중국어 인명 한글 표기의 현주소 -중국인 한국어학습자들에 대한 조사를 중심으로

如何用韓語標記中國人名這一問題, 學界至今還在爭論不休。根據1985年12月頒布的〈外來語標記시細則>, 中國人名標記應以現代漢語音卽原地音爲準。但目前的表記法除了新開媒體以外 其他部門原地音和傳統漢字音混雜現象較普遍, 甚至傳統漢字音乃處于領先地位, 中國大學生學習韓語熱較高, 他們對中國人名的表記法的掌握或標記狀態如何? 對這一現象的了解對"表記法"的本身問題及推廣表記法有重要的意義和作用。爲此, 本論文集中分析了29 本中韓兩國的大學韓國語敎材中對中國人名的韓語標記方法: 走訪北京三所大學及韓國K大學的韓國語學習者共241名進行了問卷調査: 竝此韓國K大學1.713名中國留學生的韓語人名 薄進行了詳細分析。考察分析結果樂觀地展望了現代漢語音?原音表記法的實行前景, 同時再一次認識到了敎育的必要性及敎材的重要性。

근로자의 가족 친화경영, 공정성에 대한 지각과 조직시민행동

본 연구는 근로자가 인지하는 가족친화경영, 공정성, 그리고 조직시민행동 간의 관계를 사회적 교환이론을 적용하여 분석하고자 하였다. 조직의 가족친화경영은 조직-구성원간의 사회적 교환관계를 향상한다는 개념을 가족친화경영에 대한 지각이 조직시민행동에 미치는 의향(가설 1)과 절차와 상호작용 공정성이 가족친화경영에 대한 지각과 조직시민행동과의 관계를 매개한다는 것(가설 2)에 반영하였다. 분석모델에서는 독립변수인 가족친화경영을 시행제도수와 시행활성도로 분리하여 사용하였다. 창원지역의 50인 이상 사업체에서 근무하는 근로자들을 대상으로 한 설문 응답 자료를 대상으로 하여 절차공정성과 상호작용공정성의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 회귀분석과 소벨 테스트 등을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 비교적 예상한대로 가족친화경영의 지각이 조직시민행동에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 절차와 상호작용공정성은 가족친화경영시행활성도와 조직시민행동과의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구가 가지는 시사점은 가족친화경영이 근로자에게 미치는 영향은 사회적 교환관계에 가깝다는 것을 실증하였다는 점과 가족친화경영시행제도수 보다는 가족친화경영시행활성도가 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향이 더 강하고 매개 작용 등으로 대표되는 사회적 교환의 성격이 훨씬 유의하게 나타나고 있다는 점이다. 본 연구결과가 제시하고 있는 가족친화경영과 사회적 교환관계의 연계성 및, 가족친화제도도입(제도수)과 실행(시행활성도)의 분리를 의미하는 디커플링 등은 한국적 상황을 반영하는 주제로 향후 지속적으로 분석되어야 할 연구 방향이란 점에서 의의가 있다. This study analyzed the relationship among perceived family friendly management, perceived organizational justice, and OCB(organizational citizenship behavior) based on the social exchange theory. We made two hypotheses explaining the social exchange; One is the hypothesis explaining that the perceived family friendly management makes the positive impacts on OCB, the other is the hypothesis explaining that the perceived procedural justice and interactional justice mediate the relation between the perceived family friendly management and OCB. Perceived family friendly management was measured by two components: The Number of family friendly HR Practices and activation extent of family friendly HR practices. We analyzed the surveyed data responded by the employees who work at the workplace has more than 50 employees. The results are as follows. First, the main effects of the perceived family friendly management on OCB was significantly positive. Second, Perceived procedural justice and interactional justice mediate the relation between the activation extent of family friendly HR practices and OCB, but not on the relation the number of family friendly HR practices and OCB. We confirmed social exchange model of family friendly management and discussed the theoretical implications.

위챗 한류 이모티콘의 사회 · 언어 · 문화 현상 연구

As a new type of messenger, emoticons have become visual marks and emotional words by making use of various characters. In this 21st century we live in, smartphones have been widely popularized, people are more and more willing to use emoticons rather than the traditional texts, because the former can better express and convey people’s emotional meanings. In this study, some emoticons which are based on their own real-life “Korean Wave” characters will be chosen from all WeChat emoticons for doing analysis. These “Korean Wave” characters include actors and actresses in Korean dramas and films, K-Pop stars, and idols from Korean entertainment shows. In this paper, the phenomenon of the fusion of society, language and culture, which is embedded beneath the using of those chosen emoticons, will be investigated Based on this question and idea.

再释训民正音初声体系 李 英 月 韩国语学界歷来视训民正音为自己固有的民族文字。然而本文从训民正音的创制目的在於中国汉字音标音的认识为基础,揭示训民正音的來源及其创制原理。在解析初声体系的过程中分别对初声十七字即5个基本字ㄱ,ㄴ,ㅁ,ㅅ,ㅇ和加划字ㅋ,ㄷ,ㅂ,ㅈ,ㆆ,ㅌ,ㅍ,ㅊ,ㅎ以及所谓‘异体字’ㆁ,ㄹ,ㅿ和竝书,連书分别进行了详细探讨。发现训民正音受诸多当时中国韵书上的反切法和分析汉字语音结構的等韵门法的启蒙对汉字的音位体系进行了精确分析和归纳,客观准确地记录了当时的汉语语音。训民正音可谓既是表义文字又是表音文字,更是音位文字,是研究15世纪中国汉字音的珍贵文献资料。

연변지역의 韓中 상호 번역에 나타나는 諧音 修辭의 유형과 표현 효과 연구

This research examined the spelling of Korean-Chinese bilingual translation aspect of shop name in Yanbian in China. The research was progressed for the purpose of presenting a translation of a ‘good shop name’s typical model in rhetorical term. The research’s case data were excerpted from Central National University, Korean department’s students’ report of investigation of bilingual shop names (1284). This paper studied the spelling of bilingual shop name’s aspect by examining features of Chinese-Korean and Korean-Chinese shop name’s transition of the spelling process. The writer of this paper progressed of rhetorical analysis from this aspect of Korean-Chinese shop name cases. Lastly, the paper made a suggestion of a ‘good shop name’s transition of typical model.
