        [스마트대전력 및 고전압기술] 가속전극의 적용에 따른 이온풍 발생 특성

        Currently, the devices to generate ion winds in air are mainly composed of corona electrodes and induction(ground) electrodes, of which the corona electrodes mainly use needles or wires as electrodes and the induction electrodes use plate electrodes of ring or mesh type. Ion winds can be effectively generated through a diverse combination of corona electrodes and induction electrodes mentioned above. However, only changing the form and structure of corona electrodes and induction electrodes has a limit in raising the speed of ion winds. This paper conducted a study on the characteristics of ion wind generation by additionally installing acceleration electrodes in addition to corona electrodes and induction electrodes to increase the speed of ion winds.

        This study was carried out to investigate the performance enhancement of forced oxidation operation on the limestone utilization and SO₂ removal efficiency of the pilot flue gas desulfurization system. The results are as follows : 1. The results of the forced oxidation tests have shown that converting from natural to forced oxidation operation can have a significant effect on both limestone utilization and SO₂ removal efficiency of an FGD system. Conversely, if the limestone utilization is maintained at a constant level, the SO₂ removal efficiency will increase. Conversely, if the pH is held constant, the limestone utilization will increase significantly. 2. This characteristic of a forced oxidation system can translate into lower L/G requirements and, therefore, reduced capital and operating costs for slurry recycle pumps. 3. Forced oxidation operation will provide improved limestone utilization and, therefore. reduced limestone reagent costs.

      • SOI를 이용한 4채널 AWG Router의 설계 및 제작

        In this paper, we present the design of 4 channel AWG router with low insertion loss and crosstlk using SOI. This device was designed and simulated by EIM and FD-BPM. It was observed that the insertion loss was 2.68 dB and the crosstlk was well below -30dB for all channels. This device was fabricated by dry etching technique.

        텔레스코픽 크라운 임플란트 지지 피개의치와 치아 지지 피개의치의 하악골내 응력분포에 관한 유한요소분석

        PURPOSE. The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress distribution in mandibular implant-supported overdentures and tooth-supported overdentures with telescopic crowns. MATERIALS AND METHODS. The assumption of this study was that there were 2, 3, 4 natural teeth and implants which are located in the second premolar and canine regions in various distributed conditions. The mandible, teeth (or implants and abutments), and connectors are modeled, and analyzed with the commercial software, ANSYS Version 10.1. Stress distribution was evaluated under 150 N vertical load bilaterally on 3 experimental conditions - between canine areas, canine and 2nd premolars, 10 mm posterior to 2nd premolars. RESULTS. Overall, the case of the implant group showed more stress than the case of the teeth group in stress distribution to bone. In stress distribution to superstructures of tooth and implants, there was no significant difference between TH group and IM group and the highest stress appeared in TH-IV and IM-IV. The stress caused from bar was much higher than those of implant and tooth. TH group showed less stress than IM group in stress distribution to abutment teeth and implant. CONCLUSION. The results shows that it is crucial to make sure that distance between impact loading point and abutment tooth does not get too far apart, and if it does, it is at best to set abutment tooth on premolar tooth region. It will be necessary to conduct more experiments on effects on implants, natural teeth and bone, in order to apply these results to a clinical treatment. 연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 텔레스코픽 크라운 하악 임플란트 지지 피개의치와 치아 지지 피개의치에서 지대치의 수와 위치에 따른 응력 분산을 비교하기 위함이다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 본 연구에서는 임플란트를 4개 식립하고 임플란트 지지 피개의치로 설계하였고, 식립 위치를 견치와 소구치 부위에 위치 별로 3개 또는 2개 존재시를 실험군으로 설정하였다. 자연치아를 갖는 경우도 견치와 제2소구치 4개를 가진 경우를 대조군으로 설정하고 부위별로 3개 또는 2개를 가지는 경우를 실험군으로 설정하였다. ANSYS Version 10.1 (Swanson, Inc., USA)로 분석하였다. 결과: 악골내 응력의 경우, 전반적으로 임플란트(IM)로만 구성된 경우가 치아(TH)로만 구성된 경우에 비해 응력이 크게 발생하였다. 상부구조의 경우, 치아군(TH)과 임플란트군(IM) 사이의 차이는 크게 없었으며 편측 견치와 제2소구치에 지대치 또는 임플란트가 위치하는 경우 가장 큰 응력이 나타났고 바(bar)에서 발생된 응력이 임플란트와 치아에서 발생되는 응력에 비해 상대적으로 훨씬 크게 발생하였다. 지대치와 임플란트의 경우, 치아군(TH)이 임플란트군(IM)보다 응력이 작게 발생하였다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과로부터 지대치(임플란트 또는 치아)를 설정할 때는 하중작용점과 지대치 사이의 거리가 너무 길어지지 않도록 지대치의 수와 위치를 확보해야 하며 소구치 자리에 지대치를 확보하는 것이 유리하다. 앞으로, 실제 임상에 적용하였을 경우, 임플란트 및 자연치아와 악골에 미치는 결과에 대한 연구가 더 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

        Recently the study on high flowing concrete which has high workability and non-compacting is being proceeded actively in the university and corporative laboratory. There are some cases that has been applied to the field. This high flowing concrete has higher fluidity and segregation resistance than Plain or flowing concrete. And it is being focused as a remarkable know-how which can make high-quality concrete and reduction effect of labor force. This properties of high flowing concrete are influenced by the relationship of several factors; binder content water binder ratio and unit water content. It is the aim of this study to propose reference data at mix design of high flowing concrete, after comparing and analyzing the fluidity and strength properties of high flowing concrete according to water binder content ratio and unlit water content.

        중국 주요 물류거점도시 발전전략 연구

        The term "Free Economic Zone(FEZ)" means the zone, which is developed with the aim of improving the business environment for foreign-invested enterprises and the living conditions for foreigners (Free Economic Zone Law, Article 23). Korean three Free Economic Zones were officially designated and established by the Korean government from August 2003 to April 2004. The Korean government fully supports free international business and the standards of company management demanded by today's global market. Three years have passed since its establishment, and FEZs have achieved many things including couple of FDI inducement. However, FEZs is still far from its original goal creating the most favorable business and living environment where foreign nationals can live and invest freely and conveniently. Many commentators criticized FEZ because of its opaque, inefficient management system and weak legal support. A major by-product of the China's "open door policy" is the highly publicized development of "Special Areas" including "Special Economic Zones" (SEZs) and "Coastal Economic Open Areas." There are two broad principles for which the SEZs operate: (1) "foreign investors and enterprises located in the special areas are to enjoy preferential treatment in the form of lower tax rates and easier entry and exit procedures;" and (2) "the local government authorities are to have greater decision-making power than as previously available to them in China." Korean government is pressing on with much needed legal and system reforms establishing a more positive investment climate for foreign investment enterprises operating within its FEZ. This article suggest that the reforms should focus on independency and efficiency of FEZ.

        생체내 심근허혈-재관류 모델에서 멜라토닌의 재관류 부정맥에 대한 심근보호작용에 관한 연구

        Background: Recently, a few studies demonstrated that melatonin reduced the severity of myocardial reperfusion injuries, such as reperfusion arrhythmias. However, it is uncertain whether the melatonin reduces reperfusion arrhythmias in thus anesthetized animals because results were obtained using isolated hearts. Thus, to see whether melatonin reduces reperfusion arrhythmias in anesthetized animals, we examined the effect of melatonin on the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmias in an anesthetized-cat model of regional ischemia. Method: Adult mongrel male cats(n=30, 2.9∼4.2 kg) were anesthetized under positive-pressure artificial ventilation with room air. The animals of the control group(n=15) were subjected to 20-minute left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD) occlusion followed by abrupt reperfusion. The animals in experimental group(n=15) were divided into two. Group I(n=6) was pretreated with melatonin, 1 mg/kg, before occluding the LAD. Group II(n=9) was pretreated with melatonin, 10 mg/kg. The animals in experimental group were subjected to ischemia/reperfusion insult following drug treatment: melatonin was applied intra-peritoneally for 3 minutes just before LAD coronary artery ligation. The Fisher's exact test was used to compare the data from different animal groups. p<0.05 was considered significant. Results: The incidence of ventricular fibrillation(VF) during the reperfusion phase in group II(pretreated with melatonin, 10 mg) was significantly smaller than that in the control group(p-value = 0.0029). However, no statistically significant difference of VF incidence was found between group I(pretreated with melatonin, 1 mg) and the control group. Conclusion: Employing an anesthetized-cat model of regional cardiac ischemia, we investigated the dose-dependant effects of melatonin on reperfusion-induced arrhythmia. The cats pretreated with 10 mg/kg of melatonin before ischemia had a significantly reduced incidence of lethal reperfusion-induced arrhythmia, but there was no difference between the cats pretreated with 1 mg/kg of melatonin before ischemia and the control group.

      • 이종재료의 접합강도 향상에 관한 연구

        최근 이종재료간 접착에 관한 연구가 많이 이루어 지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이종재료간 접합에 있어서 접합강도를 증대시키는 방법을 찾기 위해서 알루미늄과 에폭시간의 접합강도평가를 수행하였다. 이종재료간 접합강도를 증대시키기 위해서 emery paper, polishing 그리고 chemical etchant 등으로 표면처리를 하였다. optical roughness tester 과 SEM을 사용하여 알루미늄과 에폭시 간의 접합강도를 평가하기 위하여 인장시험과 피로시험을 수행하였다. 결과는 화학작용으로 에칭된 표면을 가지고 있는 알루미늄과 에폭시로 접합된 이종재료들이 에칭되지 않은 경우보다 정적강도와 피로강도가 더 큼을 알 수 있었다. Recently. bonding technique between dissimilar materials has been widely used for structural materials.. In this study, evaluation of bonding strength between Aluminium and epoxy was carried out for finding an enhanced treatment in bonding disimilar materials. In order to enhance the bonding strength of disimilar materials., bonding surfaces were treated employing emery paper, polishing, and chemical etchant. The surface morphology in Aluminium material was investigated, using both optical roughness tester and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Also, tensile and fatigue tests were carried out for evaluating bonding strength between Al-epoxy. As a result, the static and the fatigue strength for boned Al-epoxy materials, where the aluminum surface was etched chemically, were higher than those for the unetched bonding surfaces.
