      • 대류난방시 상하온도차가 인체의 온열 쾌적성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose of this study is first to show the effects of vertical air temperature differences on thermal comfort and physiological responses, and second to examine the acceptable vertical air temperature differences. In this experiments, 12 subjects (6 males and 6 females) were exposed at 12 test conditions. The subjects voted each 10 min, about his thermal feeling, and 7 skin surface temperature, the air temperature were measured every 20 second. From this experiments, it was found that the upper part temperature affects the thermal sensation more strongly than lower part temperature. In winter, the acceptable temperature differences drawn by this study are 3℃ in the case that the upper part temperature is higher than the lower part temperature.

      • 旣成服 製作을 爲한 치수 分布에 關한 硏究[Ⅰ] : 女大生의 Brassiere 치수 分布 18~22 ages

        많은 衣服이 旣成服化함에 따라 消費者의 體格値數分布가 重要視되어 調査硏究되고 있으나 Foundation 을 위한 計測은 되고 있지 않고 Foundation은 다른 衣服에 비해 몸에 꼭 맞아야 (fitting)하는 特殊性이 있으므로 이 硏究를 着手하게 되었다.여기서는 우선 Foundation 중에서 가장 많이 쓰이는 Brassiere를 擇했고, 使用 빈도가 높은 消費層인 18歲∼22歲의 女大生 1,174명에 대하여 胸園, 有頭間幅, Bra. cup의 크기(직경과 높이) 등을 測定하여 다음과 같은 分布와 結論을 얻었다. (1) 21가지 Bra. cup size중에서 가장 많은 비율을 나타낸 Cup ⅡA, ⅢA, ⅢB, ⅣA, ⅣB 및 ⅤC로 集中的인 分布를 보여 주었다. (2) Bra. cup size는 胸園의 數値와 比例的인 關係를 보였고, (3) 有頭間幅은 Bra. cup의 직졍과 比例的인 關係를 나타냈고, 乳房間 間隔은 Bra. cup 직경과 反對的인 傾向을 나타내고 있다. (4)胸園(X_1), 有頭間幅(X_2), Bra. cup직경(X_3), 및 높이 (X_4)間의 相關關係를 回歸分析하여 얻은 推定式은 다음과 같다. X_1=1.48X_3+1.12X_4+0.78X_2+42.31 X_2=0.5X+0.11X_1+0.02X_4+3.07 X_3=1.23X_4+0.06X_2+0.03X_1+3.37 X_4=0.51X_3+0.01X_1+0.001X_2-2.52 The object of this study is to find out the distribution of Brassiere cup size and the multuality of fundamental factors of Brassiere pattern making-chest circumference, bimple breath, the diameter of cup and the height by the ergonomic of human body. The sujects of this test are 1,174 women whose ages are from 18 to 22. (1) In size, ⅡA, ⅢA, ⅢB, ⅣA, ⅣB and VC among 21 sizes have the most appro-priate proportion. (2) Chest circumference is distributed from 74.0 cm to 87.3 cm, and its average is 79.2 cm. Chest circumference is proportional to cup size. (3) Bimple breath is distributed from 16.6 cm to 20.0 cm, and its average is 18.2 cm. Bimple breath is proportional to the diameter of up, while the difference of measure between the Brimple breath and diameter of cup is negative.

      • 한국산 양다래의 재배지역과 경도에 따른 품질 요인 분석

        한국산 양다래의 주요 품종인 Hayward, Abbott, Bruno를 재배지역별로 경도에 따른 품질분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 경도는 제주산 Abbott가 제일 높았으며 지역에 따른 차이에서도 위도가 낮은 제주 지역의 Hayward가 경도가 높은 경향을 나타내었다. 그러나 해남 읍산의 Hayward는 D 그룹(2.2kg/㎠ 이상)이 35.9%이었다. 과실 경도에 따른 적정산도는 1.93-2.47% 범위였으나 제주시산 Hayward가 비교적 산함량이 많앗고 서귀포산 Hayward가 비교적 낮은 경향을 보였다. Brix 당도를 보면 해남읍산 Hayward가 16.0% 내외로써 가장 높았고 서귀포산 Hayward가 평균 13.0%로써 가장 낮았다. 유리당은 주로 glucose와 fructose이었으며 과실에 원래 함유되어 있을 것으로 예상되는 sucrose는 숙성중 invertase에 의해 분해된 것으로 생각된다. 품종과 지역에 따라 유기산 함량은 상당히 다른 경향을 나타내고 있으나 전체적으로 citric acid의 함량이 가장 많았다. chlorophyll 함량은 지역과 품종에 따라 차이를 나타내고 있으나 chlorophyll a:b의 비율은 1.3~1.5 내외로써 거의 일정한 값을 보여주고 있다. Kiwifruits (Actinidia chinensis Planch, cv. Hayward, cv. Bruno and cv. Abbott) were grouped into four groups based on its fruit hardness after storage at 2℃ for three months. Most of Hayward cultivars from the Che-ju area were belonged to C group (1.6-2.1kg/㎠) by hardness. It was shown that these fruits were suitable for the direct use as fresh state. Contents of various components prepared from the four fruit groups were determined. There was no significant difference in the contents of acidity, soluble solids, free sugars(glucose and fructose) and ascorbic acid. However the contents of organic acids (citric and malic acid) were closely associated with the degree of fruit hardness and the cultivating area.

      • 한국인의 온열쾌적감 평가 및 쾌적지표의 적용성에 관한 연구 : Part I : 청년층의 겨울철 체감실험 결과

        The purposes of this study are to investigate the correlation between SET*(PMV) and thermal sensation of Koreans through subjective judgement and to find out thermal comfort zone of Koreans indicated by SET*(PMV) as compared with ASHRAE Standard 55-74 comfort zone. In this paper, results of one series of experiments conducted in winter season are reported. The subjects wore standard uniforms and remained sedentary throughout the experiment. Skin temperature at 3 sites was measured. Thermal sensation and comfort sensation were voted every 15 minutes. The thermal sensation vote was consisted of a seven-point scale in which -3 was cold, -2=cool, -1=slightly cool, 0=neutral, +1=slightly warm, +2=warm, +3=hot. And the comfort sensation vote consisted of a four-point scale in which 0 was comfortable, +1=slightly comfortable, +2=uncomfortable, +3=very uncomfortable. The results in the winter subjective experiment were follows. 1) SET*(TSV=0) of young subjects was 25.5℃. 2) The thermally neutral zone of young subjects was 24.2∼26.8℃(SET*).       • 培養鷄胚筋細胞分化에 미치는 細胞融合促進物質의 영향

        培養鷄胚筋細胸 分化에 미치는 促進物質의 영향을 알아보고자 2가양이온 (Ca2+, Mg2+) 胸胚抽出物 (EE), polyethylene glycol (PEG), 再生中인 도마뱀 (Lacertilia)꼬리 추출물 (BE)을 처리하여 細胸融合指數를 비교 조사하였다. 정상배양시의 細胸融合指數는 배양시작 70 시간에 최대에 달했으며 더이상 증가하지 않았고, Ca2+와 Mg2+ 처리할 경우에는 농도가 증가할수록 細胸融合指數는 저하되고, 근세포의 굵기도 정상세포보다 가늘고 핵이 모여있었다. Polyethylene Glycol (PEG)와 Blastemata Extract (BE) 처리군에서는 대조구와 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 鷄胚抽出物 (EE) 을 筋細胞分化에 필수적이나 과량으로 添加시에는 細胞融合은 억제되고 세포수는 증가되는것으로 나타났다. To study the effects of promoting factors on the differentiation of muscle cells, chick embryonic myoblasts were cultured with divalent cations (Ca2+, Mg2+) Chick embryo extract (EE), Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) and Blastema extract of Lacertilia (BE). Fusion index and Growth ratio were measured at various culture time. The fusion index of normal myoblast culture was reached maximum at 70 hours and the divalent cations (Ca2+, Mg2+) treated groups were decreased at higher concentration. The cellular formation of myoblasts treated with divalent cations was thiner and more aggregated between nuclei than that of normal myoblasts calture was. When polyethylene glycol (PEG) and Blastema extract of Lacertilia (BE) were treated to the myoblasts, tha fusion indices were similar to the control. Embryo Extract (EE) was seemed to be necessary for the fusion of chick embryonic myoblasts in culture, however, when excess of EE was added the fusion index was decreased and the number of cells was increased.

        흰쥐 삼차신경 척수감각핵의 미측소핵 세포의 전압의존성 소디움통로와 포타슘통로에 대한 전기생리학적 연구

        The caudal subnucleus of the spinal trigeminal nucleus (medullary dorsal horn ; MDH) receives direct inputs from unmyelinated and thinly myelinated, small diameter primary afferent fibers. Thus, the MDH is implicated in the processing of nociceptive information in the orofacial region. In this study, the types and characteristics of voltage-dependent ion currents were investigated in acutely isolated MDH neurons of postnatal rats by means of the whole cell patch clamp techniques. Coronal slice (400㎛) of the trigeminal caudal subnucleus region was sequentially treated with pronase 0.2㎎/㎖. then single neurons were mechanically dissociated. Voltage-dependent sodium currents showed that the half-maximum activation potential was -41.8±1.8mV and half-maximum inactivation potential was -62.4±3.0mV. And the currents were blocked totally by application of 100nM tetrodotoxin. In a Ca^2+ free solution, low-threshold transient (I_A) and high-threshold sustained (I_K) currents were recorded. The half-maximum activation and inactivation potential of I_K were 2.5±1.9mV and -37.1±2.3mV, respectively. I_A was activated and inactivated more rapidly than I_K. The half-maximum activation and inactivation potential were -21.6±6.3mV and -84.5±5.0mV, respectively. When a 4-aminopyridine of 5mM was applied, I_A was almost totally blocked. These results reveal that MDH neurons express a variety of voltage-dependent ionic currents with distinct physiological and pharmacological properties, and they play an essential role in the transmission and modulation of sensation, especially pain, from trigeminal region.

        In this paper, gear system for Micro-press actuator parts is developed. The micro-press system consists of AC geared servo motor, gear system and high precision ball screw. Herein, the micro-press gear system not only forms the micro thin foil valve but also forms the hydro dynamic bearing for a high precision rotational equipment, we analyzed the transmitted power capacity of gear system and torque, angular velocity of ball screw, because we are to select the appropriate servo motor and then we apply result of analysis to the micro press system. For the next step, we plan to study for the development of forming speed for a productivity with high precision.

      • Berberine의 항생제 내성 황색포도구균에 대한 항미생물 효과

        Antibiotic-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) emerged in many parts of the world and increased complex clinical problems. Therefore, new agents are needed to treat to antibiotic-resistant S. aureus. Some natural products are candidates of new antibotic substances. Previous reports showed that the extract of Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Cortex have antimicrobial effects. The main antibacterial substance of Coptidis Rhizoma and Phellodendri Cortex is berberine. In this study, we examined the antimicrobial activity of berberine to antibiotic-resistant S. aureus. We isolated the 13 strains of antibiotic-resistant S. aureus from the oral cavity of healthy children in a preschool, and investigated the antimicrobial activity of berberine. We examined the effects of berberine on the level of resistance to antibiotic-resistant S. aureus. We observed that the invasion of S. aureus into human gingival fibroblasts was blocked by berberine. Berberine inhibited the growth of antibiotic-resistant. S. aureus as a dose dependent maner. Minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) of berberine against antibiotic-resistant S. aureus was 50-100 ㎍/ml. The inhibition of S. aureus invasion was depended on the concentration of berberine in human gingival fibroblasts. The MIC of ampicillin against antibiotic-resistant S. aureus was 32 ㎍/ml. However, the MIC of ampicillin against antibiotic-resitant S. aureus in the presence of 50 ㎍/ml berberine was 1 ㎍/ml. These data indicate that the combination with berberine and β-lactam antibiotics resulted in the synergistic reaction. These results suggest that the berberine may have the antimicrobial activities to antibiotic-resistant. S. aureus, and the mechanism may be the inhibition of growth and intracellular invasion. and alteration of antibiotic-resistance level of antibiotic-resistant S. aureus.
