      • 중등 체육교사의 임파워먼트 영향 요인에 관한 연구

        This Study intends to search for the major factors affecting physical education teacher's empowerment in secondary school and to explain how differently these factors would be recognized according to the sexes of physical education teachers, ages, education careers, school levels, positions, and scholastic ability. Based on the study objectives, in order to make clear affecting factors and relationships between the factors, I selected the following specific questions. First, according to demographic characteristics (sexes, ages, education careers, school levels, positions, and scholastic ability), how differently the major factors affecting empowerment would be recognized. Second, which influences do the major factors affecting empowerment(school culture, leadership of headmaster, participation of decision making) have on? The target of this study is 170 physicals education teachers in Gyunggi-do City G which were chosen with proportional grouping method by mans of making calls and visiting after informing the reasons and objectives of this study and getting agreements, I chose visiting places and times and gave out questionnaires. Given out questionnaires are 170 altogether. However, except for 20 questionnaires missed for the reasons of lack of faithfulness, 150 questionnaires were analyzed using program SPPS 12.OK for Windows. For analyses of materials, I used the following statistical analyses. First, one-way ANOVA or T-Test were used in order to examine the main factors affecting empowerment and recognition difference according to physical education teacher's demographic characteristics. Second, Multiple Regression Analysis was used to make clear the main factors affecting empowerment. The results and conclusions of this study are following. First, according to the physical education teacher's demographic characteristics, the main factors affecting empowerment and components for recognition(capability, influencing power, meaningfulness, and autonomy) are different in sex, age, position, education career, scholastic career. That is, male teachers rather than female teachers(in leadership factor of headmaster), headmasters rather than teachers(in empowerment autonomy factor, decision-making participation factor, headmaster's leadership factor, school factor), older, higher education career, higher scholastic ability made recognition highly. On the other hand, school levels didn't. Second, decision making participation(P<.001) and headmaster's leadership factor had meaningful influence on empowerment, but school culture factor didn't. In that the main factors affecting empowerment affect the empowerment components, decision-making participation has an influence on capability component, decision-making participation and headmaster's leadership factor have an influence on the influencing power and decision-making participation has an influence on autonomy component. Also, among the lower rank factors in the factors affecting empowerment, reformative leadership in headmaster's leadership affected empowerment and professional factor in decision making participation factor (P<.001) affected the empowerment. In conclusion, to make clear the main factors affecting physical education teacher's empowerment, I chose the dependent variables as the school culture, headmaster's leadership, decision-making participation, so I knew that the affecting order is the decision-making participation, headmaster's leadership, and school culture. The results of this study is helpful in understanding the various affecting factors for empowerment and the affecting degree of the factors. However, through succeeding studies, it is necessary to generalize how to improve the empowerment and how to show the specific ways. Now that decision-making participation affects the teacher's empowerment, it is necessary to extend both teacher's decision-making process and autonomy for education activity and activate decision-making mechanism for getting opinions. For these, it is necessary to use interviews with headmasters, various committees and councils in school, and surveying methods for target's introspection. Also following studies would be needed to reflect the representative opinions of each groups without any neglected groups. Moreover, through reflecting the lower-career and younger teacher's opinions, well-balanced decision makings should be made for improving teacher's empowerments.

        Case Report : Successful delivery after conservative resectoscopic surgery in a patient with a uterine tumor resembling ovarian sex cord tumor with myometrial invasion

        Uterine tumor resembling ovarian sex cord tumors (UTROSCT) is an extremely rare type of uterine stromal neoplasm that exhibits prominent sex cord-like differentiation. The clinical characteristics of a UTROSCT are not fully understood. Most reported cases of UTROSCT were treated by hysterectomy with or without bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy; however, a few cases have been treated by only tumor resection in patients who had a strong desire to preserve their fertility. We present a case of UTROSCT with myometrial invasion, which resulted in a successful delivery after the patient was treated by resectoscopic surgery and conservation of the uterus, and a brief review of the literature.

        Validity of breast-specific gamma imaging for Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System 4 lesions on mammography and/or ultrasound

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the breast-specific gamma imaging (BSGI) in Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) 4 lesions on mammography and/or ultrasound. Methods: We performed a retrospective review of 162 patients who underwent BSGI in BI-RADS 4 lesions on mammography and/or ultrasound. Results: Of the 162 breast lesions, 66 were malignant tumors and 96 were benign tumors. Sensitivity and specificity of BSGI were 90.9% and 78.1%, and positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 74.1% and 92.6%. The sensitivity or specificity of mammography and ultrasound were 74.2% and 56.3% and 87.9% and 19.8%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of BSGI for breast lesions ≤1 cm were 88.0% and 86.8%, while the values of beast lesions >1 cm were 92.7% and 61.5%. The sensitivity or specificity of BSGI and mammography for patients with dense breasts were 92.0% and 81.3% and 72.0% and 50.0%, respectively. 26 patients showed neither a nodule nor microcalcification on ultrasound, but showed suspicious calcification on mammography. The sensitivity and specificity of BSGI with microcalcification only lesion were 75.0% and 94.4%. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that BSGI had shown high sensitivity and specificity, as well as positive and negative predictive values in BI-RADS 4 lesions on ultrasound and/or mammography. BSGI showed excellent results in dense breasts, in lesions that are less than 1 cm in size and lesions with suspicious microcalcification only.

        사회과학분야 : 2000년대 이루어진 무용 마케팅 연구의 종합적 분석

        본 연구는 무용에 마케팅이 어떻게 적용되고 있는지 그에 대한 연구동향을 분석하여 향후 무용의 마케팅 적용에 의미 있는 자료를 제공하고자 국내 학위논문과 학회지논문 중에서 무용과 마케팅을 키워드로 한 논문을 추출하여 종합적으로 분석하는 것이 그 목적이다. 한국교육학술정보원(KERIS)에서 제공하는 한국학술정보(KISS)와 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)의 원문제공을 통해 2001년부터 2010년 12월까지 발표된 학위논문과 학회지 중 무용마케팅을 대상으로 한 논문을 수집하였다. 학위논문과 학술지 게재논문으로서 이를 연도별, 무용장르별, 논문장르별, 무용마케팅 분류별 그리고 무용마케팅 연구주제별로 분류하였다. 분석결과 총 60편의 논문이 발표되었고 2002년에 가장 많은 연구가 이루어졌으며, 무용장르별 논문 편수는 무용공연과 같은 통합무용 48편(80%)으로 가장 많았다. 논문유형별로는 학위논문의 경우 석사학위가 33편(55%), 학회지논문의 경우엔 체육관련학회가 11편(18.3%)으로, 무용마케팅 분류별로는 무용마케팅이 49편(81.2%), 무용마케팅 연구주제별로는 관객과 공연이 각각 18편(30%)으로 가장 많았다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 앞으로 무용 마케팅 연구는 공연활성화 뿐만 아니라 기능, 조직 통제적 측면에서도 시대의 변화와 새로이 구축 되어야 하며, 무용 시장 선정 및 관객현황분석과 공연시장 선정 전문 무용 마케터의 인프라구축 및 마케팅 믹스가 상호 연결되어 통합적인 무용 기능적 측면의 연구가 지속적으로 연구 되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the trend of research activities in dance and marketing-related studies and to provide meaningful information on this area in the future. A total of 64 studies conducted from 2001 to 2010 in Korea. All studies were evaluated and categorized by publication year, dance genre, research type, dance marketing list, and dance marketing application type. The results indicated that there were most researches published in 2002. Among 64 studies, 52 studies were focused on dance performance. With regard to research type, while master theses comprised about 56.3%(36 studies) and sport-related institute comprised about 17.2%(11 studies). By dance marketing list, 42 studies were dealt with dance marketing, and 26 studies were focused on dance performance. It was concluded that dance marketing studies should be constructed to activate dance performance and to limit the organization. And also, dance marketing studies are needed to be related to dance markets selection, audience construction analysis, infrastructure of professional dance market and marketing mix to integrate functional side of dance-related area.

        유치원 교사의 소프트웨어 교육에 대한 관심도 분석

        올해부터 시행되는 소프트웨어 교육의 초 · 중 · 고등교육에의 정규 교육과정 편성을 앞두고 유아를 대상으로 한 소프트웨어 교육에 대한 관심 역시 높아지고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 유치원 교사의 소프트웨어 교육에 대한 관심도를 관심중심수용모형(CBAM)을 통해 알아봄으로써 유아 소프트웨어교육의 도입을 위한 유아교사교육 방안에의 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 이를 위해 B광역시 소재 유치원에 재직하고 있는 교사 219명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 간이 채점표를 적용하여 상대적 강도로 전환하고 이를 관심도 프로파일 그래프로 나타내었고 배경변인에 따른 관심도 차이를 알아보기 위해 독립 t 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 유치원 교사의 소프트웨어 교육에 대한 관심도는 0단계(지각)가 가장 높고, 운영적, 개인적, 정보적 관심 순으로 높은 수준으로 나타나 대체적으로 비사용자 패턴을 띄었으나 전형적 비사용자 패턴에 비해 비판적 비사용자에 가까운 패턴을 나타내었다. 필요성 인식에 따른 소프트웨어교육에 대한 관심도에 차이를 분석한 결과 모든 단계에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고, 교육 및 연수 경험에 따른 소프트웨어 교육에 대한 관심도 차이를 분석한 결과는 0단계(지각)에서만, 그리고 향후 실행 계획 유무에 따른 소프트웨어 교육에 대한 관심도 차이를 분석한 결과는 0단계(지각), 6단계(재초점)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 프로파일 그래프 형태는 전체 평균에 의한 패턴과 비교적 유사한 비사용자 형태를 유지하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 유아교사의 소프트웨어 교육에 대한 관심도 패턴을 전환시키고 소프트웨어 교육역량을 증진시키기 위한 방안이 제안되었다. Even though software (SW) education has not been considered part of the current national kindergarten curriculum, in practice there is growing interest in adopting it. Teachers would be expected to play a key role in the successful introduction and implementation of new educational changes, such as SW education. In preparation for its adoption in ECE, it would be useful to determine ECE teachers" perception and attitudes toward early childhood software education. For this study, 219 ECE teachers` level of concern toward SW education was surveyed using the Stages of Concern Questionnaire. It was found that the teachers` level of concern was the highest at stage 0-Unconcerned and that they had high levels of stage management, personal and informational concern. Thus, a non-user pattern was mostly indicated. However, compared to the typical non-user pattern, the pattern aspect close to critical non-user ever appeared to some extent. In addition, a significant difference in the level of concern was shown at all stages depending on the awareness of the necessity for SW education. The teachers with SW training experience showed a higher intensity only at stage 0. There was a statistically significant difference in stages 0 and 6 depending on the future implementation decision. These results will be utilized as a resource in building an ECE teachers" support system according to their level of concern about SW education.

        관심중심수용모형을 활용한 유치원 교사의 피지컬 컴퓨팅에 대한 관심도 분석

        본 연구는 CBAM(관심중심수용모형)에 기초하여 혁신적 교수매체이자 방법인 피지컬 컴퓨팅에 대한 유치원 교사의 관심수준을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유치원 교사 118명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고 CBAM 모형을 이용한 백분위 분석, 다변량 분산분석(MANOVA)을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 유치원 교사의 관심도는 대체로 비판적 무관심자 패턴으로 해석되나, 전형적 유형에 비해 1단계(정보), 2단계(개인), 3단계(운영)에 대한 관심도가 다소 높고 4단계(결과) 관심수준이 낮은 패턴 양상을 보였다. 다변량분산분석을 실시한 결과, 공립유치원에 비해 사립유치원 교사의 관심도가 4단계(결과)와 6단계(재초점)에서 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 또한 향후 피지컬 컴퓨팅 활용 계획이 있는 교사에 비해 활용 계획이 없는 교사가 0단계(지각)에서 유의하게 관심도가 높았으며 3단계를 제외한 1~6단계에서 유의하게 관심도가 낮게 나타났다. This study was aimed to examine kindergarten teachers" concerns in physical computing, which corresponds to the innovative teaching method, based on CBAM. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 118 kindergarten teachers. Percentile analysis and MANOVA using CBAM model were carried out. As a result of the research, the kindergarten teachers" concern level is analyzed to be a critical non-user pattern on the whole. However, a pattern aspect was shown with a slightly high concern in stage 1, stage 2 and stage 3 compared to a typical type, and with a low concern level in stage 4. In consequence of having implemented MANOVA, the private kindergarten teachers" concern level appeared to be significantly high in stage 4 and stage 6 compared to a public kindergarten. Also, compared to the teachers who plan to utilize physical computing from now on, the teachers who don"t have a plan of the application had significantly high concern level in stage 0. The concern level score was significantly low in 1~6 stages excluding stage 3.

        대학엘리트 스포츠팀의 멘토링연구

        This study utilized grounded theory research methodology unlike existing studies with a view to essential consideration of the effect of mentors and mentoring. This research purposes were carried out targeting 6 persons of players and leaders who are the members of elite sports teams of universities. Data that had been gained through in-depth interviewing and participant observation based on the grounded theory of Strauss & Corbin(1998) was analyzed and organized into concept, subordinate category, and superordinate category; the relations of these categories were clarified, and the analyzed categories are as follows. The final ten categories and forty three subordinate categories, and one hundred and twenty seven concepts came out as a result. The causal conditions turned out to be ‘feeling pessimistic about being an elite sports player’, and the central phenomenon came out to be ‘communication between the mentor and the mentee’. Additionally, ‘perception about the mentor’ and ‘attitude toward the mentor’ were derived; the mediating condition presented itself as ‘motivation for study/interest of the mentor’, ‘mentor’s support of study’. Action/interaction came out to be ‘improvement of exercise environment’, ‘communion with the surroundings’, and the result turned out to be ‘attainment of goals through the mentor’, ‘support for the mentor’, and ‘mentoring effect’.
