아버지의 직장 내 가족친화적 조직문화 인식과 만 3-5세 유아의 놀이성 간의 관계: 아버지 양육참여의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 아버지가 인식한 직장 내 가족친화적 조직문화가 유아 놀이성에 미치는 영향에 대한아버지 양육참여의 매개효과를 탐색하는 데에 목적이 있다. 본 조사는 서울시와 경기도에 소재한어린이집과 유치원에 재원 중인 만 3-5세 유아기 자녀를 양육하는 부모를 대상으로 2023년 5월12일부터 2023년 7월 7일까지 설문조사를 실시한 뒤 207명을 최종 분석 대상으로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 28.0 프로그램을 활용하여 측정모형검증과 구조모형검증의 2 단계 접근법(Anderson & Gerbing, 1988)으로 매개효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 아버지의 직장 내가족친화적 조직문화 인식과 유아의 놀이성 간 관계에서 아버지 양육참여의 매개효과가 유의한것으로 나타났다. 아버지 양육참여의 하위요인에 대한 매개효과를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 가족친화적 조직문화 인식과 유아의 놀이성 간 관계에서 아버지 양육참여의 하위요인인 발달적지지의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 반면, 아버지 양육참여의 하위요인인 자녀 돌보기 및 지도와 자녀와 함께하는 활동의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 유아의 놀이성 발달에 있어서 아버지의 양육참여가 중요한 요인으로 밝혀졌기에 다양한 방식의 아버지 양육참여를 알리는 교육과 아버지가 자녀를 양육할 수 있는 시간이 존중받는 사회적 지원 및 제도적마련이 필요하겠다. This study aims to verify the mediating effect of father’s participation in parenting in the influence in which the perceived family-friendly organizational culture of the father’s workplace affects 3 to 5-year-old children’s playfulness. Parents of children aged 3 to 5 attending daycare centers and kindergartens in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do from May 12, 2023, to July 7, 2023, were surveyed, with 207 people used as the final analysis targets. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 28.0 programs to analyze the mediating effect through a two-step approach of measurement model verification and structural model verification (Anderson & Gerbing, 1988). As a result, it was found that the mediating effect of father’s participation in parenting was significant in the relationship between perceived family-friendly organizational culture at father’s workplace and 3 to 5-year-old children’s playfulness. The results of the analysis of the mediating effect on the sub-factors of father’s participation in parenting are as follows; In the relationship between perception of family-friendly organizational culture and 3 to 5-year-old children’s playfulness, the mediating effect of developmental support, a sub-factor of father’s participation in parenting, was not significant. However, the mediating effect of child care and guidance, which is a sub-factor of father’s participation in parenting, and activities with children were found to be significant. Given the finding that the father’s participation in parenting is an important factor for the development of children’s playfulness, the researchers underline the need for education that can introduce various types of father’s participation in parenting, social support, and institutional arrangements.

프랜차이즈 빅데이터를 이용한 사회적 이슈 분석: 감성분석을 통한 감성 사전 구축

본 연구는 감성분석을 통한 프랜차이즈 산업의 사회적 이슈 분석으로 고객의 감정적 인식을 높이기 위한 감정 사전을 구축하여 고객 지향적인 기업 경영전략 및 마케팅 전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 프랜차이즈 기업이 부정적 행위를 하였을 때 오히려 고객들이 옹호하는 상황이 발생한다. 이러한 현상 발생하는 이유는 고객들과 프랜차이즈 기업 사이에 강한 유대감을 형성하고 있으며, 감성이 중요한 역할을 하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 강한 유대감을 표현할 수 있는 단어에 주목하여 프랜차이즈에 대한 고객의 감성 사전을 구축하기 위해 프랜차이즈 기업의 뉴스 데이터를 활용하여 감성분석을 실시하였다. 감성분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고객의 반응에 영향을 미치는 긍정, 부정 감성적 요인을 도출하여 프랜차이즈 산업에 적용할 수 있는 감성 사전을 구축하였다. 둘째, 프랜차이즈 산업에서 적용되지 않았던 뉴스 데이터의 감성분석을 통해 연구 범위를 확대하였다. 셋째, 고객이 브랜드에 대해 인지적 요소를 넘어 감정적 인식의 중요성을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 기업은 고객과 지속적인 상호작용을 통해 고객의 감성을 자극할 필요가 있으며, 이에 따른 마케팅 전략을 수립할 필요가 있다. 긍정 감성 사전에서는 ‘성장’, ‘안정적’, ‘최고’, ‘혁신적’이라는 단어에 고객들이 ‘흥미’, ‘호감’, ‘기쁨’이라는 긍정적 감성을 형성함이 나타났다. 또한, 고객들이 프랜차이즈 기업에 거부감을 가지지 않게 마케팅해야 한다. 부정 감성 사전에서 ‘혐오’, ‘공포’, ‘충격’, ‘부담’, ‘불만’은 고객들의 ‘슬픔’, ‘두려움’, ‘놀람’, ‘거부감’을 나타냈다. 이를 참고하여 프랜차이즈 기업의 홍보 언론 기사나 고객이 느끼는 경험에서 부정적인 감성을 줄이는 방안이 필요하다.

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to identify the factors influencing service quality in nursing homes, and to develop an evaluation instrument for service quality. Methods: A three-phase process was employed for the study. 1) The important factors to evaluate the service quality in nursing homes were identified through a literature review, panel discussion and focus group interview, 2) the evaluation instrument was developed, and 3) validity and reliability of the study instrument were tested by factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach’s α and Cohen’s Kappa. Results: Factor analysis showed that the factors influencing service quality in nursing homes were healthcare, diet/assistance, therapy, environment and staff. To improve objectivity of the instrument, quantitative as well as qualitative evaluation approaches were adopted. The study instrument was developed with 30 items and showed acceptable construct validity. The criterion-related validity was a Pearson correlation coefficient of .85 in 151 care facilities. The internal consistency was Cronbach’s α=.95 . Conclusion: The instrument has acceptable validity and a high degree of reliability. Staff in nursing homes can continuously improve and manage their services using the results of the evaluation instrument.

The Effects of Aroma Essential Oil Inhalation on Stress, Pain, and Sleep Quality in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Patients: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Purpose: Patients undergoing cholecystectomy report experiencing stress related to the surgery, complaining of pain and poor sleep quality. Aromatherapy is known to have positive effects on these complaints. However, the effect of aromatherapy on cholecystectomy patients has yet to be determined. The aim of this study, therefore, was to investigate the effects of aromatherapy on laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients’ stress, pain, and sleep quality. Methods: This study was a randomized controlled trial involving 69 adults who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Essential oil therapy was given to an intervention group, and almond oil was given to a placebo group. The outcome variables were stress, pain, and sleep quality. Results: There were no differences between the groups in terms of demographic and clinical characteristics and pretreatment dependent variables. After the intervention, subjective stress (F ¼ 7.43, p < .001), objective stress (F ¼ 2.70, p ¼ .034), parasympathetic nerve activity (F ¼ 2.65, p ¼ .036), pain (F ¼ 8.74, p < .001), analgesics administration (F ¼ 22.43, p < .001), and sleep quality (F ¼ 5.23, p < .001) were significantly different between the intervention, placebo, and control groups. Sympathetic nerve activity was not significantly different. The effect sizes regarding the sleep quality of the intervention versus control group and the intervention versus placebo group were 1.92 and 1.52, respectively. Conclusion: Postoperative aromatherapy received by cholecystectomy patients was effective in reducing stress and pain and improving sleep quality. No side effects of aromatherapy were reported during the experimental treatment.

Background : Cudrania tricuspidata Bureau belonging to the mulberry family has attracted much attention as a nutrition ingredient many times as many as the mulberry tree. In this study, we examined the inhibitory effect of hot water extract of Cudrania tricuspidata Bureau fruits (CT-F) on inflammation and inflammatory diseases such as diabetes and gastiritis in cell-level experiments and animal models using mice. Methods and Results : The inhibitory effect of CT-F was investigated in LPS_stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages. Treatment with CT-F significantly inhibited the production of inflammatory mediators such as NO, IL-6 and TNF-a. The inhibitory effect of CT-F was shown to be related to inhibition of NF-kB activation in LPS-stimulated macrophages. In in vivo diabetic models using mice, treatment of CT-F lowered the level of blood glucose in alloxan-induce type-1 diabetic model as well as db/db type-2 mice model. CT-F also dramatically inhibited gastiritis induced by EtOH/HCl in mice. Conclusion : Hot water extract of Cudrania tricuspidata Bureau fruits was effective for inhibition of inflammation, diabetes and gastirits. Therefore, CT-F is thought to be a beneficial candidate for development of functional foods to prevent inflammation-associated diseases.
