인쇄된 문서를 대상으로 한 하이퍼텍스트 저작 시스템 구현

본 논문은 인쇄된 문서를 이용하여 하이퍼텍스트로 변환하는 저작 시스템에 대해 논한다. 이를 위해 하이퍼텍스트 참조 모델을 분석하였고, 이로부터 데이타 베이스 계층, 하이퍼텍스트 네트워크 계층, 북 메타포어 계층으로 구성되어 있는 저작 시스템을 설계하였으며, 윈도우 시스템은 X윈도우를, 그래픽컬 사용자 인터페이스는 Motif를 이용하여 구현하였다. 인쇄된 문서의 스캔 입력으로 인한 정보의 손실을 보충하기 위하여 책의 논리적 구조를 첨가하였고, 북 메타포어를 도입 저작과 부라우징을 쉽게 하였다. 다중 윈도우상에서의 다중 부라우징 경로를 제공하며, 역추적 및 히스토리 알고리즘으로 하이퍼텍스트의 문제점을 감소시킬 수 있었다. This paper describes a hypertext authoring system to construct a hypertext structure utilizing printed documents. For this purpose, we have analized hypertext reference models and designed an authoring system, which consists of a database layer, a hypertext network layer and a book metaphor layer. This system was implemented using the X window system and the Motif as Graphical User Interface. We have used a book's logical structure to compensate for the loss of information by the scanning input of printed documents. The system was implemented based on a 'book' metaphor to make it easy to author and browse a hypertext. It supports the multiple paths of browsing and the backtracking facility and the history mechanism in multi-windows. We were able to solve the problems of hypertext partly.
