraphy was reinforcing Qi, spleen and harmonize stomach and Omisodokyeum, Hyangsaynkkunjatang, Yijintang, Kamlosodokdan, Silbiyeum, Hageojye-johwan, Sibjeondaebotang, Olyeongsan, Sobanhakaboklyeongtang, seung-baektang, Bisinbang, Keonbiyiksinbang, Sambaekdangjang, Bokbang-samsahabjye, Keonbiyikitang, Janganseungbaekchungjye, Kobonkeoe I ho, Bokihwawejikubang, Bokbangsaenghyeolyeng, Keonbiyikkibosinbang, Hwangbaekhabjye, Yukkunjatang, Seonbokdaejatang, Bangdoktang, Hwangjeongomibang, seunghyeoltang, Kilpijukyetang, Sakunjatang, Yikkibohy-eolkeonbitang, Kangyeoktang,Samkijusayaek, Bujeongseungbaektang, Yukmijihwanghwan, were suggested for the side effect by chemotheraphy. 6. The main treatment for the side effect by radiotheraphy was increasing Yin and clarifying heat, Sasammaekmundongtang, Boyeum-jeon, Maekmundongyeum, Dangkwibohyeltang, Paljintang, Bowontang, Yukkunjatang, Pyeongwesan, samintang, Kwakrakhalywongtang, Cheon-keumwekyeongtang, Sohamhamhyungtang, Paljeongsan, Sokyeoyeumja, Kalkeunkeumlyeongtang, Yeonlitang, Yilkwanjeon Oklyeojeon, Yukmijihwangtang, Hwangiyeontang, Hwanglyeonhaedoktang, Yangyeumcheongpyeoko, Yidongko, Chuliko, Cheongpyeotang, Jayeumkanghwatang, Hangbiyinam I ho, Hangbiyinam II ho, Hangbiyinam III ho, Hangbyinam IV ho, Jukyeoseokkotang, Samsatang I ho, Samsatang II ho, Samsatang, Bokbanggsaenghyeollyeng, Bujeongsaengjintang, Yikkiyangyeumbang, Sinlibpyeon, Sakunjatang, Sakunjatang, Kobonyik-kitang, keoehaedoktang, Bujeongjeunghyohabjye, were suggested for the side effect by radiotheraphy. 7. The useful prescription for the side effect by chemotheraphy and radiotherapy in experimental investigation were Hwangbaekhabjye, Sakunjatang, Yikkibohyeolkeonbitang, Bujeongsaengjintang, Samchobu

        少陰人補中益氣湯과 少陰人補中益氣湯加味方의 抗癌效果 및 Cyclophosphamide 에 의한 副作用減少에 미치는 影響

        最近에는 韓藥劑를 利用한 抗癌治療와 化學療法 및 放射線療法의 副作用 減少에 대한 硏究가 活潑히 進行되고 있는 實情이다. 이중 生體의 免疫機能으 增進시키는 것으로 알려진 扶正爲主의 治療法은 西洋醫學에서의 短點을 補完할 수 있어, 本 論文에서는 少陰人 體質의 代表的인 處方중 하나인 少陰人補中益氣湯을 이용하여 少陰人補中益氣湯과 抗癌性이 認定되는 白花蛇舌草와 魚腥草를 加味한 少陰人補中益氣湯加味方의 抗癌效果 및 抗癌劑에 의한 副作用에 減少에 미치는 影響을 探索하여 癌 治療에 도움이 되고자 한다. in vitro에서 B16-Fo과 A549에 대한 細胞毒性效果, B16-Fo과 A549 및 SNU-1에 대한 ED50값, A549에 대한 細胞附着 沮止作用을 觀察하였고, in vitro에서 C57BL/6系와 ICR系에 sarcoma-180을 移植한 후 體重變化, 生命延長율, 腫瘍 미 脾臟의 重量 變化, PFC(plaque forming cell)數, 血液學的 變化, LI-2(interleukin-2)의 生産能 變化 및 FACS에 이한 免疫細胞 變化 등을 觀察하였으며, cyclophosphamide로 副作用을 誘發한 후 脾臟과 肝臟의 重量 및 血液 變化 등을 觀察하였다. in vitro에서 B16-Fo, A549癌株에 대하여 유효한 항종양 효과가 인정되었고, A549癌株에 대한 細胞附着沮止는 SBT-Ⅲdml 10-3g/㎖가장 顯著하였다. S-180에 의한 동물실험에서도 有意性있게 抗腫瘍 效果가 認定되었으며, PFC數, IL-2의 生産能, T cell, B cell수에서도 유의성있는 增加를 나타내었고, Cyclophosphamide의 副作用에 대한 影響에 있어 GOP活性度는 모든 實驗群에서, GPT活性度는 SBT, SBT-Ⅱ 및 SBT-Ⅲ에서, BUN含量은 SBT-Ⅲ에서, creatinine含量은 SBT-Ⅱ와 SBT-Ⅲ에서 有意性있게 減少하였다. In order to prove in effects of Souminbojungikgitang(SBT) & Souminbojungikgitangkamibang(SBT-Ⅰ, SBT-Ⅱ and SBT-Ⅲ) on the anticancer activity and the reduction of side effect by cyclophosphsphamide experimentally, the following studies were done. The results were obtained as follows: 1. The concentration which showed the cytotoxicity against B16-Fo below 55% was 10-3g/㎖ of SBT-Ⅱ and SBT-Ⅲ groups. 2. The concentration which showed the cytotoxicity against A549 below 55% was 10-3g/㎖ of SBT-Ⅰ and SBT-Ⅲ groups. 3. The values of ED50 below 100㎍/㎖ were showing in SBT-Ⅱ and SBT-Ⅲ groups against B16-Fo, in SBT-Ⅰ, and SBT-Ⅲ groups against A549, and in all groups against SNU-1. 4. The inhibitory effect of cell adhesion to A549 was showing in all groups and SBT-Ⅲ was most effective. 5. The change of bodyweight was significant in all groups, the tumor weight was was significantly in SBT-Ⅰ, SBTⅡ and SBT-Ⅲ groups. 6. Survival time was significantly extended in all groups and T/C was 123% in SBT group, 130% in SBT-Ⅰ group, 132% in SBT-Ⅱ group and 141% in SBT-Ⅲ group. 7. The number of PFC was significantly increased in SBT-Ⅰ, SBTⅡ and SBT-Ⅲ groups. 8. The number of platelet in SBT-Ⅰ, SBT-Ⅱ and SBT-Ⅲ groups, and platelet aggregation in SBT-Ⅱ and SBT-Ⅲ on C57BL/6 intraperitoneally with sarcoma-180 and in all groups on ICR subcutaneous with sarcoma 180 were significantly increased. 9. IL-2 were increased in 100% concentration of all groups, in 50% concentration of SBT, SBT-Ⅱ and SBT-Ⅲ groups and 25% concentration of all groups. 10. T cell in all concentration of all groups, B cell in all concentration of SBT-Ⅰ, macrophage in all concentration of SBT, SBT-Ⅱ and SBT-Ⅲ groups were increased. 11. Side effects induced by cyclophosphamide, GOT in all groups, and in SBT, SBT-Ⅱ and SBT-Ⅲ groups, and the amount of BUN in SBT-Ⅲ groups, and creatinine in SBT-Ⅱ and SBT-Ⅲ groups were significantly reduced. According to the above results, it can be conducted that Souminbojungikgitang and Souminbojungikgitangkamibang have anticancer effects and are effective in reducing side effects induced by cyclophosphamide, SBT-Ⅲ it were more effective, therefore it can be studied applied clinically and had better be more in future.
