인쇄된 문서를 대상으로 한 하이퍼텍스트 저작 시스템 구현

본 논문은 인쇄된 문서를 이용하여 하이퍼텍스트로 변환하는 저작 시스템에 대해 논한다. 이를 위해 하이퍼텍스트 참조 모델을 분석하였고, 이로부터 데이타 베이스 계층, 하이퍼텍스트 네트워크 계층, 북 메타포어 계층으로 구성되어 있는 저작 시스템을 설계하였으며, 윈도우 시스템은 X윈도우를, 그래픽컬 사용자 인터페이스는 Motif를 이용하여 구현하였다. 인쇄된 문서의 스캔 입력으로 인한 정보의 손실을 보충하기 위하여 책의 논리적 구조를 첨가하였고, 북 메타포어를 도입 저작과 부라우징을 쉽게 하였다. 다중 윈도우상에서의 다중 부라우징 경로를 제공하며, 역추적 및 히스토리 알고리즘으로 하이퍼텍스트의 문제점을 감소시킬 수 있었다. This paper describes a hypertext authoring system to construct a hypertext structure utilizing printed documents. For this purpose, we have analized hypertext reference models and designed an authoring system, which consists of a database layer, a hypertext network layer and a book metaphor layer. This system was implemented using the X window system and the Motif as Graphical User Interface. We have used a book's logical structure to compensate for the loss of information by the scanning input of printed documents. The system was implemented based on a 'book' metaphor to make it easy to author and browse a hypertext. It supports the multiple paths of browsing and the backtracking facility and the history mechanism in multi-windows. We were able to solve the problems of hypertext partly.

학생 중심의 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스모델

오늘날 대학환경은 과거에 비해 급변해 가고 있다. 특히, 대학경영의 어려움을 극복하기 위해서 경쟁력 강화 방안과 이미지 제고와 같은 중장기 발전계획을 수립하고 있다. 이에 많은 대학에서는 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 (Ubiquitous-Campus) 구축을 통한 대외적인 대학이 미지 제고와 학생에게 보다 편리한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스에 대한 기대가 커지고 있음에도 불구하고, 현재의 시스템은 학생들의 IT(Information Technology) 실태를 파악하지 못했거나 활용실태 분석을 위 한 기본환경을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해서는 기술 중심적인 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 구축 되어야만하며, 이에 못지않게 학생의 IT 인프라 활용분석과 새롭게 요구되는 서비스 구축을 통해 실질적으로 활용할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 모델이 요구되고 있는 실정이지만, 급변해 가고 있는 대학환경에서 최적화된 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 모델을 구현하는데 한계가 있다. 이에 본 논문은 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 구축의 핵심요소인 학습자 분석을 위한 통합분석 데이터베이스 기반의 U-학습, U-취업, U-출력, 개인정보 제공이력 서비스를 통해서 학생이 중심이 되는 유비쿼터스 캠퍼스 모델에 대해 연구하였다. University environment on campus has been changed faster than before in today. Especially, they have devised middle & long-term development plans such as improving the image of campus and increasing campus competitive power to overcome difficulties in campus management. Therefore, many of those have made every effort to provide convenient university services for campus students and to improve the image of campus through building a Ubiquitous-Campus. But existing systems of a Ubiquitous-Campus have not understood actual conditions of IT (Information Technology) for campus students or not provided basic environment to analyze actual conditions of efficient using the system, expectations of the following people about a Ubiquitous-Campus is getting higher md higher though. Must become technology base ubiquitous campus construction, and is real erudition that ubiquitous campus model who can utilize substantially through service construction that is required newly with student's IT infra practical use analysis hereupon such as is required to solve these problems, But there is a limitation on designing the model in rapidly changed university environment on campus. In this paper, we studied about a Students Centralized Ubiquitous Campus model through U-Learning, U-Recruit, U-Printer, and personal information history service which are based on data warehouse for students analysis which is a key point element of building a Ubiquitous Campus.

WIPI환경에서 XML문서 암호화시스템

현재 국내에서는 이동통신사마다 별도 무선인터넷 플랫폼을 사용하고 있어 콘텐츠 제공업 체와 단말기 제조사가 개발시간이나 비용이 많이 소요되고 있다. 이에 국내 이동통신 3사와 전자통신연구원 등을 주체로 무선인터넷 표준 플랫폼인 WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability)를 제정하고 표준화작업을 국내외로 추진하고 있다. 그러나 국내환경에서도 WIPI는 표준화 작업이 진행중이며 WIPI환경을 기반으로 한 콘텐츠가 미비한 현실이다. 특히 무선인터 넷 플랫폼이 하나로 통합되면서 기존의 여러 플랫폼이 공존하던 환경에 비해 해킹이나 악성코드의 집중적인 공격이 예상되며 이를 대비해 모바일 환경에서 데이터를 효과적으로 보호할 필요성이 대두하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서 XML 문서로 데이터를 교환하는 상황을 고려하여 PC 환경에서 사용되던 여러 암호화 기법을 적용하여 WIPI 환경에서 XML문서 암호화 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. Recently The biggest three mobile telecommunication companies of our country still using independence wireless internet platform. And, It can so many difficulties to the phone company and content provide company. Such as the timing of the development or the fee of the development. Because even they develop one product and Hey must make it prepare for some platform of every mobile telecommunication companies. And this make the development more longer and more expensive. For this reason, SKT, LG telecom and KTF develop the new wireless internet platform named WIPI with ETRI. and the working is still go on and go ahead with propulsion. And if it come to reality, the WIPI will attached from much of attack such as hacking or virus. But some data exchange between mobile phone is so important as to flow. Thus, in this paper, we consideration the XML using in the wireless environment and we are design and implementation the XML encryption system working at the WIPI in order to protect the data, we want to protect.

대화형 IPTV 서비스를 위한 사용자 중심의 패키지 콘텐츠 운용 시스템

최근 IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) 서비스는 방송 영상과 함께 다양한 데이터를 제공받을 수 있는 대화형(Interactive) 서비스 특성을 제대로 살리지 못한 단순 방송 서비스 수준에 머무르고 있다. 이에 IPTV 사업자는 소비자(시청자)의 참여를 유도하고 방송 콘텐츠의 독점적 서비스 방식을 탈피하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 하지만 기존의 서비스 시스템이 각 사업자 간의 통합된 솔루션을 사용하지 않기 때문에 상호운용성 문제가 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 생성된 패키지 콘텐츠를 공유하고 배포하기 위한 프레임워크 및 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 대화형 IPTV 서비스를 위한 사용자 중심의 콘텐츠 공유 및 배포 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 또한 프레임워크를 구성하는 핵심 요소인 패키지 콘텐츠 저작 및 소비 시스템을 설계하였다. Recent IPTV services still remain as simple broadcasting services that cannot make the most of interactive features together with various content-associated data. So, IPTV providers are making efforts to break from monopolistic style, so as increasing the user's participation m service. However there is an interoperability problem because no common solution is employed across different providers. To solve this problem, there needs to be a framework for a framework for generating, sharing and distributing package contents. In this paper, we propose user-centered package contents application framework for interactive IPTV services. We also design a package content authoring and consuming system which plays core parts in the proposed framework.

온라인 피부과학 이미지 데이터베이스의 개발

Background:Most dermatologic diseases are diagnosed based on typical clinical and histopathologic features. Consequently, image databases for these diseases are necessary for educational and diagnostic purposes. Objective:To establish a general visual reference for dermatologic diseases and supporting materials for basic medical education. Methods:Approximately 2000 clinical images were selected from our archive of 50,000 slides. These images were digitized and catagorized according to the key system developed by the Department of Dermatology, Erlangen University with minor modification. The architecture and components of this image database are presented in this paper. Results:The database allows a search for appropriate dermatologic images according to diagnosis, localisation, and appearance of skin lesions. Conclusion:We have established a WWW (world-wide-web) based online dermatologic image database which can be used as a useful tool for general reference and for educational material.
