한국인의 농축산식품 섭취량의 표준화(1986~90)

한국인을 위한 식품중 유해성분의 기준설정 및 안정성 평가에 필요한 식품계수를 제안하기 위하여 1986~90년에 걸쳐 국민영양조사에 의한 식품섭취량과 식품수급표에 의한 공급량 자료로부터 농축산식품 원료에 대한 식품 종류별 섭취량을 최적화 하였다. 농축산물의 1인당 1일 평균 섭취량은 1.0 kg으로 조정하였으며 곡류 422g, 감자류 29g, 두류 17g, 견과종실류 5g, 과일류 97g, 채소류 300g, 육류 49g, 난류 20g, 우유류 72g 이었다. In order to provide food factors necessary for tolerance setting and risk assessment of hazardous substances in foods, dietary intake of farm produces by Korean population was optimized from national nutrition survey and food balance sheet during the period of 1986~90. Total daily intake of agricultural and livestock produces was normalized to 1.0 kg on the average, which consisted of 422 g cereals, 29 g potatoes, 17 g legumes, 5 g nuts & seeds, 97 g fruits, 300 g vegetables, 49 g meats, 20 g eggs and 72 g milks.

In this study, the relationship between substance use and high-novelty seeking was tested using Cloninger et al's 240-items Temperament and Character Inventory(TCI) in 34 substance users(32 methamphetamine and 2 cocaine dependence disorders), 80 normal controls and 48 schizophrenics Demographic characteristics and substance use-related past history were taken by semi-structured interview. Subjects were aged 18-45 and general psychopathology was screened by Symptom Checklist 90 revised. The results were as follows. 1) Among temperament subdivisions in the TCI, novelty seeking(NS) was significantly higher in the substance users(22.1±4.9) than the normal controls(18.0±5.0) and the schizophrenics(15.6±3.3). There were no significant differences in other temperament subdivisions such as harm avoidance, reward dependence and persistence, neither character subdivisions such as self-directiveness, cooperativeness and self- transcendence. 2) A significant inverse correlation was found between NS and age both in the substance users(r=0.274) and the normal controls(r=0.468). This study suggested that the biogenetic temperament characteristics in substance use disorder were related with their high novelty seeking, not low harm avoidance.

농작물 중 농약 잔류수준 예측을 위한 수학적 모델링

Field residue data of pesticides on crops which were undertaken in Korea during the period of 1978-92 were employed to predict the initial deposits and disappearance rate by use of a mathematical algorithm. The initial deposits and disappearance rate in 53 fungicides/insecticides and 10 crops showed a remarkable variability depending on the ingredients and crop type. The predicted values from the proposed algorithm were compared with the practical residue data in cases of paddy rice-fenitrothion, applephenthoate, Chinese cabbage-chlorpyrifos and it was proved to give similar trends with a slight difference.

국제기구 및 외국에서 농산물중 농약잔류 허용기준의 설정절차

This study was undertaken to find out necessary measures to improve the tolerance setting system of pesticide residues on food crops in Korea which is scientifically reasonable and harmonizable with international standards. Information on tolerance setting systems of pesticide residues by Codex Alimentarius Commission, Joint FAO/WHO Meeting of Experts on Pesticide Residues, USA, EU, Japan and Taiwan was collected and analyzed. On the basis of information in the above countries, necessary actions to be taken by the Korean regulatory authorities were recommended with respect to priority setting, maximum residue limits (MRLs) setting based on field residue data, group MRLs, minor crop problems, quantitation limit and dietary intake assessment.

주문설계형 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초조사 : 간호과 중심으로 focusing on the nursing department

This study is designed to offer basic information on customized training, which is efficient and appropriate to the nursing department, by means of a survey to the hospital nurses on customized training. The results are as follows : · every class including practicing needs to be conducted in the hospital. · 30 days would be enough for this program. · professors should conduct the lecture class and nurses in the hospital practicing class. · nurses in the hospital should take park in this program as special teachers. · nursing department should take charge of all the cost for this program. · educating 10 to 20 students in one hospital would be appropriate. · the summer vacation in the third year would be most beneficial for students.

免疫의 實驗文獻的 考察

동·서양을 막론하고 21C의료계 화두로 일컬어지고 있는 면역에 대해 조사하기 위해 동물실험논문들을 중심으로 하여 고찰하고 이를 결과로 앞으로의 연구 방향에 대해 제시 해 보려 하였다. 사용된 실험동물로는 백서, 마우스, 가토가 단독 또는 복합적으로 이용되었으며 면역기능 저하의 유도를 위해서는 화학적 면역억제제를 쓰기도 하고 특정질환을 유발시켜 그와 면역과의 상관관계를 밝히기도 한 것으로 조사되었다. 한의학에서는 「부정거사」를 면역에 대한 치료원칙의 근간으로 삼고 있는 만큼 실험에 사용된 약물이나 경혈들은 대체적으로 정기를 보하고 경락의 순행을 원활히 하며 祛瘀, 解毒하는 성질을 가지고 있슴이 조사되었으며 또 한약 단독투여보다는 양약과의 병행투여가 치료효과를 더 높일 수 있슴도 조사되었다. 조사결과 이에 대한 구체적인 기준농도의 제시, 약물 및 경혈 선택의 객관적 기준 마련, 특정질환에 대한 면역반응기전의 도출, 약침의 면역실험방법론 등에 대한 깊이 있고 다각적인 연구는 인류가 면역에 대한 질환을 정복하는데 있어서 매우 의미있는 연구과제라 사료된다. This study was done in order investigate the object and the method of animal experimental paper on immunity The results were obtained as follows: 1. Rat, mouse, kk mouse and rabbit were used for experimental paper singe or combine. 2. It was examined a way of bringing about a lowering of immunity used as MTX and other reagent, and it has caused many cases which lead to bring about a lowering of immunity by causing specified disease. 3. It was examined, according to items of my observation. there are mainly hema gglutinin titer, hemolysin titer, phagocytic activity, Rosette forming cells, delayed type hypersensitivity, IL-2 productivity and NK cell activity in survey. 4. Most used drugs and 경혈(aqupuncture paint) have the characters reinforcing a fair spirit and reinforcing an unfair spirit (a miasma or poisonous air). 5. It is necessary to a deep study of an experimental way about aqua-acupuncture on immunity in the future.

고소설 남성 인물의 형상화 : <변강쇠가>를 중심으로 especially on Byun-gang-soi-ga(변강쇠가)

This article intends to study characterization of male characters in Korean old novels. For the first step, I examined Byun-gang-soi-ga(변강쇠가) whose male character belongs to the low class. Byun-gang-soi-ga is the old novel based on the Pan-so-ri which had been rewritten by Sin-jae-hyo. Byun-gang-soi was found to be one of the negative male characters created in the late Cho-sun' period. Sin-jae-hyo characterized Byun-gang-soi unable短 make money at all while exaggerating Byun's sexual power. He also described Byun-gang-soi as a violent husband. To these negative characteristics of Byun-gang-soi, a certain negative view on the low class was added, which is apparent when we compare Byun-gang-soi-ga with Yang-so-yu of noble birth Gu -un-mong(구운몽).
