        열공형과 비열공형 피질하 혈관성 치매에서 위험인자의 차이에 관한 비교 연구

        Backgrounds and Objectives: Vascular dementia is a group of dementing disoders arising from various stroke syndrome. Among these. subcortical ischemic vascular dementia (SIVD) is regarded as a relatively distinct clinical entity. However, MRI patterns of SIVD are not homogenous. In some patients, lacunes are dominant, and in others, subcortical white matter changes are. This study was designed to compare risk factor profiles between SIVD with and without multiple lacunes. Methods: We divided 47 subjects (22 males, mean age. 68 years) recruited from VADAPET (Multicenter Trial For Evaluation Of The Changes In the PET Images Of Subcortical Vascular Dementia Patient) study into two groups one with more than 5 lacunes in deep gray matter (lacune group) and the other with 5 or less(non-lacune group) Clinical characteristics and laboratory findings of two groups were compared. Results: Nineteen of 47 patients (40%) belonged to the lacune group. The lacune and non-lacune groups d d not differ in the following variables: age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia heart disease, history of stroke or TIA, history of trauma or major surgery, family history of hypertension stroke, or dementia, age at diagnosis of dementia, body mass index, white blood cell count, ESR, CRP, fibrinogen, hemoglobin A1C, total cholesterol. LDL cholesterol creatinine, proteinuria, glucosuria, and microhematuria. However, male sex, smoking alcohol. hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were possibly associated more with lacune group SIVD than with non-lacune group (p<0 1) Multivariate analyses revealed that smoking, hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol were independent predictors of SIVD with multiple lacunes Conclusion: Our study suggests that SIVD with multiple lacunes may be significantly different in smoking habits hemoglobin, and HDL cholesterol from SIVD without multiple lacunes.

      • 조기강도 발현형 AE감수제를 사용한 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 연구

        This study discusses the fundamental properties and early strength development of concrete using AE water reducing agent of early-strength type. According to the result, when AE water reducing agent of early-strength type is used, slump and air content loss is smaller than normal AE water reducing agent. While setting time is retarded with an increase of the adding amount of normal AE water reducing agent, it is maintained constantly regardless of the adding amount and faster than normal AE water reducing agent in the case of AE water reducing agent of early-strength type, and bleeding amount is larger than normal AE water reducing agent especially at early age. At curing temperature of 20℃, early compressive strength gains 5MPa, which side form can be removed, before 16 hours in the case of AE water reducing agent of early-strength type, but early compressive strength development is delayed in the case of normal AE water reducing agent. At curing temperature of 10℃, AE water reducing agent of early-strength type is also better than normal AE water reducing agent especially for early compressive strength development.

      • 블리딩저감용 AE감수제의 개발 및 실용성 검토

        This study is intended to develop AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding and investigate its practical use. According to the results, fluidity and air content increases with an increase of superplasticizer and MC viscosity agent, AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding is developed after determining the ratio of superplasticizer and MC viscosity agent as 3:1 to satisfy the same fluidity and air content to conventional concrete and reduce bleeding amount. As the adding ratio of developed AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding increases, fluidity also increases, air content satisfies the aimed range, bleeding and sinking amount of concrete are reduced, and compressive strength is almost not different from plain concrete. Therefore, developed AE water reducing agent for reduction of bleeding satisfies the aimed air content in the range of slump 12~21cm, and can also reduce bleeding amount effectively without quality deterioration of compressive strength.

      • 트리에탄올아민의 혼입률 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 초기 강도발현 특성

        In this study, the influence of TEA on early strength development of concrete is discussed in order to reduce a construction period in RC structure by early removal of forms. According to the results, as for the properties of fresh concrete, fluidity of concrete shows no difference, and air content increases with an increase of the mixing ratio of TEA. Setting time is shortened upto mixing ratio of 0.025%, but is retarded above the mixing ratio of 0.025%. The time when compressive strength gains 5MPa is fast in about 2 hours in the case of the mixing ratio of 0.05%, but it is retarded above the mixing ratio of 0.05%. The relativity between compressive strength and the rebound value of P-type Schmidt hammer is also favorable at early age, and compressive strength of 5MPa, which the side forms can be removed, is estimated at the rebound value of 23.

      • 시멘트 및 고성능AE감수제가 고유동콘크리트의 유동특성에 미치는 효과에 관한 실험적 연구

        The fluidity of high flowing concrete can be affected by numerous parameters which characterize either the cement or the admixture. The reactivity of a cement as determined by its chemical compositions (especially its C₃A content), its fineness and its content in sulfates and alkalies obviously plays a key role in rheology of high flowing concrete in fresh state. Specific properties of high range water reducing AE agent used to enhance the workability of high flowing concrete also exert important influence. The purpose of this experimental study is to investigate and analyze the effect of cement and high range water reducing AE agent in fluidity, setting, compressive strength of high flowing concrete. As a result, we found that fluidity of high flowing concrete is affected greatly by kind of cement and high range water reducing AE agent, also, there is harmonic character between high belite cement and polycarbonic acid high range water reducing AE agent.

        기능평가를 통한 장애유아의 행동지원 실험연구 분석 : 1997~2006년 사이의 연구를 중심으로

        이 연구는 유아를 대상으로 기능평가를 통한 행동지원을 제공한 실험연구를 분석하여 현재의 전반적인 특징과 경향을 분석하고 문제행동 기능의 결과가 중재와 어떻게 연결되는지 살펴봄으로써 문제행동 중재를 위한 향후의 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 분석 대상 논문은 주로 중다기초선 설계법을 사용하며 중재는 일반교실이나 가정 등의 자연스러운 환경에서 교사나 부모 등의 자연스러운 중재자에 의해서 이루어지고 있었으며 목표행동은 대상유아의 바람직한 행동보다는 부정적인 행동이 많았으며 중재자의 행동을 목표행동으로 본 연구도 5-6편이 있었다. 연구의 질적 수준에 대한 변인들 중 관찰자간 신뢰도를 제외하고는 중재충실도, 사회적 타당도, 유지, 일반화 등에 대한 파악이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 기능평가는 주로 일반학급과 가정 등의 자연스러운 환경에서의 부모나 일반교사를 대상으로 한 인터뷰와 연구자나 가족, 교사 등에 의한 관칠 방법, 연구자에 의한 기능분석 방법이 많이 이용되었다. 기능평가 방법으로는 직접관찰과 인터뷰가 가장 많이 이용되었으며 평균 2~3가지 방법을 사용하고 있었으며 문제행동의 기능은 관심끌기가 가장 높았고 획득과 회피, 감각적 자극 순으로 나타났다. 행동의 기능에 따른 중재전략을 살펴보면 획득기능과 회피 기능을 가진 경우에는 선행사건 예방전략과 후속반응전략이 가장 많이 사용되었고 관심의 기능을 가진 경우에는 후속반응전략이, 감각적 자극을 목적으로 한 문제행동 중재에는 문제행동을 차단하는 전략이 사용되고 있었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze experimental studies that intervened young children's challenging behavior using functional assessment and to provide information and suggestions on future research. To accomplish this purpose, the elements of experimental study, the quality features of study(interobserver agreement, fidelity of intervention, social validity, maintenance and generalization of effect) and methods of functional assessment and intervention strategies were analyzed. The major findings of this study was followed. First, most of the analyzed articles used multi-baseline design, and the interventions were implemented were natural settings like classroom and home, and the interventionists were natural people like teachers and parents. Target behaviors were focused on problematic behaviors of subjects than desirable behaviors. Second, among the 5 quality features of study I chose, fidelity of intervention, social validity, maintenance and generalization of effect were identified poorly except interobserver agreement. Third, functional assessment was implemented by natural people like teachers and family members, and at the natural settings like classrooms and home routine. Interview to teachers and family members and direct observation by researchers, teachers and family members were used. The most common functional assessment methods were direct observation and interview. And 2 or 3 methods were used one study. The order of the function of problematic behavior was attention, obtain tangible, escape, and sensory stimulation. As an interventions strategies, antecedents events, alternative skills and consequent responding were applied comparatively the same rate. Based on this results, some recommendations are suggested.

      • 목재펠릿과 주택용 목재펠릿보일러의 품질기준에 관한 국내외 비교연구

        Wood pellets, a representative bioenergy source, are actively used world widely. Wood pellets made in the domestic volume were around 0.65 million tons in 2021 and the scale was generally grow- ing up, which implies that South Korea’s wood pellet processing technology has reached a significant level. To guarantee a reasonable supply of wood pellet fuels as carbon-neutral sources, quality standards for related products and combustion equipment standards must be clearly established. In line with this, the authors compared major changes in domestic wood pellet quality standards with ISO standards. South Korea's wood pellet quality standards policy has undergone various changes over a period of a decade and has been improved to an equivalent level to the internationally. In addition, it was confirmed that the ‘Clean Air Conversion Act’ to be discharged for biomass-using facilities such as wood pellets have been gradually strengthened as the times change. Also comparing domestic and foreign quality standards based on small-scale combustion equipment which is using wood pellets as fuel, the authors found that domestic standards need to make improvements to meet the EU's combustor emission gas quality stan- dard level.

        표면근전도와 적외선체열촬영을 이용한 요통의 평가

        목적 : 요통환자에서 요통의 유무와 강도를 평가하고자 표면근전도를 이용하여 근육 활동성의 차이를 검증하였고 적외선체열촬영을 이용하여 제표면 온도의 변화를 측정하였다. 방법 : 요통환자군 16명과 대조군 16명에 대하여 요부에 부착한 표면전극에서 얻은 근전도 신호와 적외선체열촬영 결과를 비교하였다. 교란요인의 영향을 배제하기 위하여 연령과 성별 그리고 비만도에 따라 정상 대조군과 요통환자군을 짝짓기하여 각각 16명씩 선정하였다. 결과 : 정적표면근전도 실시 결과 우측의 경우 중앙값이 요통환자군에서 198.1 ㎶, 정상대조군에서는 161.3 ㎶로 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었고(p<0.01), 좌측은 요통환자군에서 194.2 ㎶, 정상대조군에서 180.5 ㎶로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 동적표면근전도 실시 결과 재신전시와 굴곡시 근전위의 비가 우측의 경우 요통환자군에서 중앙값이 1.12였고 정상 대조군은 1.39로서 두 군간에 유의한 차이가 있었고(p=0.027), 좌측의 경우도 요통환자군에서는 1.08이었고 정상 대조군에서는 1.21로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p=0.036). 적외선체열촬영결과 ΔT가 0.5 ℃ 이상의 차이가 있을 때 이상이 있는 것으로 정하면, 요통환자군에서는 16명 모두 이상자로 판정되었고, 정상 대조군에서는 16명중 3명이 이상자로 판정되어 민감도는 100 %, 특이도는 81.3 % 였다. 표면근전도를 이용한 요통의 진단은 민감도가 78.6 %이고 특이도가 72.2 %였으며, 적외선체열촬영은 민감도가 100 %였고 특이도가 87.5 %였다. 결론 : 이러한 결과로 볼 때 표면근전도 검사법과 적외선체열촬영은 요통을 간접적으로 평가하는데 도움이 되는 검사법이며, 적외선체열촬영이 표면근전도검사법에 비하여 보다 정확한 검사법으로 판단된다. Objectives : We studied the efficacy of surface electromyography(SEMG) and digital infrared theimographic imaging (DITI) in the assessment of low back pain both(LBP) Methods : We compared electromygraphic signals from electrodes placed in the lumbar area and the digital theimographic images in 16 LBPpatients and 16 control subjects. The LBP patients and the control subjects were matched for age, gender, and body mass index(BMI) to adjust for any confounding effects Results : In the static analyses of SEMG, median value was 198.1 ㎶ for the controls on the right side, and they were 194.2 ㎶ and 180.5㎶ on left side respectively. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups on the right side(p<0.01), but not on the left side. In the dynamic analyses of the SEMG, the median values of the extension per flexion ratio of right side were 1.12 for LBP patients and 1.39 for controls. and those on the left side were 1.08 and 1.21 respectively. There were statistically significant differences in both sodes(p<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity were 100% and 81.3% in DITI, 78.6% and 72.2% in SEMG. Conclusions : These results indicate that SEMG and DITI are useful methods for indirect assessments of LBP, and that DITI is more sensitive and specific than SEMG.

        Dimensional Stability of Korean Red Pine Wood Treated with Water-Soluble Melamine-Formaldehyde Resin

        The objective of this study was the dimensional stabilization of Korean red pine (Pinus densiflora) wood by the water-based thermosetting resin. A commercial melamine-formaldehyde resin was impregnated into wood samples and cured. The weight and dimensional change of woods treated by the resin, and the absorption and dimensional behavior of treated woods were investigated. The melamine-formaldehyde resin treatment improved significantly the dimensional stability of pine wood and showed about 40% of antiswelling efficiency. The mechanism of dimensional stabilization was interpreted as the complicated reason, such as bulking effect by the resin in cell wall, mechanical restraint and/or blocking of hygroscopic site by the resin in lumen.

        Fuel characteristics of agropellets fabricated with rice straw and husk

        Our aim was to identify the potential of rice straw (RS) and rice husk (RH) as raw materials for pellet production. Compared to woody biomass, RS and RH can be easily dried, but contain significant levels of ash. Higher heating values of oven-dried RS and RH are slightly lower than those of commercial wood pellets. RS and RH contain substantially more silicon, potassium and calcium than larch sawdust. However, ash and moisture contents of RS was significantly reduced following a 15-week exposure period on rice paddy. These results suggest that RS and RH present suitable alternatives to wood as raw materials for pellet production due to their availability, relatively high calorific value and low moisture content. The durability of RS and RH pellets improved steadily with increasing pelletizing temperature and time. Pelletization under appropriate conditions also enabled the durability and bulk density of RS and RH to be improved, enhancing their potential as alternative combustion fuels.
