Background : To assess the influencing factors of patients satisfaction on service of diagnostic radiology and to recommend for the improving method of patients satisfaction on service of diagnostic radiology. Methods : We conducted a SERVQUAL questionnaire survey during the period from January 2008 till August 2008. The data was collected from questionnaires filled out by 289 patients visiting at 4 tertiary and 5 secondary hospitals located in Busan Metropolis City. Collected data were analyzed descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SAS Win(ver 9.0k) program. Results : The mean score of patient's satisfaction on diagnostic radiology was -0.01±0.50 and empathy as subcategory of SERVQUAL was only positive satisfaction(0.10±0.72). Patient's satisfaction on diagnostic radiology was high in admission experienced group, operation experienced group and medical administration satisfaction group, respectively. Patient's satisfaction on diagnostic radiology was influenced by appointment of diagnostic radiology examination and satisfaction of medical administration. Conclusion : This study show that patient of diagnostic radiology experienced dissatisfaction and the influencing factors of patient's satisfaction on diagnostic radiology were appointment and satisfaction of medical administration. In order to improve patient's satisfaction of diagnostic radiology, more exact appointment system and advanced medical administration support were needed in the hospital organization.
[논문]용접부의 피로 파손모드 평가에 대한 구조응력기법의 적용에 관한 연구

반복 하중을 받게 되는 하중전달형의 필릿 용접이음에서는 용접 토우부 뿐만 아니라 용입 부족부 선단에서도 응력집중을 일으키고 피로균열이 발생/ 전파하는 경우가 있다. 특히/ 용접 루트부에서 발생한 균열은 육안관찰이 불가능하고 초음파 탐상등에 의한 비파괴 검사에 의해서도 검출이 곤란한 경우가 많다. 이것은 중대한 손상을 일으키기 까지 방치되는 경우가 많기 때문에 용접 루트부에서 발생하는 균열에 대한 연구는 현재 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 유한요소 해석시 요소의 크기에 둔감하다고 알려진 구조응력 기법을 이용하여 용입 부족부를 가지는 하중전달형 필릿 용접부의 피로 파손모드를 평가하였다. 용접부 다리길이의 변화에 따른 사례 연구를 통하여 용접 루트부의 파손을 피할 수 있는 용접부 시공기준에 관한 연구를 수행하였으며 이에 대한 구조응력 기법의 적용 가능성을 검토하였다.

In conducting traffic safety programs, it is very important to identify hazardous sites in appropriate manner. Many experts in the traffic safety fields have performed researches to choose hazardous sites. The method of identifying hazardous sites which prevails in Korea is based on the traffic crash frequencies, which is inevitable because of insufficient database associated with the traffic crash data. This paper analyzed problem related to the method based on accident frequencies, and established an alternative which is named as frequency-quality control method, to make up for the weak points in the current method. As a result of test, the proposed method was reliable enough to be applied in the traffic safety program.

거대고리 리간드는 금속이온과 선택적으로 결합하는데, 이를 이용하여 에멀젼 액체막을 통한 금속이온의 이동에 관하여 연구를 수행하였다. 금속이온은 유기층에 있는 운반체에 의하여 source phase에서 receiving phase으로 이동한다. 운반체로는 거대고리 리간드인 DBN_(3)O_(3)를 사용하였다. 여기에서 에멀젼 액체막을 통한 금속이온의 이동에 관한 요인과 어떤 금속이온의 선택적 분리에 관하여 검토하였다. 금속이온과 거대고리 리간드 그리고 금속이온과 receiving phase내에 있는 음이온에 대한 안정도 상수를 금속이온의 선택적 이동에 대한 척도로 조사하였다. 납이온이 혼합 용액에서 다른 금속이온보다 높은 이동속도를 나타내었다. Receiving phase내의 음이온이 금속이온의 이동에 중요한 역할을 한다. Receiving phase내에 있는 NO_(3)^(-)을 S_(2)O_(3)^(2-) 대치하면 이동량이 증가함을 보였는데 이는 Pb^(2-)-S_(2)O_(3)^(2-) 상호작용이 Pb^(2+)-NO_(3)^(-) 상호작용보다 크기 때문이다. Macrocyclic ligand has been know to selectively bind with metal ions so that ability applied for the transport of metal ions across the emulsion liquid membrane in this study. The metal ions are transproted from the source phase to the receiving phase by the carrier of the organic phase. Several factors involved in the transport of metal ions acrose the emulsion membrane we reported here and these factors proveided the informations for the selective seperation of some metal ion. Stability constants for cation-macrocyclic ligand and metal ion-anion receiving phase interaction are examined as parameters for the prediction of metal ion transport selectivities Pb^(2+) was transported higher rates than the other metal ions in the mixture solution. The interaction of metal ion to anion in receiving phase is important. S_(2)O_(3)^(2-) in replacement of NO_(3)^(-) in the receiving phase enhances the transport of pb^(2-) since Pb^(2-)-S_(2)O_(3)^(2-) interaction is greater than Pb^(2+)-NO_(3)^(+) interaction.
Effect of Strain Aging on Tensile Behavior and Properties of API X60, X70, and X80 Pipeline Steels

The effect of strain aging on tensile behavior and properties of API X60, X70, and X80 pipeline steels was investigated inthis study. The API X60, X70, and X80 pipeline steels were fabricated by varying alloying elements and thermomechanicalprocessing conditions. Although all the steels exhibited complex microstructure consisting of polygonal ferrite (PF), acicularferrite, granular bainite (GB), bainitic ferrite (BF), and secondary phases, they had different fractions of microstructuresdepending on the alloying elements and thermomechanical processing conditions. The tensile test results revealed that yieldingbehavior steadily changed from continuous-type to discontinuous-type as aging temperature increases after 1% pre-strain. After pre-strain and thermal aging treatment in all the steels, the yield and tensile strengths, and yield ratio were increased,while the uniform elongation and work hardening exponent were decreased. In the case of the X80 steel, particularly, thedecrease in uniform elongation was relatively small due to many mobile dislocations in PF, and the increase in yield ratiowas the lowest because a large amount of harder microstructures such as GB, BF, and coarse secondary phases effectivelyenhanced work hardening.
