소외계층을 위한 스포츠복지의 개념과 스포츠복지모델 개발

The present study was conducted to define the concept of sports welfare and to develop the model accordingly. For the set objectives, a survey was conducted to assess actual status beforehand, along with a wide range of literature reviews. Total of 200 subjects, specifically 70 from low-income class, 30 from interracial families, 50 from foreign labor group, and 50 from Saetemin group (North Korean defectors), were selected through snowball sampling and convenience sampling and surveyed by questionnaire. Secondly, four times of expert meetings were held to develop the concept and the model of sports welfare. The experts group consisted of a university professor, a governing officer, and a welfare field officer, as well as two sports center representatives and three sports policy researchers. Thirdly, a field interview was conducted in order to evaluate the applicability of the derived model, based on which the concept and the model were altered for the last during the expert meeting. The field interview was participated by six field officers and five recipients, from the four visited welfare centers. Through the taken steps, the concept and the model of sports welfare for the underprivileged were finally determined.

본 연구의 목적은 특수학교 운동부 실태조사를 통해 전국 특수학교 운동부의 운영 여부, 형태, 종목,시간, 지도자, 시설 및 지원 환경 등의 운영 실태를 분석하였고, 그에 따른 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 전국 17개 시·도 내 특수학교 156개 중 학교 운동부를 운영 중인 90개 학교에 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 중 특수학교 운동부 담당 교사 및 운동부가 없는 특수학교에서는 체육담당으로부터 추천받은 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 답변이 없었던 28개교를 제외한 총 62개교의 특수학교 운동부현황 분석 자료를 분석에 사용하였으며, 운영 실태 결과를 토대로 도출한 활성화 방안은 다음과 같다. 특수학교 운동부의 활성화를 위해서는 ‘모든 장애학생을 위한 스포츠 환경 구축’이라는 기반 조성을 배경으로 스포츠 클럽 운영 확대 및 스포츠리그의 활성화, 학교 운동부 운영 특성화, 학교 운동부 인재육성 프로그램 운영, 학교체육활동 인프라를 구축함으로써 모든 장애학생들이 스포츠에 즐겁게 참여할 수 있는 환경을 구축하는 것이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was analyzed the operating status, such as whether a special school athletics operating status of the national special schools athletics through surveys, forms, event, time, leadership, facilities, and support the environment, the proposed measures accordingly activated. The survey was conducted by the special school teachers who recommended from physical education teachers without sports team and in change of sports team teachers from 90 schools that are operating the school athletic team of 156 special schools in the 17 cities. 28 schools had no answer therefore special athletic of the rest of 62 schools used to analyze the date. Activation measures derived on the basis of the operational status results are as followed. Based on the research above, our study concludes that following strategies are crucial in constructing sports environment for all the students with disabilities at special schools: expanding sports clubs and sports leagues, specializing operation system of sports teams, operating talent training program, establishing infrastructure for physical education.

N/A Background: Alcoholic liver disease (ALD) is caused by chronic drinking. The amount and duration of drinking which develop ALD have been reported variously for the different studies. Also the state of liver is various from normal liver to liver cirrhosis or hepatoma for chronic drinkers. Even though the interest on the ALD is growing recently due to the increase of the drinking population and the alcohol consumption in Korea, the clinical research is still insufficient. So this study was started to get the characteristics of the histologic pattern of ALD, required minimum amount of alcohol to develop ALD and clinical differences in various types in Korea. Methods: Authors analysed drinking history, clinical and laboratory findings of 126 patients who were con- firmed as ALD by liver biopsy. Results: 1) In histologic types, 13 fatty liver, 2 alcoholic hepatitis, 69 alcoholic hepatic fibrosis, 18 alcoholic chronic active hepatitis and 24 liver cirrhosis were found. 2) The subjects were 42. 7 years old in average with no difference in types, all male except 2 cases. 3) 106 patients whose drinking history was known drank 149.9 gm per day and 808.3 kg in total amout in average. Alcoholic chronic active hepatitis or liver cirrhosis patients drank more than fatty liver patients in daily amount (p < 0. 05), but the duration of drinking had no difference in types with 16.9 years in average. Also 98.1% of the subjects drank more than 45 gm of alcohol in daily average and 99.1% of the subjects had been drinking for more than 3 years. 4) Symptoms were various such as fatigue or general weakness, abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting, anorexia. Physical signs were also various such as hepatomegaly, jaundice and spider angioma. But any statistical meaning between types cannot be given due to the small number of subjects. 5) In hematologic and biochemical tests, the albumin level was lower in liver cirrhosis than fatty liver or alcoholic hepatic fibrosis (p<0.05), and the platelet count was lower in alcoholic chronic active hepatitis or liver cirrhosis than fatty liver or alcoholic hepatic fibrosis (p<0.05), but there was no laboratory finding to distinguish the types. Conclusions: Results of this study suggest that alcoholic hepatitis is rare and alcoholic hepatic fibrosis is the most frequent in histologic types of ALD. 98,1% of the subjects drank more than 45 gm of alcohol in daily average for more than 3 years. The types of ALD cannot be distinguished by the symptoms, physical signs, hematologic and biochemical tests.
조 바꾸기를 활용한 음악활동이 유아의 음악적 흥미와 음악 인지능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유아음악교육 교수방법에 있어 음감과 음의 변화에 주목하고 조 바꾸기를 활용한 음악활동이 유아의 음악적 흥미 및 음악 인지능력의 증진에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. G광역시에 소재한 S어린이집 만 5세 두 학급의 유아 40명을 연구대상으로 하여 실험집단 20명, 비교집단 20명으로 구성하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 통해 t-검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 조 바꾸기를 활용한 음악활동이 유아의 음악적 흥미에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 실험집단의 음악적 흥미가 비교집단의 음악적 흥미에 비해 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 조 바꾸기를 활용한 음악활동이 유아의 음악 인지능력에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 실험 집단의 음악 인지능력이 비교집단의 음악 인지능력보다 높게 나타났으며, 하위영역인 음높이, 셈여림, 음색, 리듬 인지능력 모두가 높은 결과를 보였다. 이에 조 바꾸기를 활용한 다양한 음악활동의 현장적용가능성에 대하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to survey the influence of modulation activities on the musical interest of young children and their musical cognitive ability. The subjects of this study were 40 five-year-old children from a classroom of S care center located in G city, and the modulation activities were practiced 15 times. The means and standard deviations of the children"s musical interest and cognitive ability in music were calculated from the collected data, and the average of the t-test scores of the two groups was found. According to the results of the analysis, music activities using modulation had a positive effect on the young children"s musical interest and musical cognitive ability. A modulating activity was thus found to be an effective music teaching method to further the development of the musical ability of young children.
