Purpose: To research the advantage of using calcium plaque scissors in conjunctival flap surgery for calcified scleromalacia after cosmetic conjunctivectomy. Methods: We analyzed 55 eyes that had undergone conjunctival flap surgery for calcified scleromalacia occurring after cosmetic conjunctivectomy. Surgical blade was used in 30 eyes (Group 1) and calcium plaque scissors in 25 eyes (Group 2). Time after conjunctivectomy, plaque size, operation time and visual acuity before and after the flap surgery were analyzed and compared. Additionally, necessity of additional scleral surgery was evaluated. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) of the sclera was performed both pre- and postoperatively and the results were compared.Results: An average of 3.9 ± 1.0 years elapsed until conjunctival flap surgery and follow-up time was 5.2 ± 3.8 months. Post conjunctivectomy time and plaque size were similar in both groups (<EM>p </EM>= 0.87 and 0.49, respectively). The surgery time in Group 2 was shorter than in Group 1 (17.5 ± 6.3 minutes and 21.9 ± 8.5 minutes, respectively, <EM>p</EM> = 0.20). Uncorrected visual acuity was similar in both groups before and after conjunctival flap surgery (<EM>p</EM> = 0.53 and <EM>p</EM> = 0.20, respectively). In Group 1, one sclera transplantation and three Ologena™ insertion surgeries were performed as an additional scleral surgery. Based on OCT, calcium plaque scissors were confirmed as a new surgical tool for calcium plaque removal with minimal scleral damage. Conclusions: Using calcium plaque scissors when performing conjunctival flap surgery for calcium plaque removal that occurred after cosmetic conjunctivectomy reduces the necessity of an additional scleral surgery and surgery time. Our country has need of many man Power for rapid industry development, For the stability of this human resources, We must have systematic cooperation between the educational circle and industry circle, that is EIC's system, therefore, In this paper read the literature on this subject. Compared and analyzed the EIC's system between our country and advanced country, and is going to find new active method on the EIC for our country's development. This results as follows. 1) Must have correct social understanding on EIC's necessity and meaning 2) Must establish the institution in charge and strengthen the function of EIC. 3) Must activate seminar study for promotive method on EIC. 4) Must reinforce education in real shop. 5) Must promote exchange between technical high school and industry company by laws. 6) Must promote by laws and ststems; finiancial support, duty reduction etc. 7) Must install advisory committee for EIC.
초등학교 1학년 학생의 일체형 방화셔터 비상문 개폐력 평가

Door effort of emergency exit installed at integrated fire protecting shutter was stated by ministry directive subdivision 2015-212 of Article 5 (performance standard) less than 133N. The performance standard applied in all cases rather than use and location-specific conditions, so it is necessary to evaluate relatively for any problem to Gr.1 in elementary school, which has weak power. Evaluated for appropriateness of Gr.1 boys and girls in elementary school about n=500, the result in the case of the elementary school which has been applied integrated fire protecting shutter has shown the exit door needs downward regulation by door effort. 일체형 방화셔터에 설치된 비상문의 개폐력은 133N 이하로 국토교통부고시 제2015-212호 제5조(성능기준)에 명시되어 있다. 이는 용도별, 장소별에 따라 구분되어 있지 않고 모든 경우에 적용하고 있어 상대적으로 힘이 약한 초등학교 1학년의 경우에 적용상 문제점이 없는지에 대한 평가가 필요하다. 이에 n=500에 대한 초등학교 1학년 남녀학생을 대상으로 그 적정성 여부를 평가하였으며, 그 결과 일체형 방화셔터가 적용되는 초등학교의 경우에는 일체형 방화셔터에 설치된 비상문의 개폐력 부분에 있어 하향조정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

It is now increasingly recognized that the high fluidity of high flowing concrete can be affected by numerous parameters which characterize either the cement, the mineral, chemical admixture or the mix proportion of concrete. Particularly performance of superplasticizer used to enhance the high flowbility obviously plays a hey role in the rheology and fluidity of high flowing concrete. Therefore the purpose of this experimental study is to investigate the effect of cement and high range water reducing AE agent in the condition of cement-paste. As a result, the condition of cement-paste is differently found by cement and high range water reducing AE agent, HBC and P1, P2 are superior in fluidity. Admixture dosage for target flow is on the decrease, the more turbidity is high.
콘크리트 내 수량증감에 의한 내구 품질 변동에 관한 연구

When the water content within concrete swells, diverse problems occur such as drop in durability. Due to this reason, a change is being managed in the unit water contents by using electric capacity measurements, high frequency heating methods, and unit-volume mass measurements, which are methods of measuring the unit water contents. Particularly, Japan is prescribing the guideline of management on a change in unit water content unit quantity (±10, 15, 20kg//m3, etc.). However, the guideline of Japan dose not consider a fall in durability, and is decided on the value of pass-fail criteria by random fabrication errors and measurement errors. Consequently, this study was aimed to investigate the influence of a change in water content within concrete due to an addend caused by management error and to an artificial addend, upon drop in durability. 콘크리트내의 수량이 증가하면 내구성저하등에 다양한 문제점이 발생한다. 이러한 이유로 단위수량의 측정방법인 정전용량법, 고주파가열법, 단위용적질량법을 이용하여 단위수량의 변동을 관리하고 있다. 특히 일본에서는 단위수량 변동(±10, 15, 20kg/m3 등)에 대한 관리지침을 규정하고 있다. 그러나 일본의 지침은 내구성 저하를 고려하지 않고 있으며, 제조오차와 측정오차를 확률적으로 고려하여 합부 판정기준 값을 정하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 관리오차에 의한 가수 및 인위적인 가수 등에 의한 콘크리트 내의 수량 변화가 콘크리트의 내구성저하에 미치는 영향을 검토하고자 하였다.
