      • 액체크로마토그래피/질량분석법을 이용한 랫트 혈장내의 Surfactin C의 정량법에 관한 연구

        Surfactin isolated from Bacillus subtilis has a strong surface tension-lowering activity, together with antiviral, antitumor, fibrinolytic and hypocholesterolemic activities. LC/MS is a simple, rapid and effective technique for the determination of surfactin C in rat serum. The separation of surfactin was achieved on reverse phase column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% trifluoracetic acid in water (A) and acetonitrile (B). As a result of analysis of blank rat serum samples, matrix interference was not shown. The values of precision and accuracy were satisfied w the guideline. A newly developed LC/MS method for the determination of surfactin C was successfully applied in its pharmacokinetic analysis.

        Duty, Task, Step 분석울 통한 전기·컴퓨터 분야의 DACUM Chart 활용 방안

        Recently the DACUM methodology is widely used in vocational education fields because Curricula in vocational education, especially in engineering technology education, do not adequately mirror the needs of the work fields. DACUM Chart which contains a graphic portrayal of the duties and tasks identified, plus the descriptive lists of general knowledge and skills, future trends and concerns, worker behaviors, tools, equipments, supplies and materials is also useful. Certainly the DACUM methodology is effective, quick and low cost, but do not reflect the educational situation of internal vocational education institute effectively. The purpose of this study is to modify DACUM Chart for various work based learning strategies aimed at providing hands-on experience for students and consequently apply to curricula development. We performed the duty, task and step analyses through the verifications by expert workers, technicians and engineers of the workplace on the electricity and computer fields. Through this study, the practical tasks which must be instructed on the vocational education institute are suggested and modules are developed through the step analyses. So, we can reflect both the educational situation of vocational education institute internally and workplace effectively. And also we can manage curricula emphasizing the smooth transition of students from school to work to accept the needs of strategies for work based learning.

      • 중학교 가정교과목 의생활 영역에 대한 교육내용 요구도 분석 : 충북지역 교사와 중학생을 중심으로

        This sudy was to investigate the basic concepts of clothing and textiles field which are included in the middle school home economics curriculum, and to compare the levels of the need for those concepts among the middle school students and the teachers. As a tool of this study the questionnaire was used to 381 subjects who are middle school students and Home Economics teachers. The data was analyzed by х ², F-test and factor analysis. The results were as follows: 1)female students showed more interest in Home Economics than male students did. 2)There were significant differences in the extent of the need for the concepts related to clothing and textiles of Home Economics. 3)The extent of the need of teachers was higher than that of female and male students. 4)According to the results from factor analysis, six units were formulated. 5)'The proper dress wearing' was the most needed unit among three subject groups.

        As the Internet is used commonly, the traffic on the Internet is increasing dramatically. And the industry using Internet, such as Electric-Commerce, is increasing rapidly too. Popular sites are accessed several hundreds of hits by many users, and user's requirements are more complex than yesterday. These sites must guarantee users the scheme that ensure high performance and minimal down time of the service. Recently, for this reason, many clusters with the Linux Virtual Server Project are being reserched. The Linux Virtual Server provide users with easy scalability and high performance. But because that the Linux Virtual Server is constructed to one front end and many back ends, bottleneck can be occurred when user's requests are increasing rapidly. And, for this reason, a situation that service is not provided can be occurred while there are many back ends. So, in this paper, I propose a new method that can remove a bottleneck radically by making arrangement with many front ends. Each cluster's node is same work like fornt ends and back end. If each node's workload is lower than it's therhold value, each node treat user's request itself and reply to user. Only If node's workload is larger than it's threshold value, other node which have the lowest workload treat user's request. And I propose more efficiently scheduling method that based on each node's workload of the cluster.

      • 체육실제학습시간(ALT-PE)의 이론적 고찰

        I've researched on the method of learning time; considering the concept of learning time. AT has the property of learning opportunity. TOT and ALT can't clarify cognitive processes although they contain it. We can get an efficiency in learning time by concentrating on cognitive efforts. So the extension of learning time should not only represent the extension of learning opportunity but also the efficiency of learning time. The extension of learning time can be accomplished by increasing the proportion of the learning time, that students participate voluntarily within allowed time, and reducing the managing time that is needed for learning. In conclusion ALT is the most condensed concept in respect of quality. However, the students can's accomplish the efficiency of learning unless they don't have ALT. So we have to extend ALT in direction of AT in physical education.

      • 오리알의 卵黃, 卵白 및 卵殼중 微量鑛物質의 含量分布에 관한 硏究

        This study was to assayed 9 trace minerals of Ca, P, K, Na, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn in duck's egg yolk, egg white and egg shell by with Inductively Coupled Argon Plasma(ICAP). The results summarized as follows: 1. The levels of Ca, P, K, Na, Mg in duck's egg yolk, egg white and egg shell were 747.9ppm, 2216.6ppm, 620.0ppm, 345.5ppm, 30.9ppm and 52.9ppm, 136.5ppm, 1127.2ppm, 1638ppm, 69.1ppm and 220ppm, 814.6ppm, 298.0ppm, 535.2ppm, 812.2ppm, 1447.8ppm, respectively. The levels of K and Na of duck's egg are the highest compared with that of another constituents in eggs. 2. The levels of Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn in duck's egg yolk, egg white and egg shell were 22.7ppm, 14.3ppm, 0.98ppm, 0.25ppm and 5.0ppm, 0.29ppm, 0.48ppm, 0.02ppm and 3.4ppm, 2.1ppm, 0.96ppm, 0.56ppm, respectively.

      • 길안천의 저서성 대형무척추동물상

        안동시민과 하류 지역민의 식수원과 농,공업 용수로 중요한 길안천의 저서성 대형무척추동물의 분포상을 파악하고 수질등급에 따른 지표생물군을 이용하여 길안천 수계의 수질을 종합적으로 평가하였다. 조사결과 길안천에는 절지동물문, 편형동물문, 환형동물문, 연체동물문, 대형동물문등 총 5문 14목 27과 38속 45종의 다양한 종이 서식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 빈부수성 수역의 지표군인 하루살이는 길안천 전 수계에 널리 분포하고 있으며, 우점종으로 나타났다. 그 외에 빈부수성과 β-중부수성을 지표하는 횐색 깔다구가 높은 출현도를 보였다. 그러나 길안천이 유속이 빠르고, 주변식생이 빈약하며 하상구조가 단일형의 암석구조로만 이루어져 있는 중상류 하천 특유의 자연환경을 나타내고 있어, 잠자리류와 딱정벌레류, 노린재류등 이에 적응하지 못한 종들의 출현은 저조하게 나타났다. 지표생물군을 이용한 길안천 수계의 수질평가는 β-중부수성으로 판정되었다. We investigated the water Quality in the Kilan stream which has important roles of the use for drinking, irrigation and industry In the Andong area. The research has been performed one time in each month from January to July In 1995. The research was focused on the comprehensive evaluation of water quality in the Kilan stream using a benthic macroinvertebrate as index organisms whose distribution is related to the water quality. The total number of benthic macroinvertebrate taxa were composed of 45 species, 38 genera, 27 families, 14 orders and 5 phyla. Ephemeroptera was the dominant species. Subsequently, Trichoptera and Chironomidae (white) were the second dominant species. Several organisms such as Odonata, Coleoptera, and Hemiptera were found less number because the water speed in the river is a little fast, and simple bottom. Finally, we determined the water quality as β-mesosaprobic using a index organisms in the Kilan stream.

      • 백서 해마에서 카이닌산 유도 경련에 의한 JNK 경유 신호전달경로 활성화의 발달 단계에 따른 변화

        연구목적 : 어린 백서의 해마에서 전기경련충격(electroconvulsive shock, ECS) 후 활성화되는 것으로 알려져 있는 MAPK계 신호전달경로가 카이닌산(Kainic acid, KA)에 의한 경련 후 어떤 양상으로 활성화되는 지를 초기 발달 단계에 따라서 관찰하고자 하였다. 방 법 : 생후 7일, 14일, 21일 된 어린 백서와 성년 백서의 해마에서 면역블롯 방법으로 MAPK계 효소의 인산화 효소 중 하나인 SAPK/ERK kinase-1(SEK-1), MAPK계 효소인 c-Jun N terminal protein kinase(JNK), 전사인자 c-Jun 및 조기유전자 단백질 Fos의 단백질 양과 기저 인산화를 측정하였고, 백서에게 KA를 주사하여 경련을 유발한 후 위 단백질들의 인산화 변화의 양상을 같은 방법으로 관찰하였다. 결 과 : SEK-1, JNK, c-Jun 모두 연령 증가에 따른 단백질 양 자체에는 변화가 없었다. JNK와 c-Jun은 기저 인산화의 양적 변화도 없었으나 SEK-1의 경우 기저 인산화 양이 생후 7일에 가장 높고 이후 연령이 높아짐에 따라 감소하였다. JNK의 경우 KA 주사 후 인산화 변화 양상이 관찰되지 않았으나 SEK-1과 c-Jun은 생후 14일부터 연령의 증가와 함께 인산화 양도 증가하였다. Fos 역시 생후 7일부터 발현되어 연령의 증가와 함께 발현양이 증가하였다. 결 론 : 백서 해마에서의 MAPK계 신호전달계의 성숙은 연령의 증가에 따라, 또 신호전달 물질에 따라 차이를 보였다. KA 유도 경련 후 JNK는 생후 21일까지도 활성화가 되지 않는 것으로 보아, 세포주에서 알려진 SEK-1 - JNK-c-Jun - Fos로 연결되는 신호전달 경로가 어린 백서의 해마에서는 적용될 수 없음을 시사한다. Objective : We observed the developmental pattern of activation of MAPK signal transduction pathways known to be activated by eletroconvulsive shock(ECS) in young rat hippocampus after kainic acid(KA)-induced seizure. Methods : We used the method of immunoblotting for examining the basal protein amount and basal level of phosphorylation of MAPK kinase(SAPK/ERK kinase -1, SEK-1), MAPK(c-Jun N terminal protein kinase, JNK), transcription factor(c-Jun) and immediate early gene proteins(Fos) in rat hippocampus at postnatal day 7, 14 and 21, respectively. We also examined the changes of phosphorylation of those proteins after kainic acid-induced seizure in the same way. Results : The basal protein amounts of SEK-1, JNK, and c-Jun did not show age-dependent changes and basal level of phosphorylation of JNK and c-Jun remains unchanged throughout the early developmental period. The basal level of phosphorylation of SEK-1 was peaked at postnatal 7 days and then decreased with aging. After kainic acid-induced seizure, the change of phosphorylation of JNK was not observed but those of SEK-1 and c-Jun increased after postnatal day 14. The expression of Fos was observed at postnatal day 7 and also increased with aging. Conclusion : These results show that the MAPK signal transduction system in rat hippocampus matures in accordance with aging, but the process of maturation differs depending specific proteins. This study suggests the signal transduction cascade(SEK-1 - JNK - c-Jun - Fos) which is well established in cell line studies may not be applied to rat hipposcampus because we could not observe the activation of JNK after KA-induced seizure in young rat hippocampus.
