      • 미국 교사교육의 개혁동향 및 시사점

        This paper was intended to investigate the main currents and some recent reform movements in American teacher education for the purpose of getting some insights for the new reframing of Korean teacher education in coming days. For this purpose, traditional and current practices in pre-service education, in-service training, and accreditation system of teacher education programs were scrutinized in detail. The result was presented as following : i) the features if pre-service education in the form of candidates selection, training institutions, education programs, and certification. ii) the training programs of in-service education in terms of types, institutions, and ‘teacher center’. And iii) the evaluation procedures of NCATE and A-plus model of CTEE as typical cases of accreditation system. The paper concludes that would be reformers in Korean teacher eeducation programs can have some useful ideas from American teacher education, such as internship model, extended years of education, regular renewals of certificates and related further education, and accreditation system of teacher education programs in various institutions.

      • 용접비드 형상예측 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        Generally, the use of robots in manufacturing industry has been increased during the past decade. GMA(Gas Metal Arc) welding is an actively growing area and many new procedures have been developed for use with high strength alloys. One of the basic requirement for welding applications is to study relationships between process parameters and bead geometry. The objective of this paper is to develop a new approach involving the use of neural network and multiple regression methods in the prediction of bead geometry for GMA welding process and to develop an intelligent system that enables the prediction of bead geometry using Rapid Prototyping(RP) in order to employ the robotic GMA welding processes. This system developed using MATLAB/SIMULINK, could be effectively implemented not only for estimating bead geometry, but also employed to monitor and control the bead geometry in real time

        The necessity of development of the Nearshore zone and land reclamation has greatly emphasis in resent years. In this study, I investigated on the overtopping in the frontside of the reclamation and distance from revetment when dredging operations. Obtained results are summarized as follows. 1. In the result of the wave deformation model application, a significant wave height is 1.0m at reclamation the front revetment. 2. Experiment result of revetment section overtopping is in the permitted range of HUKUDA. 3. In the purpose of decision safety of revetment, I have been discovered the highest effect at 25m∼40m distance.

        The purpose of this study is to establish the effective direction of development in the coastal zone of Pusan and understand the concept of water front which recently employed to analyze the area of city near the sea. It has been discussed about the present condition, the problem of application of Water-front, and the direction of development in the area of shore using the concept of Water-front. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that Pusan would be the pivot of Asian and Pacific zone with Pusan harbor if the concept of Water-front and the plan of its employment is carefully arranged.

        Recently, by rapid growth of economic development, the guantity of ship movement is more increasing. The premier function of harbor is safe comming and going ancoring of the ship. Thus, provide efficient loading and unloading. To achive this role, the one of the most important things is to get calmness. The factor of influence the calmness is wave, wind and mooring condition. The most influenced thing of calmness is wave which is appear wave ratios. In this a treatise is to study the merits and demerits of the habor wave calculation method by numerical model and investigate wave character. The purpose of this treatise is to develope calculation algorithm to be used calmness calculation that is proposed by Watanabe and Maruyama. And to investigate the application, we applicated to Pusan harbor, compared and considerated with the data of Hydraulic model test(N.T.C., 1984) After this, I expected this model is so helpful to the analysis of calmness.

        비트겐슈타인의 지각에 대한 퍼즐

        We all know that the duck-rabbit picture has been widely used in various contemporary philosophical disputes; Sometimes the picture is supposed to show that every observation is somehow 'theory-laden'. At other times, the picture and related perceptual experience was the focus of the so-called "modularity" thesis in the philosophy of mind. In aesthetics, V. Aldrich used the picture and Wittgenstein's notion of "seeing-as" for elaborating his ontology of esthetic objects. And so, naturally I believe, it's been widely assumed that the intriguing perceptual experience, generated by the duck-rabbit, is well understood by all the practitioners in the field and so that there should be no more conceptual riddles to be solved. In this paper, however, I argued that the original philosophical puzzle, raised by Wittgenstein, has been largely forgotten and no one, except R. Chisholm, even bothers to solve it. As I see it, Wittgenstein's puzzle can be reformulated in this way: When one begins to see something A as B, i. e., when what Wittgenstein called "the dawning of an aspect" occurs, there must be something that changes, which would explain a change of aspect involved in the duck-rabbit seeing. Is the change of aspect the result of the changes in the sensational appearances? The answer must be No, for when the dawning of an aspect occurs, the physical diagram itself cannot change from duck-like to rabbit-like and so the given sensational appearance must be one and the same all the time. So we are led to conclude that what changes in the change of aspect is our judgement that is made about that sensation or appearance. Then Is the change of aspect the result of our interpretational changes about mere contentless appearance? Again, the answer seems to be No, for unless the sensational appearances are already somehow duck-like or rabbit-like, they would not arouse our cognitive or interpretational ability to see something as, say, duck; the visual content must be there before our cognitive power shed light on it, so to speak. And so we are caught in a tight circle: given that the diagram cannot change, we must preclude the change in the sensational appearances as an explanation for the aspect change, but the interpretational changes cannot work without the prior changes in the sensational appearances. However there seems to be no third possibility. Following Chisholm, I suggest that one possible solution to this puzzle lies in taking the notion of "attending" or "noticing" seriously. Attending is a kind of mental activity that falls between having a sensation (pure sensation) and making an interpretation (pure thinking). Unlike sensation it is about sensational appearances or more exactly we might say its proper objects are the features of appearance and so it is a form of meta-consciousness. Still there is a sense that it is a form of "sensing" for it might be contentless without sensation and the sensual content gets articulated by this mental process. Then the proposed solution to the puzzle is this: The changes of aspect involve two distinct objects of our attending and so when we begins to see the picture as a rabbit, what changed is the object of our attending i. e., we changed from noticing one feature of our appearance to other distinct feature of that appearance. And in the case of the duck-rabbit, those feature were two distinct spatial wholes consisted of different meaningful parts. It should be noticed that these spatial wholes cannot be identified with the mereological sum of the lines and dots of the physical diagram (for there can be one such mereological sum) and the notion of attending whose proper objects are features or properties of appearance, comes in just for these 'objects'. In conclusion, I draw just one moral from my paper. Unless we are not clear about Wittgenstein's original puzzle about perception, we are not entitled to use the duck-rabbit or the related notion of seeing as for any specific philosophical purpose.

        The development of robotic welding process is a very complex assignment because the system is affected by a number of process parameters which are very difficult to determine or predict in practice. The full automation welding has not yet been achieved partly because the mathematical model for the process parameters of a given welding task is not fully understood and quantified. Several mathematical models to control welding quality, Productivity, micro structure and weld properties in arc welding processed have been studied. However, it is not an easy task to apply them to the various practical situations because the relationship between the process parameters and the bead geometry is non-linear and also they are usually dependent on specific experimental result. Practically, it is difficult, but important to know how to establish a mathematical model that can predict the result of the actual welding process and how to select the optimum welding condition under a certain constraint. In this paper, an attempt has been made to develop an neural network model to predict the back-bead width as a function of key process parameters in the GMA (Gas Metal Arc) welding and to compare the developed models with the experimental results

        Pulse oximetry, which monitors non-invasively the oxygen saturation in blood, is influenced by patient's respiration, movement or a factor of an environment. Specially, it's difficult to measure a PPG (Photoplethsmography) signal from the moving patient because of the motion artifact. Accordingly, it is required to extract the pure PPG signal from the PPG signal to measure oxygen saturation. In this paper, we propose an adaptive noise canceller to improve the performance of motion artifact removal. Then we design a hardware system for real time monitoring of the oxygen saturation. The proposed algorithm estimates the slope of transition rate between two different wavelength signals.

This summarize shoes the following result 1. The analysis result is nearly agreed of hydraulic and numerical model test. 2. The analysis result is case.4 is very calmness of hydraulic and numerical model test and case.1 is failed, case.2, case.3 of campared as case.3 of judged that more calmness of arrangement all borken course. 3. The analysis test results of the harbor operate rate case.1 is samall then another cases that critical wave height of anchor area but the calmness of anchor area of the case.1 that is much broarder than Hongdo anchor area therefor case.1 was decided no problme that ship is used harbor. This study result will be used of Hongdo harbor in the future for plan building of breatwater. The future for hardof high exactly as hydraulic and numerical model test especially, the will be studied numerical model test for beach reflection, breaking wave height, submerged friction.
