학교체육 경영 활성화를 규정하는 조직풍토요인의 분석 : In the Case of the Managerial Organization for School Physical Education

This paper refered to the managerial organization for school physical education. But reports of this type of study have apparently not been published to date. Then in this paper it was indicated that the managerial organization should be discussed from three view points; (1) correlation between the school organization and managerial organization for physical education. (2) contingency theory. (3) motivational approach. The purposes of this paper. therefore, were to clarify the structure of the organizational climate and to analysis the relation between the organizational climate and the effectiveness of managerial organization. The survey was conducted at 7 primary school and 6 junior high school by questionnaire, and the subjects were 312 teachers. The summary of the results were: 1) The organizational climate of a school was consisted of six clements as follow: Maintenance, Cooperation, Task Achievement Job efficiency, Disengagement. Hindrance. These elements were integrated two dimensions that were HUMA-SYSTEM and TECHNICAL-SYSTEM. 2) The correlation between the organizational climate and Integration-Latency function of the managerial organization was significant high. Especially the organizational identification of the managerial organization was significant high. Especially the organizational identification which was one of the effectiveness variables was influenced most strongly by HUMAN and TECHNICAL-SYSTEM dimensions. 3) The positive attitude toward physical education services of teachers created innovation of management for physical education.

광양만 유역 퇴적토 중의 다환방향족탄화수소류

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in sediments of Kwangyang bay on Korea, have been investigated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometery (GC/MS). The average content of total PAHs in all samples was 2,211ppb, and the range was from 36 to 22,699pph. The higher concentrations were found in sediment sampled near Kwangyang iron processing plant, Taeindo. The resulting distributions of PAHs according to the number of aromatic ring and molecular ratios of specific aromatic compounds (phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene and pyrene) have been discussed in terms of sample location, origin of the organic matter. Four, five and six rings of PAHs were mainly found near to Kwangyang iron processing plant, and three and four rings near to Yeosu chemical kombinat. This result typically indicated the local characteristics, depending on the origin of PAHs.

The purpose of this study is to achieve the individualized inquiring learning which is centered on students by improving the method of the evaluation of the inquiry learning in the science class in a multi-student class. Therefore the author made the table of specification for scientific achievements of the abilities of inquiring by analyzing the abilities of inquiring according to the content of science and five basic experiments of each unit inthe first grade of of middle school, ant then made the paper and pencil and performance test items for the evaluation of the abilities of inquiring. The paper and pencil test was taken after the experimental and observational class, and performance test was taken in the way of the students' self evaluation, peer evaluation and Tester evaluation. The results are as follows: 1) In operation of the inquiry learning by two experiments, performance test items and 13 the paper and pencil test items made for evaluation of the abilities of inquiring could be applied usefully. 2) Correlation coefficient between paper and pencil test and performance test is .362 and it is very low. Therefore it is desirable that performance test be used for the evaluation for the abilities of inquiring which cannot be evaluated by paper and pencil test. 3) In evaluation of the abilities of inquiring by performance test on five basic experiments, it is more desirable that 'the use of microscope' is presented in the way of peer evaluation or peer and Tester evaluation, 'the observation on epidermis of onion cell' in the way of peer evaluation, and self-evaluation. 4) Skill of the abilities of inquiring in experimental and observational class can be evaluated correctly through performance test.

濟州道 住民들의 反共意識 調査硏究

The purpose of study is, to exclusively grasp the levels of anti-communism in the individuals of Je iu do, enabling us to teach tile national ethics Principles to the children and teach the adult people mental discipline. This study may well serve for the above purpose as the fundamental mcterial. In this connection I have made a survey of the differences there are among groups classified according to sex, age, natives or temporary dwellers, occupation, educational background, economic standing and religion. The model concept extracted from anti-communism has been re-organized into two main categories, i. e, Behavioral Approach and contents approach, the one sub-divided into cognition, affection, and volition, the other into communism, north korea, unification and national security. The instruments used were tile questionnaire from comprising the whole of 22 entries, and the Likert-type evaluation. The sampling has been selected among the parecto whose children are attending the primary. middle and high schools in Je iu city and Su-kui -po city. The sampling was implemented by delivering and collecting the questionnaire from individually. A total of 1688 were put into test, out of which 1578 papers served for the objects of analysis with those a nswered wholly excepted. The analysis had tern processed by means of average (M), percentage (%) and F check. As a result, statistics show that the levels of anti-communism each individual holds are exceedingly high. In analyzing the differences among groups classified according to parameters of background, we have learned that men have higher level than women, public officials than farmers, christians than non-believers. A large number of persons have shown a strongly repulsive response to communism and north korea, whole most persons have shown a high positive response to unification and national security. There was, however, no consistency in responses among the groups divided according to educational background and economic standing. It is note worthy that the idea of anti-communism equally permeates in the natives and non-natives as inferred from the invisible differences as to the levels of understanding.

Purpose : To find the cause of root curvature by use of panoramic and lateral cephalometric radiograph. Materials and Methods : Twenty six 1st graders whose mandibular 1st molars just emerged into the mouth were selected. Panoramic and lateral cephalometric radiograph were taken at grade 1 and 6, longitudinally. In cephalometric radio graph, mandibular plane angle, ramus-occlusal plane angle, gonial angle, and gonion-gnathion distance (Go-Gn distance) were measured. In panoramic radio graph, elongated root length and root angle were measured by means of digital subtraction radiography. Occlusal plane-tooth axis angle was measured, too. Pearson correlations were used to evaluate the relationships between root curvature and elongated length and longitudinal variations of all variables. Multiple regression equation using related variables was computed. Results : The Pearson correlation coefficient between curved angle and longitudinal variations of occlusal plane-tooth axis angle and ramus-occlusal plane angle was 0.350 and 0.401, respectively (p<0.05). There was no significant correlation between elongated root length and longitudinal variations of all variables. The resulting regression equation was Y=10.209+0.208X_(1)+0.745X_(2) (Y: root angle, X_(1): variation of occlusal plane-tooth axis angle, X_(2): variation of ramus-occlusal plane angle). Conclusion: It was suspected that the reasons of root curvature were change of tooth axis caused by contact with 2nd deciduous tooth and amount of mesial and superior movement related to change of occlusal plane. 세계화에 대비한 제주인의 정체성

This study aims at examining the traditional identity of Jejuian and presenting desirable identity of Jejuian for globalization. I describe the meanings of globalization in chapter Ⅱ and globalization and localization in chapter Ⅲ. In chapter IV which deals with identities of Jejuian, I examine historical identity, ego identity, social cultural identity and identity exposing on consciousness. In chapter V , I discuss the consciousness of world citizen and Jejuian, positive and negative consciousness of Jejuian for globalization, and globalization and identity of Jejuian. There were positive and negative aspects in the identity of Jejuian for globalization. On the contrary, there were more negative identities. Because Jeju island had been isolated and closed, its identity was formed in such circumstances. So they were such shut consciousness, closureism, exclusionism, consciousness of inferiority, and personal connection as a barrier to globalization. We have to make our effort to change negative identities for globalization into open thinking, openness, clearness, rational thinking, and democratic consciousness. And we have to maintain and develop positive identities for globalization, such as ego identity, self-supporting and independence, the sense of community, strength and frugality, the sense of equality, and an enterprising spirit.

The Sellaginella Tarmariscina is widely used in the traditional oriental herbal medicine for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant effects. The effects of aqueous extracts of Sellaginella Tarmariscina on the viability and induction of apoptotic cell death were investigated in HL-60 cells. The cell viability after treating with extract of Sellaginella Tarmariscina was quantified by MTT assay. The results showed that could inhibit the proliferation of HL-60 cells and caused a 40% inhibition of HL-60 cells at concentrations of 400 ㎍/ml. The cancericidic effect of Sellaginella Tarmariscina was mediated by apoptosis. Thus, HL-60 cells exposed to Sellaginella Tarmariscina displayed the DNA fragmentation ladder and nucleus chromatin condensation characteristic for apoptosis. In conclusion, our results suggest that the extract of Sellaginella Tarmariscina may induce the apoptotic death in HL-60 cells.
