Compared to other industries the construction industry experiences more casualties and property damage due to safety accidents. One of the reasons is the increasing number of foreign workers. For this reason, past studies have found that foreign workers at construction sites are more exposed to safety accidents than non-foreign workers. Nevertheless the proportion of foreign workers involved in safety accidents at construction sites is increasing, and there has been a lack of research to predict the risk of safety accidents at construction sites. Additionally, realistic safety management is lacking due to a lack of safety accident risk prediction research. Therefore, in this study, we would like to propose basic research that proposes an AI-based safety accident prediction model framework for predicting safety accidents of foreign workers at construction sites. The framework and results of this study will contribute to reducing and preventing the risk of safety accidents for foreign workers through risk prediction for safety management of foreign workers at construction sites.
눈꽃동충하초 물추출물이 흰쥐의 알코올대사에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 눈꽃동충하초 물추출물이 알코올 대사에 미치는 효과를 동물실험을 통하여 살펴보았다. 알코올과 그대사산물인 아세트알데히드의 혈중 농도를 측정한 결과, 눈꽃동충하초 물추출물의 경구투여는 흰쥐의 혈중 알코올 농도에는 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 3, 6, 9시간째의 혈중 아세트알데히드 농도를 유의적으로 감소시켰다. 특히 100 ㎎/㎏ 농도의 눈꽃동충하초 물추출물 투여 시 혈중 아세트알데히드의 농도-시간 곡선하 면적에서 유의적인 감소를 보였다. 반면에 알코올 투여 후 9시간째 측정한 간의 알코올 탈수소효소, 알데히드 탈수소효소, MEOS의 활성은 눈꽃동충하초물추출물 투여에 따른 변화를 보이지 않았다. 종합적으로 눈꽃동충하초 물추출물은 혈중 알코올 농도에는 영향을 미치지 않으나 혈중 아세트알데히드 농도를 감소시키는 것으로 보인다. 눈꽃동충하초 물추출물이 혈중 아세트알데히드 수준을 낮추는 작용기전과 관련하여, 경시적인 알코올대사 효소활성의 변화와 간 손상 관련 지표 조사 등에 관한 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. The effect of Paecilomyces tenuipes water extract (PTWE) on the alcohol metabolism was examined on rats. PTWE of 0, 30, 100 ㎎/㎏ body weight was administrated orally to the rats 30 min before oral treatment of 3 g/㎏ body weight of alcohol. Blood alcohol and acetaldehyde concentrations were measured 0.5, 1, 3, 6, 9 hr after alcohol treatment. Hepatic alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH), aldehyde dehydrogenase (ADH), microsomal ethanol oxidizing system (MEOS) activities were measured 9 hr after alcohol treatment. There were no differences in blood alcohol concentrations and area under the curve (AUC) of alcohol. PTWE decreased acetaldehyde concentration and there were significant differences after 6 hr in 30 ㎎/㎏ PTWE and after 3 and 9 hr in 100 ㎎/㎏ PTWE, respectively. In particular, 100 ㎎/㎏ PTWE decreased AUC of acetaldehyde by 44%. However, there were no changes in the hepatic ADH, ALDH, and MEOS activities.

Generally, the low-voltage customer has been used with a linear load and nonlinear load in the 3-phase 4-wire distribution system. Linear load has usually configured the resistance and inductance, current phase is slower than the voltage phase, so power factor is low. It is required for the power factor correction device prior to the phase of the current than the voltage. The capacitor is connected in parallel to the load in order to ensure a low power factor. Power converter such as an inverter is a typical non-linear load. Non-linear load generates harmonic currents in the energy conversion process. Many electrical equipment may be adversely affected by the harmonic current. There, passive or active filter have been used to reduce these harmonics current. Passive filter consisting of inductor and capacitor generates a reactive power. According to the combination of filter inductor and capacitor, reactive power can be adjusted. In this paper, we analyzed how the combination of inductor and capacitor affects the overall power factor by simulation and measurement.

The purpose of this study is to search for the quality characteristics for evaluation of the information system. The quality characteristics are an important factor for selection, implementation and maintenance of the information system of the company. Of course in the end, the quality of the information system in a company is directly related with the business performance of the company. This paper is a study of a model with four independent variables, a parameter variable, and a total of 15 hypotheses, investigated by a questionnaire method. It conducted the model analysis of structural equation to use statistical package for questionnaire analysis.
