The purpose of this study is to introduce LEM(Location Efficiency Mortgage) in U.S. and envision the affordable housing supply in the center of mass transit. Urban sprawl and increasing car-use have made commuting laborers set their financial condition back and have deteriorated city’s air condition. LEM is invented for the purpose of overcoming the urban sprawl problem and enhancing the purchasing power of low income house demander simultaneously. Owing to co-work of many institutes and authorities concerned, that is, The Natural Resources Defense Council, The Center for Neighborhood Technology, and The Surface Transportation Policy Project, the scheme of LEM has been made. Transit user who lives in location efficiency Area can borrow more money as much as transportation savings. This paper compares LEM with the various housing policies, such as Bogeumjari housing, SHIFT, and LIHTC. Also the limitations and controversy of LEM is described and the prospect and tasks of application LEM to Korean housing market is suggested.

In this paper, We analysis actual condition of education about information communication ethics in elementary school and survey negative side effects of information communication ethics, such as, the circulation of unsound information, game addiction, the misuse and overuse of information. we survey recognition level of information communication ethics on the teachers who responsibles the education of the elementary school students and make some suggestions to develope education of information communication ethics based on research results.
Intrapancreatic ectopic splenic tissue found in a cloned miniature pig

Somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) is a cost-effective technique for producing transgenic pigs. However, abnormalities in the cloned pigs might prevent use these animals for clinical applications or disease modeling. In the present study, we generated several cloned pigs. One of the pigs was found to have intrapancreatic ectopic splenic tissue during histopathology analysis although this animal was grossly normal and genetically identical to the other cloned pigs. Ectopic splenic tissue in the pancreas is very rare, especially in animals. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first such report for cloned pigs.

XML-based web services are distributed component techniques to support interoperability between heterogeneous systems on World Wide Web. Important Java web services have been rapidly increased along with the growth of the Internet. So, it is desirable for such applications to serve transparently, continuously and safely even if the network is temporally partitioned or certain hosts running those services are crashed down. UDDI is an open standard for distributed Web-based information registries of web services. In this paper, we present a Java group communication system based UDDI registry. Using the JACE system, we have developed an experimental UDDI registry for discovering and publishing information about web services.

In the industrial production of fish snacks using frozen surimi, molding the surimi mixture requires an expensive automated machine. This study investigated the efficacy of freeze molding without machinery molding in the production of Alaska pollock Theragra chalcogramma surimi snacks. At 90 minutes after deep freezing at -80°C, the cutting ease and shape retention of the surimi mixture were superior. The freezing-molded surimi snack had a higher TVB-N (total volatile basic nitrogen) level (3.59 mg/100 g) than that (1.50 mg/100 g) of the normally molded surimi snack. Freezing did not affect the microstructure of the surimi snack or its hardness, which is an important physical property of snack products. The freezing-molded and normally molded snacks did not differ significantly in terms of color or appearance, or in any other aspect of the sensory evaluation. Our findings demonstrate that freeze molding does not induce changes in the quality of surimi snacks. Therefore, molding by freezing treatment could be used to produce surimi snacks at small- and mid-sized seafood companies.
