Nowadays in Korean society, violence within school is becoming one of the most serious issues, and the number of victims is increasing year after year. It is not an exaggeration to say that such school violence has caused crisis to school education. However, it can be seen as an opportunity to properly respond to the problems in existing school education system and to practice a better one. As a result, a new education campaign is being run as an alternative form reflecting citizens` criticism on current public education system. The alternatives commonly focus on recovery of humanity, development of creativity and so on (Sung-Won Kim, 2002). Me-Suk Kim (2003) emphasized the need and importance of physical education in order to minimize school violence. The study discusses the possibility of applying Eurythmy of Waldorf schools in physical education which can promote individual (student) development. It also examines physical education program that can reduce and prevent school bullying based on the understanding of concept, characteristics and types of violence. The study was held on the theoretical basis of different publications and official publications such as statistics from relative authorities, reports from research institutions and statistics from researchers.
The European Stability Pact and Feedback Policy Effects
Creel, Je'ro^me 세종대학교 국제경제연구소 2002 Journal of Economic Integration Vol.17 No.3
With a two-country dynamic model in a monetary union with wealth private behaviors, we study the implications of public debt on monetary and fiscal policies. The model used has Keynesian features in the short run and Wicksellian ones in the long run. We analyse the effects of asymmetric fiscal policies in Euroland and show that such a situation creates two feedback effects which reduce the efficiency of economic policues. First, because of the inability of one government to implement an expansionary fiscal policy, the other government has to substitute for it to reach economic targets. Second, the ECB's involvement in macroeconomic stabilisation will be exacerbated. the more substantial these effects, the more coordination is needed between European governments and the ECB.
