정신분열병 환자를 위한 인지재활훈련 프로그램의 개발 : Korean-Cognitive Differentiation Program 한국형 인지분화훈련 프로그램

연구배경 : 정신분열병 환자들은 인지장애를 보이는바, 저자들은 이들을 대상으로 한국형 인지분화훈련 프로그램을 개발하여 정신분열병 환자들을 대상으로 인지재활훈련을 실시한 후 환자들의 인지기능, 정신병리 및 문제해결기술에 미치는 효과를 조사하였다. 방 법 : 28명의 정신분열병 환자를 훈련군(n=14)과 대조군(n=14)으로 나누어 훈련군에게 한국형 인지분화훈련 프로그램을 1회 60분씩, 주당 2회씩, 11주간 총 22회를 실시하였다. 환자들의 인지기능은 K-WAIS의 산수, 빠진곳찾기, 어휘, 공통점찾기 소검사로 측정하였고 정신병리는 양성 및 음성증상 척도로 측정하였으며 문제해결기술은 사회문제해결척도로 평가하였다. 인지재활훈련의 효과를 평가하기 위해 훈련 전후의 인지기능, 정신병리 및 문제해결기술의 변화를 종속변수로 하고 훈련 유무를 독립변수로 하여 반복측정에 의한 변량분석으로 자료를 분석하였다. 결 과 : 한국형 인지분화훈련이 시간에 따른 인지기능검사 중 산수 소검사, 문제해결기술 중 시회문제해결척도의 전체 점수와 문제해결기술 소척도의 점수의 변화에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 시각적 주의력, 개념화 능력 및 정신병리의 점수의 변화에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 결 론 : 한국형 인지분화훈련 프로그램은 정신분열병 환자에서 청각적 주의력 및 문제해결기술의 호전을 꾀할 가능성이 있음을 시사한다. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of cognitive differentiation training program- Korean version(a training program of attention and conceptual abilities) on cognitive function, psychopathology and problem solving skills in patients with schizophrenia. Methods : A total of patients diagnosed as schizophrenia using DSM-Ⅳ were randomly assigned to 2 groups. The training group went through a total of 22 sessions of cognitive differentiation training(60 min/ session×2 sessions/wk×11 wks). The attention-placebo control group received psychoeducation program during the same period. Arithmetic, vocabulary, similarities, picture completion of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Korean version, Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale, and Social Problem Solving Scales were administered to all patients, both before and after the training program. Results : In the arithmetic scores(F=6.35, af=1, p=0.018) of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Korean version, and total scores(F=6.35, af=1, p=0.018) and problem solving skill scale scores(F=4.88, af=1, p=0.036) of social problem solving scale, interaction effects of training was significant. Conclusion : Our findings suggest that cognitive differentiation training program-Korean version is effective on improving auditory attention and problem solving skills in patients with schizophrenia.

법랑아세포성 섬유치아종

Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma consists of ameloblastic fibroma combined with an odontoma. Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma affects somewhat younger patients than ameloblastic fibroma and 62% of patients are younger than 10 years. Clinical, radiologic, and histologic studies were performed in 9-year-old child of ameloblastic fibro-odontoma. Location of the lesion was the upper molar area. Radiographically, the opaque odontomatous tissues was observed in a circumscribed, but otherwise radiolucent area. Histologically, typical ameloblastic fibro-odontoma was associated with the calcifying or calcified dental tissues of an odontoma. In this paper, a case of ameloblastic fibro-odontoma of the maxilla and a review of the literature is presented.

熟地黃의 抱製에 따른 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde 함량 연구

Objectives : Rehmanniae Radix Preparata has been used to enrich blood and supply yin for a several thousand years. We have studied on the quantity of 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (5-HMF) from Rehmanniae Radix Preparata at various processings and tried to develop the making method. Methods : The Rehmanniae Radix Preparata was prepared from the steaming process with rice wine, sterilized rice wine, diluted ethanol and water each other. And the change of 5-HMF was determinated. The analysis of 5-HMF was conducted by HPLC with reversed-phase C18 column and a UV detector at 280 nm. Elution was carried out at 1.0 ml/min with 5% acetonitrile. Results and Conclusions : From this analysis, we found out that the content of 5-HMF was increased with the number of processing times and the content of 5-HMF from Rehmanniae Radix Preparata steamed for 4 times was the same as that of Korea pharmacopoeia.

흉선종 제거후에 발생한 재생 불량성 빈혈 : 증례보고

Thymoma is associated with myasthenia gravis, Pure red cell aplasia, and autoimmune diseases such as autoimmune hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia, and hypogammaglobulinemia. It's association with aplastic anemia is rare and aplastic anemia appearing after surgical removal of thymoma is especially rare. The authors hereby report a case of aplastic anemia occuring in a patient who was diagnosed with thymoma and myasthenia gravis and had the tumor surgically removed. The patient was treated with anti-thymocyte globulin, cyclosporin, and prednisolone, and showed partial remission with hematologic improvements after 12 months.

化學反應蒸着에 의한 CdS 多結晶 薄膜制作 및 그 特性硏究 (Ⅰ)

CdS thin film was fabricated by chemical bath deposition method and polycrystallined by the proper heat treatment. The physical properties of the amorphous and polycrystal of CdS thin film were observed and calculated by measuring the X-ray diffraction patterns, optical absorption, transmission and photoconductivity. From the present experiments, we obtained the energy band gap of the CdS polycrystal thin film to be 2.42eV and the In donor impurity level to be 0.025 eV below the conduction band : Another result was to be a_o=4.13Å and c_o=6.75Å for lattice constants of the hexagonal structure. Also, we attempted it to find the possibility of the application to photosensor. To apply cds this film to the photosensor more sufficiently, further experiments are required to accumulate data on such problems.

A CIF Contract is an agreement to sell goods at the an inclusive covering the cost of the goods, insurance and freight, and the duties of a CIF Seller are, first to ship (or procure a shipment of goods in accordance with the contract and, where necessary, to appropriate such goods to the contract; secondly to procure or prepare the propertransport documents; and thirdly to tender these documents to the buyer, or as the buyer directs. So, it has been from time to time been said that a CIF Contract is not a sale of goods but a sale of document. This view is based on the rule that a CIF Seller, who has having shipped, or bought afloat goods in accordance with the contract, fulfils his part of the bargin by tendering to the buyer the proper shipping document; and on the fact the CIF Contract often provide for payment in exchange for the document. In the ordinary case of a CIF Contract, the transport documents are those documents which a seller is required to tender as a condition of obtaining payment. In the absence of any contrary provision in the contract, or a relevant trade usage or custom, a CIF seller is bound to tender three such documents: Bill of Lading (B/L) as traditional marine (or ocean) transport document, Marine Insurance and Commercial Invoice. According to, the foundamental purpose of this study is to survey and to analyze the legal characteristics of the of CIF Contract and seller's obligation to tender these transport documents to the buyer. Especially, The important thing in this study is that the author put the stress on research and analyzes of the various international trade rules that is INCOTERMS, UNCCISG, UCC, RAFTD and other regulations referred to our Civil Law.

Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) is an autosomal dominant syndrome, typically characterized by multiple colorectal adenomas and increased incidence of colorectal carcinomas if it is not treated. Moreover, a variety of extracolonic manifestation are seen. The prevalence of thyroid tumors developing in patients with FAP is about 1∼2%. Generally, papillary thyroid cancer indicates low mortality but ,however, as people get older, the cancer becomes more aggressive. So, the operation is required. Recently we experienced a case of FAP, presenting with papillary thyroid carcinoma, and reported with a brief review of literatures.

우반구 뇌 손상 후 나타난 연축성 발성장애 1예

Spasmodic dysphonia (SD) is a kind of focal dystonia of larynx and it is calssified into three subtypes:adductor type, abductor type, and mixed type. The etiology of SD is not clearly known yet. Cortical dysfunction is regarded as one of the causes of SD based on the clinical data in which patients who showed SD due to the lesion of the central nervous system. The lesions documented so far involve the basal ganglia, supplementary motor area, and thalamus in the dominant hemisphere. We report an unusual case with SD after an ischemic lesion of the precentral gyrus in the right hemisphere, which is rarely mentioned in relation to SD. The characteristics of the symptoms and cortical functions in phonation are discussed.

승모판 대치술후 폐동맥압 및 폐혈관 저항의 변화

As the mitral valve disease becomes long-standing, the patient may develop pulmonary hypertension. It was reported that after surgical correction, the elevated pulmonary vascular resistance(PVR) would fall quickly in association with the fall in left atrial pressure(LAP). This study was performed to evaluate the changes in mean pulmonary artery pressure(PAP) and PVR immediately after mitral valve replacement(MVR). Fifty six patients undergoing mitral valve replacement(MVR) were divided into two groups on the basis of the presence or absence of significant pulmonary hypertension, defined as a resting mean pulmonary arterial pressure greater than 30mmHg. After induction of anesthesia, PAP, PVR, cardiac output(CO) were measured and compared with values in postbypass period. PAP and PVR were significantly decreased(PAP from 39.64±1.88 to 29.18±1.65 mmHg, P 0.001, PVR from 6.16±1.14 to 3.53±0.62 units, P$lt;0.05) in Group II(PAP≥30mmHg, n=23), whereas not changed in Group I(PAP30 mmHg, n=33)(P$lt;0.05). Persistancen elevated PVR may cause right ventricular failure and low-output syndrome, so that an attempt to reduce the PVR is needed postoperatiavely. This study demonstrated that the PAP and PVR fall significantly after MVR especially in patients with severe pulmonary hypertension.

남자 대학생에서 걷기와 달리기 운동 시 체지방과 골격근량에 대한 비교

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in body fat mass and skeletal muscle mass during walking and running after resistance training based on healthy college student. One male college student (age = 25 years, Height = 175.0 cm, Weight = 86.9 kg, Body fat = 27%) volunteered to participate in the study. Body composition was assessed by bioelectrical impedance (Inbody 270, Korea). Walking exercise (4.8 km/hr, 60 min) was performed for 3 weeks, followed by running exercise (7.0 km/hr, 26 min) for 3 weeks. The experimental results are as follows. Running was more effective at dropping body weight and BMI than walking, however walking was more effective at reducing body fat (%) and increasing skeletal muscle mass (kg) than running in male college student. In conclusion, both walking and running provide benefits for body composition, and the best exercise for weight and body fat loss is the one that it actually do on a regular basis.
