본 연구는 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 요인 중에서 특히 역할갈등을 주요요인으로 설정하고 역할갈등의 유발요인을 규명함으로써, 역할갈등을 해소하고 직무만족을 더욱 증대시키는 분석적 토대를 마련하고자 하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. The object of this study is to improve the police administration service and the work performance of police officers, through the analytic ground to increase job satisfaction and to solve the role conflict by setting the role conflict as a main factor among many factors to influence the job satisfaction between the role conflict and the job satisfaction of police officers and explaining the factors of the role conflict.

In this study, it was grasped to the flow characteristics of injection nozzle installed in high pressure holder for improving productivity. Chip curling occurred during cutting process for difficult-to-cut material detracts product qualities and productivity. Among of method preventing the phenomenon, high pressure injecting cutting oil is an alterative. In this study, the optimal nozzle was designed by CFD method and it was conducted to analyse on the effect of high pressure injection on chip shape generated during cutting process and wear of insert by experimental method. As the result, it could be confirmed that high pressure injection is favorable for preventing chip curling and insert from wearing.

이 논문의 목적은 학교폭력 예방과 해소에 관한 거버넌스(Governance)를 분석하는데 있다. 거버넌스는 경찰연구뿐만 아니라 학술적ㆍ실무적으로 자주 사용되는 용어다. 학교폭력 해결을 목표로 정부 부처는 예방과 해소 대책을 추진하고 있으며 민간단체, 시민, 기업 등의 협력을 모색하고 있다. 여러 주체가 협력해 목표를 달성하는 거버넌스를 분석하는 것은 학교폭력문제 해결에 기여할 수 있다. 연구 범위는 학교 폭력과 거버넌스의 이론적 고찰과 관련 주체를 대상으로 했다. 연구 방법은 경찰 분야에서 연구된 학교폭력에 관한 문헌조사를 기초로 접근했다. 이로서 학교폭력 거버넌스 분석 모형을 설정해 각 정부 부처의 대책과 실태를 살펴보고 발전 방안을 제시했다. 거버넌스에 관한 논의에서 나타난 시사점은 여러 가지다. 학생에게 '학교폭력'의 심각성과 폐해에 관한 교육을 실시하고 피해학생이 언제든지 연락할 수 있는 통로가 있다는 것을 정부가 홍보해야 한다. 피해 학생의 개인정보는 부처에서 공유하고 지속적으로 학생에게 다가서야 한다. 다양한 프로그램 개발, 인성교육 확대, 학부모 교육, 학교와 교육청의 원활한 정보 교환, 교권 확립은 학교폭력 거버넌스 실천 방안의 하나다. 특히, 경찰은 학교폭력 문제를 예방 또는 해결할 수 있는 능력을 갖추고 있으며 거버넌스의 중요주체라고 할 수 있다. Governance has become the most commonly used concepts in contemporary social science. This concept remains in many ways understood within the discipline. It is advocated to provide both more effective and democratic form of governing. Governance defined complex process through relation of school violence actor with interests interact in order to formulate, promote and management. They achieve shared goal by mobilizing, exchanging, negotiating and making rules. The study is analysis aims of school violence protection and solution governance. It consists of youth characteristics problem(mental and body) and harmful effect to personality. So public agencies concentrate the problem according to civil actor(corporation and NGO). This study method was based on literary researches and reviews through summarized main policies and theoretical study. And I construct model of Governance that aims to protection and solution school violence. For reviewing governance plan of school violence. Firstly, many public agencies campaign protection methods to student constantly. Secondly, relation of agencies shared damaged student personal information and connect to interactively. Thirdly, They use social network service on internet, exchange information school-ministry of education, make a specific program to teaching student, increase of teacher authority and so on. Lastly, police agency manages school violence solution actively and learned inter-disciplinary professional advice. Governance reflects general concerns about school violence in Korea how to understand the changing role of policy field. And solution about school violence governance in the public sector is about steering and management social problem through collaborate governance actor(police, education, law and so on) that aims to achieve common goals.

우리 나라 경찰은 1945년 창설이래 강력하고 일원적인 국가경찰제도를 유지하면서 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하고 질서유지를 위한 국민의 경찰로서 국가와 사회발전에 기여한바 크다 할 수 있으나 체계적이고 합리적이지 못한 제도적 운영으로 발전의 한계를 맞이하고 있다. 21세기 지식 ·정보화사화의 무한경쟁에서 살아 남기 위한 조직관리, 정책관리, 생산성 극대화에 능동적이고 적극적으로 대응해 나아가야 할 것이다. 이는 단순히 변화에 대응하는 것이 아니고 경찰고객의 미래를 예견하고 바람직한 변화를 모색하는 발전적 대응이 전재되어야 하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경찰재도의 역사적 변천과 운영체제에 관한 연구를 통하여 경찰조직의 경제성과 효과성을 극대화 할 수 있는 정책적 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 봉사경찰상의 정립과 경찰조직의 민주화 ·중립화 기능의 효율을 저해하고 있는 문제점을 분석 · 검토하여 경찰제도의 정책방향을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경찰의 정치적 중립성 보장과 업무집행의 민주성 ·공정성을 확보할 수 있는 경찰위원회의 제도적 보장이 이루어져 할 것이다. 또한 경찰행정의 민주성확보 및 국민의 자유와 권리를 더 보장하기 위하여 경찰의 수사권 독립이 발전적으로 모색되어야겠다. 둘째, 경찰행정의 영역 한계를 명확히 하여 업무의 중복과 지휘 통제의 효율적 업무수행을 도모하여야 할 것이다. 또한 경찰조직을 독립성이 보장된 조직으로 탈바꿈하여 실질적인 경찰권을 행사할 수 있도록 지휘체계와 편제를 갖추고 신축적으로 운용하여 야할 것이다. 이는 자치경찰제의 도입이 선결과제로 지적되고 있다. 따라서 한국의 경찰제도 변천에 판한 지속적 연구11 이루어져 경찰조직의 경제성과 효과성을 극대화 하여야할 것이다.
