      • TFT-LCD Display Panel을 위한 SOP Processor Scaling 방안

        Nowadays, in the area of multimedia devices and cellular phones, the demand of flat panel display is greatly increased, which requires the minimization of device size and power consumption. This leads to the integration of application specific processor, driver LSI, and memory to enhance the system performance. However, since Poly-Si yield is low, high hardware complexity unit is not suitable for integration. Therefore, this paper presents various scaling methodologies of a coprocessor architecture according to applications. Also, by analyzing the unit driven by coprocessor instructions, the ways to overcome the problems occurred due to the scaling are presented.

      • 최근 5년간 급성 A형 간염으로 입원한 환자들에 대한 입원 내용 분석

        Abstract Background : Due to improvements in Korea's sanitary conditions, antibody rates to the hepatitis A virus is decreasing rapidly and admission due to the disease is increasing, Patients who were admitted for hepatitis A during the last 5 years were selected and yearly differences in admission, clinical picture, medical fees, and differences according to age and gender were analyzed. Methods : Patients who were admitted to the Seoul Soonchunhyang University Hospital during the 5 year period between May of 2003 and April of 2008 and tested positive for IgM anti-HAV were selected and their medical records retrospectively analyzed. Results : 156 subjects [91 male (58%), 65 female (42%) were selected. The average age was 29.2 years (range; 21.4-37), average admission period 12.6 days (range; 12.5-1 7.7) days, and average medical fees 2,295,151 (range; 932,097-3,658,205) KRW(Korean Won), Yearly incidence rates were as follows : 10 for May, 2003 to April, 2004, 14 for May, 2004 to April, 2005, 23 for May, 2005 to April, 2006, 69 for May, 2006 to April, 2007, and 41 for May, 2007 to April, 2008, The maximum value median of AST, ALT, and bilirubin during admission was 989 IU/L, 1999 IU/L, and 5.6 mg/dL each, Each factors were all positively correlated with the patient's age. Conclusions : Recent decrease in antibody positivity of the hepatitis A virus and subsequent surge of acute hepatitis A is a cause of rising socioeconomic costs. A large scale epidemiologic research on whether HAV vaccination should be made mandatory and health insurance applied seems to be needed. Key words : Hepatitis A, Age, Medical fees, Vaccination

        방사선 측정 및 해석 연구 : Assessment of Defected Feul by Analysis of Reactor Coolant Activities 원자로 냉각수중의 방사능해석에 의한 결합핵연료봉의 평가

        중성자와 우라늄의 핵반응에 의해 생성된 핵분열생성물의 물리적 특성을 이용하여 원자로 내의 핵연료 상태를 해석하는 모델을 개선하였다. 이 모델에서는 고체 핵연료 내에서 특정핵종의 핵분열 생성물의 생성과 이것이 원자로 냉각재까지 방출되는 과정을 계산하고 추적하며 방사능농도와 결합핵연료봉의 수를 관계짓는 방정식의 계수들을 결정한다. 핵분열생성물의 거동은 이탈(knock out)과 이동(migration) 두 부분으로 나누어 해석하였으며 트램프 우라늄의 영향을 분리할 수 있도록 하였다. 실측자료로는 가압 경수형 원자로인 고리 원자력발전소 1호기의 1차 냉각제를 분석해서 얻은 I-131과 I-133의 방사능 강도를 이용하였다. 이 실험자료와 위 방정식에서 구한 방사능 강도로부터 구한 결함 핵연료의 수는 제3주기에서 9.34±1.13개 제6주기에서 0.294±0.092개로 나타났다. An improved method of assessing fuel status by analysis of the fission product in the reactor coolant system is proposed. The release mechanism of specific fission products is established for determination of the coefficients in the equations which relate the radioactivities with the amount of defected fuel. Knock-out and migration models are employed in the formulation of the release mechanism. The influence of the tramp uranium is quantified. Sample calculations were made for KNU 1 reactor system using the I-131 and I-133 concentrations in the primary coolant. The estimated number of defected fuel pins in the third and sixth cycles appeared to be 9.34±1.13 and 0.294±0.092, respectively.

      • 웨이브렛 신경회로망을 이용한 비선형 시스템의 안정한 직접 적응 제어

        이 논문에서는 웨이브렛 신경회로망을 사용하여 알려지지 않은 비선형 시스템을 안정하게 적응 제어하는 문제를 다룬다. 비선형 시스템의 정확한 제어는 함수를 근사화하는 데 상용된 함수 근사화기의 정확성과 효율성에 의존한다. 이에 기준 함수의 선택이 자유롭고 함수 근사화 능력이 뛰어난 웨이브렛 신경회로망을 비선형 시스템 제어에 사용한다. 초기 웨이브렛 신경회로망 제어기를 설정하는 방법은 먼저 제어기 입력의 시-주파수 특성을 분석해서 웨이브렛 신경회로망 변수인 신축과 이동을 구하고, 다음에 Lyapunov 안정성 이론에 기초한 적응 법칙을 사용하여 연결 강도를 조절하는 것이다. 이 직접 적응 웨이브렛 신경회로망 제어기를 불안정한 비선형 시스템인 역 진자 시스템을 제어하는 데 적용한다. In this paper, we deal with the problem of controlling an unknown nonlinear dynamical system, using wavelet network. Accurate control of the nonlinear systems depends critically on the accuracy and efficiency of the function approximator used to approximate the function. Thus, we use wavelet network which shows high capability of approximating the functions and includes the free-selection of the basis functions for the control of the nonlinear system. The method of constructing an initial adaptive wavelet network controller is that we find the dilation and translation that are wavelet network parameters by analyzing the time-frequency characteristics of the controller's input, and then, the weight is adjusted by the adaptive law based on the Lyapunov stability theory. We apply this direct adaptive wavelet network controller to control the inverted pendulum system which is an unstable system.

        국어 양태의 화·청자 지향성과 주어 지향성

        이 글은 양태 의미의 화·청자 지향성과 주어 지향성의 개념을 고찰하고, 이 개념들을 적용하여 몇 가지 국어 문법 현상을 기술하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 ‘의도’의 행위 양태적 의미를 표현하는 어미인 ‘-을래’와 우언적 구성인 ‘-으려고 하-’의 의미론적 속성을 검토하였는데 이들의 의미는 수행적인 성격을 띠는 화·청자 지향적 양태와 진술적인 성격을 띠는 주어 지향적 양태의 개념으로 구별된 수 있다고 보았다. 이러한 의미론적 대립은 ‘-어야지’와 ‘-어야 하-’의 관계에도 적용되며, ‘-겠-’의 의미를 기술하는 데에도 유용함을 주장하였다. 인식 양태는 대체로 화·청자 지향적 성격을 띠지만 우언적으로 표현되는 몇몇 인식 양태 요소는 주어 지향적 성격도 가지고 있음을 아울러 논의하였다. The goal of this study is to characterize speaker or hearer-oriented modality and subject-oriented modality, and to find out their applicability in Korean. For that purpose, I investigate the grammatical properties of '-eullae(sentence ending)' and '-euryeogo ha-(periphrastic construction),' the common meaning of which is 'intention' in act modality. The periphrastic construction '-euryeogo ha-' represents 'subject-oriented modality' which is constative, while the sentence ending represents 'speaker or hearer-oriented modality' which is performative. This differentiation may be applicable to the relation between '-eoyaji' and '-eoya ha-' and also to the semantics of '-gess-'. Most epistemic meanings are speaker or hearer-oriented, but there are some periphrastic constructions which have subject-oriented usage.

        鄭夢周의 思想과 詩世界

        The main aim of this paper is to try understanding the Thought and Poetic world of the Chong Mong-Ju in the ending of Koryo(高麗) dynasty. In the first place I have viewed his career in connection with records of the Po-un's anthology(圃隱文集) and Koryosajeolyo(高麗史節要), Koryosa(高麗史), Dongku'kyojiseungnam(東國與地勝覽). Next I have studied the following four short accounts. Those are how Chong Mong-Ju does learn to Su'ng Ri-Hak(性理學) and What is the influence of Chong's Su'ng-Ri-Hak in the society of the ending of Koryo dynasty and is the Reason that Chong Mong-Ju persist in a Ch'in Myung belief(親明路線) and is the problem that Chong Mong-Ju is snipped because standing in front of the reconstruction of Koryo dynasty, In the last place I have viewed the tranformal Features of the Munijado's poetry(文以載道詩) and the poetry of love one's country(國愛詩) and patriotic poetry(憂國詩) and the poetry of Red Patriot(丹忠詩). This paper owing to like that seeks to great thought and Ch'ung-Ju'1(忠節) of the Chong Mong-Ju in this context.

      • 재조합 BMP-7 유전자가 전달된 HEK 293 세포에 의한 누드 마우스에서의 뼈형성

        To induce bone formation at ectopic site by tissue engineering and gene therapy, we transplanted collagen sponges containing rhBMP-7 transduced HEK 293 cells in the hypodermis of nude mice. Bone formation was investigated by histological and electron microscopic method at 3, 6, and 9 weeks after transplantation. At 9 weeks after transplantation, eosinophilic bony tissue was observed in the implanted collagen sponge and was confirmed as bone tissue by Von Kossa stain. In the transmission electron microscopic observation, the cells in newly formed bone tissue had eccentrically located nucleus and well developed rough endoplasmic reticulum (rER). Therefore, the cells were evaluated as osteoblasts. Those results suggest that it is possible to form a bone tissue in the ectopic site by transplantation of rhBMP-7 transduced HEK 293 cells. This will be contributed to push more advanced gene therapy for bone formation. However, the HEK 293 cell is unable to apply to the clinical gene therapy. Therefore it is worth to find more compatible cells for clinical application. In addition, collagen sponge is considered as an excellent scaffold and/or carrier for gene therapy and a good biomaterial for tissue engineering.

        The purpose of this paper is to develop an Education-Industry cooperation promotion strategy for local industry support. Research·Education·Industry cooperation helps enter-prises to develop competitiveness power. University's role in that framework is to provide know-how to their technological innovation efforts. Local government's role is to centralize their services for effective support and is suggested to operate organization such as technological innovation cluster integrated management center. It is very important to establish one-stop service through industry association by the business category in order to promote business support. Also, through the business association network by the business category and by expansion of related business infrastructure, It is necessary to utilize system approach strategically.
