중학교 체육과 감상수업에 대한 교사의 인식과 기대효과 탐색

이 연구는 체육과 정의적 영역의 한 부분인 감상수업에 대한 체육교사들의 인식 을 알아보고 스포츠 감상수업의 기대효과를 탐색하는 그 목적이 있다. 경기도 소재 87개 중학교에서 개정 체육과 교육과정이 적용된 중학교 1, 2학년의 체육수업 담당 교사 216명의 설문자료를 수집하여 빈도분석 및 교차분석을 실시하였다. 체육교사들은 전인교육의 한 축인 정의적 영역의 목표 달성을 위해 스포츠 감상 수업에 관심을 가지고 있었고, 감상수업의 필요성에 대하여 공감하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 정규 교과 시간의 스포츠 감상수업은 중학생들로 하여금 체육수업에 대한 관심과 흥미 유발을 이끌어 내는 데 많은 도움이 될 수 있고 체육수업에 대한 이해 를 도울 수 있는 방편으로 작용할 수 있다는 가능성을 발견하였다. The purpose of this study was to identify their opinions on awareness of current sport appreciation classes, and to enhance the efficiency of the classes by letting them realize the importance of sport appreciation classes and providing new development direction accordingly. 87 middle schools in Gyeonggi?do were sampled. In those schools, 216 PE teachers who were in charge of first and second graders in middle school to which 2007 revised curriculum was being applied were selected as subjects. It was found that physical education teachers had interest in sport appreciation class and acknowledged the necessity of sport appreciation class. When looking into the expected effects that physical education teachers have for sport appreciation classes, it was found that they had positive thinking on sport appreciation class.
큰느타리버섯의 모의 수출운송과정에서 소포장 적용에 따른 품질변화 비교

큰느타리버섯 수출과정에서의 운송 포장방법으로서 현지 판매에 바로 적용할 수 있는 소포장 기술의 적용 가능성을 조사하였다. 5월 하순에 수확하여 4℃로 예냉한 버섯을 2㎏ 단위 PE 필름봉지 대포장과 판매용 소포장 3개 방식을 적용한 후 4주 및 5주 모의운송 기간을 거쳤다. 기존의 2㎏ 대포장 버섯은 운송 후 소포장을 하였고 운송 단계에서부터 소포장을 적용한 버섯은 그 상태로 각각 7일간 저온유통 후 품질을 비교하였다. 소포장 방법은 400g 폴리프로필렌 봉지(PPB), 200g 스티로폼 트레이 + 랩핑(STW) 및 200g PET 용기(PETC) 포장으로 구분하였다. 운송 조건은 0.5℃로 설정한 소형 저장실에서 수행하였고 현지 저온유통은 7℃로 설정한 저온 챔버를 활용하여 모의하였다. 모의 운송 중 포장 내부 MA 환경은 2㎏ 봉지 대포장의 경우 O₂ 2% 이하 + CO₂ 10% 이상으로써 장해 발생이 우려되는 수준까지 조성된 반면, PPB, PETC 소포장 운송 시에는 O₂ 농도가 상대적으로 높은 경향이었고 STW 소포장에서는 MA 조성 효과가 미미하였다. 유통 7일간 적용한 소포장의 내부 MA 환경은 짧은 기간임에도 불구하고 PPB, PETC 포장에서 CO₂ 농도가 매우 높은 수준으로 상승하는 경향을 보였다. 이취, 갈변 정도를 반영한 전반적인 상품성은 2㎏ 대포장 운송 후 현지에서 재선별을 거쳐 소포장을 하는 방식과 운송초기부터 PPB, PETC 소포장 방식을 적용한 경우 모두에서 우수수준 이상의 품질이 유지되었고 처리 간 뚜렷한 차이는 없었다. 다만, MA 조성 효과가 낮았던 STW 포장에서는 품질저하가 빠르게 진행되어 운송 포장으로는 부적합한 것으로 판단되었다. 현장 적용 시 작업 효율과 안정적인 품질유지를 고려할 때, 큰느타리버섯의 5주 운송 + 현지유통 7일로 설정한 수출과정에서 운송에 적합한 포장방법으로는 기존 방식인 30㎛ PE 2㎏ 대포장 방식보다는 30㎛ PP 필름 백이나 PET 용기 소포장 방식이 보다 실용적인 것으로 판단되었다. Potential of consumer unit packaging was investigated for quality maintenance during export simulation in king oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus eryngii). Mushrooms were harvested in late May, precooled to 4℃ within 6 hours, and then packaged for shipping in two ways: 2 ㎏ bulk packaging in a polyethylene (PE) bag or three types of unit packaging methods such as 400 g in polypropylene film bag (PPB), 200 g on styrofoam tray + PE shrinkage film wrapping (STW), and 200 g in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) containers (PETC). For local distribution of bulk-packaged commodity, mushrooms were sorted again and packaged into 3 consumer units in the same way as for the initial shipping packages. Simulation of refrigerated container shipping was performed in a walk-in type pilot storage at 0.5℃ for 5 weeks, while local marketing simulation was carried out on the shelf at 7℃ for 7 days. During the shipment simulation, creation of modified atmosphere (MA) was substantial in 2 ㎏ bulk packages with low O₂ below 2% and high CO₂ over 15% whereas, in PPB and PETC unit packages, relatively higher O₂ concentrations were observed. On the shelf at 7℃, CO₂ concentrations rapidly increased in PPB and PETC packages despite the short marketing period. Overall marketability evaluated by off-flavor, browning, and texture rating was maintained at excellent level when 2 ㎏ bulk packaging in PE or unit packaging in PPB and PETC were used for shipment. In contrast, establishment of MA was very slight in STW packages during shipment and local distribution resulting in poor quality after export simulation. The results suggested that shipment using adequate consumer unit packaging is more practical and economically beneficial than using bulk packaging in the export program consisting of 5-week shipment and 7-day local distribution.

In this study, the basic performance characteristics of a falling film type absorber for use in an absorption chiller were investigated. In order to improve the performance of the absorber, newly-designed heating pipes were tested. End Cross 38, End Cross 40, End Cross 26-2 V, End Dimple, and NF tubes were tested, as well as conventional tubes (Floral tube and End Cross 26 tube). If the falling film absorber is theoretically divided into an upper part that covers the top 35%, a middle part that covers the middle 35% below the upper part, and a lower part that covers the bottom 30%, a high heat transfer and vapor absorption process occurs in the upper region, with successively lower heat transfer and vapor absorption processes in the middle and lower parts. In the case of a low liquid film flow rate of less than 20 liquid film Re, the EC 26 tube has a high overall heat transfer coefficient, and at high liquid film flow rates of 20 to 30 liquid film Re, which are the operating conditions of actual absorption refrigerator commercial equipment, the EC 40 tube has the highest overall heat transfer coefficient. It was also found that the EC 2 V heat transfer tube has a high overall heat transfer coefficient. Finally, it was found that the Floral tube had a generally low heat transfer coefficient.
흡수/흡착식 냉동기용 유하액막식(Falling Film Type) 증발기의 가공 전열관 열전달 특성에 관한 연구

In order to make the absorption refrigerator compact, 8 types (End cross 40, End cross 38, End cross 26, End cross 26-2 v, End dimple, Dimple corrugate, End cross 26) of high efficiency evaporation tube of falling film type evaporator were tested. The overall heat transfer coefficients were investigated with respect to the refrigerant liquid flow rate, working pressure, and the chilled water flow rate of the heat transfer tube. The optimum operating liquid film flow rate was determined for each tube. Appropriate liquid film flow rate exists depending on the shape of the heat transfer tube, and most suitable liquid coolant film Reynolds number (Film Reynolds, Ref) is between 20 and 50. The best performance tube was found to be End cross 40 tube. The heat transfer coefficient was 3.791 kW/m2K with a corresponding Reynolds number of 20 at a normal evaporator operating pressure of 0.866 kPa.

In this paper, the demonstration experiment for adsorption system using LOW Temp Heat Source is experimentally studied. In order to use wasted low temp heat source, adsorption system is designed. In addition, the system uses water as a refrigerant, which is more environmentally friendly and simpler in structure than other refrigeration systems.A 35kW class system is designed and made in the present study. According to the results of the cooling demonstration test, it can be confirmed that the system can be used in an actual environment.
