The objectives of this study were to investigate sensory and quality characteristics of Solsulgi which containing 40 ㆍ 50 ㆍ 60 ㆍ 70ml of pine juice. The result of sensory evaluation showed that the Solsulgi containing 40∼70ml pine juice had the high overall acceptability, color, flavor, grain, moistness, chewiness, sweetness, preference. As a results of textural analysis of Solsulgi by adding pine juice contents, the springness, chewiness, gumminess and hardness were decreased cohesiveness, adhesiveness with the increased by adding pine juice contents By increasing the level of pine juice, hunter color L value of Solsulgi decreased. The more pine juice was added, the Redness and Yellowness of Solsulgi were increased. The moisture content of Solsulgi was 42%.

웹기반 교육에서 학습과정을 평가한다는 것은 개별 학습자들의 학습 활동을 평가하는 것을 의미하기 대문에 학습자의 특정 수업내용에 대한 학습 시간, 학습 패턴, 학습 참여도(의견 교환, 질문), 학습 환경 등의 정보가 요구된다. 본 연구의 목적은 웹 기반 교육에서 쟁점이 되고 있는 학습과정 평가문제를 해결하기 위해 최적의 웹 로그 마이닝을 이용하여 학습자 개인별 학습현황에 관한 정보를 얻어 이를 수행 평가에 반영하고자 함이다. 연구 내용 및 결과로는 먼저, 학습현황 분석을 위한 항목을 선정하고 웹 로그 마이닝을 위한 로그 데이터 전처리 과정을 실행하였다. 다음으로는, 위의 웹 로그 데이터를 기초로 학습자별 데이터베이스를 구축하고 질의어를 사용하여 학습현황을 분석 하였다. In Web Based Instruction, as evaluation of learning process means individual student's learning activity, it demands data on learning time, pattern, participation, environment in a specific learning contents. The purpose of this paper is to reflect analysis results of individual student's learning status in achievement evaluation using the most suitable web log mining to settle evaluation problem of learning process, an issue in web based instruction. The contents and results of this study are as following. First, conformity item for learning status analysis is determined and web log data preprocessing is executed. Second, on the basis of web log data, I construct student's database and analyze learning status using data mining techniques.

Milk of calcium bile or limy bile is a rare disorder in which the gallbladder lumen is filled with a thick, paste-like, radio-opaque material. Churchman first reported a case of curious deposition of calcium salts within the gallbladder in 1911. Volkmann first used the term Kalkmilchgalle or "milk of calcium bile" in 1926. The radio-opaque material is almost entirely composed of calcium carbonate by weight. The mechanisms by which bile turns limy and radio-opaque or the time required for this biochemical alteration to occur are not well understood. The limy bile is found mostly in a gallbladder complicated by cholecystitis. Recently, we experienced a 33 year old woman who had a milk of calcium bile in the gallbladder lumen. We report this case with a review of literature.

The purpose of this paper is to examine an acoustical characteristics of the topic and non-topic sentences in Korean. The results of an acoustic analysis and perception experiment by the removed functional words in speech show that the most important prosodic feature to contribute discriminating of the two types is Fo contour.
불안정 지지면을 이용한 운동 프로그램이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 뇌졸중 환자의 재활을 위하여 불안정 지지면을 이용한 운동 프로그램이 균형 능력과 운동 기능 능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 불안정 지지면의 이용한 치료는 임상적으로 뇌졸중으로 인한 편마비 환자뿐만 아니라 스포츠 손상 및 노인들의 질환 등 다양한 병인을 가진 환자들의 치료에 이용되고 있다. 대부분의 뇌졸중 환자들은 재활 훈련을 할 수 있는 병원이나 기관에서 치료를 받을 때에 지지면의 차이를 제공함으로써 보다 더 안정한 지지면에서 적응할 수 있는 방법이 요구되고 있다. 하지만, 아직도 불안정 지지면을 이용한 구체화된 치료적 운동 방법과 객관적 평가에 대한 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 최근 뇌졸중 환자의 불안정 지지면과 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 한 운동 프로그램에 대한 연구가 더욱 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 실험군과 대조군이 같은 운동 프로그램을 적용하였을 때, 두 그룹 간에서 나타나는 균형 향상과 운동 기능 향상에 어떠한 효과를 주는지 살펴보고자 하였다. The purpose of this article was to study the effect of the exercise programme that uses the unstable supporting surface to rehabilitate cerebrovascular patients on balance ability and exercise function ability. The therapy is being clinically used for the patients with diverse pathological factors such as hemiplegia caused by CVA, sports injury, and diseases in the elderly. when most patients with CVA are treated in the hospital or institute that can provide rehabilitation training, they need to be given the way to adjust more stable surpporting surface by being provide with various stages of surface. However, the actual therapeutic exercises is still needed and the study for objective assessments wants conducting. To solve these problems, the study of unstable surface exercise programmes based on the evidences recently need to be made for the patients with CVA. in this study, we intend to look into what effects on the balance improvement and the exercise function are different from the experimental group to the control group with the same programme applied to the two groups.

This review was prepared by using the articles and books related to the consumer's attitude and market aspects on the health supplementary foods in korea. Twenty five kinds of health supplementary food were regulated by the food law. Based on the total selling money in market, the chitosan products was ranked the first among them and followed by calcium, aloe, squalene, refined fish oil, enzyme food. The total amount of health supplementary foods sold in 1998 was 6,200 million won and was increasing up to 20-40 % every year. The main consumer was in their middle age and purchased those foods by the suggestion of friends or relatives. They took with anticipating to main tain health condition, to prevent disease or to treat disease, and to make their body beautiful. The negative effect frequently encountered was nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and dermatitis. Therefore, the company should try to manufacture health supplementary foods with safety and convenience. It is very important the consumer to have proper information to select the correct item according to their health condition and life style. Also it is recommended that consumer could decide the kind and the amount of health supplementary foods by counseling with a specialist.
