In this paper, we first propose a modified OS CFAR detector called the order statistics cell averaging(OSCA) CFAR detector and anlyze its performance for a Rayleigh target in homogeneous backgrounds, clutter edges, and satistics smallest of(OSSO) CFAR detectors for a Rayleigh target to nonhomogeneous environments. Computer simulation results show that the OSCA CFAR detector has superior performance to OS, OSGO, and OSSO CFAR detectors in homogeneous and multiple target environments. And the proposed detector shows its robustness for fast detection because it requires falf the processing time of the OS CFAR detector.
Highly stable hafniumetinezinc oxide thin film transistors with stacked bilayer active layers

HfeSneZneO (HTZO) thin films were prepared on SiO2/SiNx substrates at room temperature by the direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering of Hf-doped SneZneO targets. The characteristics of films with different amounts of Hf were analyzed. Amorphous HTZO films were obtained by increasing the Hf content, while polycrystalline films have not shown with Hf doping. With the proper Hf concentration in the HTZO films (~2.0 atomic % Hf/(Hf + Sn + Zn + O)), HTZO films demonstrated good performance as an oxide semiconductor channel material in thin film transistors (TFTs) with a field effect mobility (μFE) of 10.9 cm2V-1 s-1, an on/off current ratio of 109, and a subthreshold voltage swing of 0.71 V/decade.
여성 복압성요실금 환자에서 수술적 치료 후 발생한 배뇨장애의 치료

Purpose: We studied the voiding dysfunction after surgical treatment of female stress urinary incontinence and diagnosis and treatment. Materials and Methods: Three hundred women with stress urinary incontinence underwent surgical procedure between January 1998 and December 2004. Ninety two patients (30.6%) experienced the postoperative voiding dysfunction. As the primary procedure for the management of postoperative voiding dysfunction alpha-blockers medication and clean intermittent catheterization (CIC) were performed. Then, hegar dilation and urethral pull-down procedure were performed as a secondary measure. For the patients who showed persistent obstructed symptoms, cutting of mesh or sling materials were performed. Results: In 57 patients, symptoms improved by alpha-blockers medication and CIC. The others were received hegar dilation and urethral pull-down procedure, and 29 patients were improved. 6 patients were not controlled by conservative treatment, of which 3 patients underwent cutting of mesh or sling. De novo urgency was developed in 12 patients. Anticholinergics were taken, symptoms were diminished in 10 patients after 5 months of medication. Conclusion: Most voiding dysfunction after surgery may be effectively managed by conservative treatment. In cases of failure, hegar dilation and urethral pull-down procedure may be useful within postoperative first weak. Finally, cutting of mesh or sling must be considered in patient whose the secondary measure is failed. (J. Korean Continence Society 2005;9:40-45)

In this research, the surface functionalization of chemically-stable polyolefin-based non-woven fabric was studied by ionizing radiation graft polymerization. To investigate the optimal conditions for the functionalization, polypropylene fabric (PP) was irradiated by electron beam under the nitrogen atmosphere at the different absorbed doses, and then acrylic acid as a functional monomer was graft polymerized under various conditions of solvent, monomer concentration, reaction time and temperature. The functionalized PP was characterized in terms of grafting degree, chemical structure, thermal decomposition temperature, and morphology. The analytical results reveals that the polyacrylic acid-grafted PP with the grafting degree of 40 ~ 200% can be produced under the optimum condition, and leading to the homogeneously surface-functionalized PP.
