        여름철 온돌에서 취침시 이불종류에 따른 침상기후와 인체반응 연구

        In this study, bedclimate was investigated depending on various bedquilts used oin ondol in summer. The environmental room condition was maintained at 26±1℃, 75±3% R.H., while the ondol surface was kept at 25±1℃ without heating. The types of bedquilts were hemp, cotton, quilt made of polyester padding with polyester/cotton cover. Two healthy young women were subjected for seven hours' sleep with two replications for this study. The results are as follows. 1) The range of the temperature under the mattress (25.2-32.4℃) was lower than that of the temperature on the mattress (28.8-35.5℃), or that of the temperature inside the bedquilts (30.3-34.4℃). The humidity inside the bedquilts increased during sleeping, and the range of R.H. was 58-80%. 2) The ranges of bedclimate which subjects feel comfortable were 30.5-33.8℃ on the mattress, 31.0-34.9℃, 61-74% R.H. inside the bedquilts. At this range, the mean skin temperature of the subjects was 34.3℃-35.2℃. 3) When there was no heating, the weight of the bedding increased during sleeping, and the weight increase was largest in the case of mattress. 4) There were correlations among the skin temperature of three points of the body (abdomen, thigh, foot) and the temperature and R.H. inside the bedquilt. 5) The effect of the type of bedquilts on the microclimate and physiolosical responses were significant. 6) Generally, when there was no heating, the body heat was trasferrde to the ondol floor. in summer, heat was transferred mostly through the mattress.

        국내 인쇄매체 공익광고의 레이아웃 유형에 관한 연구

        Advertising layouts should naturally be able to attract customers' attentions by systematically and rationally placing the elements of composing advertising and structuring them according to the flow of attention through formative works that structure in order to deliver the messages of advertising effectively. For layouts, basically, the flow of attention, notability, legibility, limpidity, formative nature, creativity, and tendency of targets have to be considered and the process of layout is especially important since it is a stage to form the shape of advertising. This study analyzed attitude of acceptance according to segmentation of objects by classifying the types of layout which are formative elements in creating advertisement into left and right visuals, symmetric and asymmetric layouts, vertical and horizontal copies, screen centered and screen dispersed layouts, simple and complicated layouts, and layouts putting emphasis on blanks and using blanks, in order to present measures to maximize effects of communication of public service advertising in Korean printed media. As a result, left visuals are preferred more than right ones, and symmetric layouts slightly more than asymmetric layouts. In addition, vertical and horizontal copies received similar preferences, but it was found that most customers preferred screen centered more than screen dispersed layouts, simple layouts than complicated layouts, and layouts using blanks and putting emphasis on blanks. 광고 레이아웃은 광고 메시지를 소비자에게 효과적으로 전달할 수 있도록 구조화하는 조형작업으로 광고 구성요소를 시선의 흐름에 맞춰 짜임새 있게 체계화하고 합리적으로 배치하여 소비자의 시선을 자연스럽게 끌 수 있어야 한다. 레이아웃은 기본적으로 시선의 흐름, 주목성, 가독성, 명쾌성, 조형성, 창조성, 그리고 타깃의 성향을 고려해야하며, 레이아웃 과정은 광고의 형태를 만들어내는 단계이므로 특히 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 국내 인쇄매체 공익광고의 커뮤니케이션 효과를 극대화하기 위한 방안을 제시해보고자 광고 크리에이티브에 있어서의 조형적 요소인 레이아웃 유형을 왼쪽 비주얼과 오른쪽 비주얼, 대칭 레이아웃과 비대칭 레이아웃, 가로형 카피와 세로형 카피, 화면중심형 레이아웃과 화면분산형 레이아웃, 단순한 레이아웃과 복잡한 레이아웃, 여백강조 레이아웃과 여백활용 레이아웃으로 분류하여 대상 세분화에 따른 수용태도를 분석해보았다. 그 결과 오른쪽 비주얼보다 왼쪽 비주얼을 더 선호하였으며, 비대칭 레이아웃보다 대칭 레이아웃을 조금 더 선호하였다. 그리고 가로형 카피와 세로형 카피는 비슷한 분포로 나타났으며, 대부분의 수용자가 화면 분산형 레이아웃보다는 화면중심형 레이아웃을, 복잡한 레이아웃보다는 단순한 레이아웃을, 여백강조 레이아웃보다는 여백활용 레이아웃을 훨씬 더 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.

        현행 통역 번역 전문가 교육과 멀티 플레이어 양성에 대한 고찰

        The purpose of this study is to look at the problems in the current training of interpreters and translators and to provide solutions. As a result of this study, it was found that the following seven areas need to be improved: the way the qualifying exam is conducted to determine which students will study conference interpretation including simultaneous interpretation and which will only do consecutive interpretation and translation; strengthening sight translation courses; introduction of a course of simultaneous with text; capacity building course for students to approach new subject matter; English courses for non-English majors; translation for publication; and increased specialization of foreign faculty. While students in the past were content with being interpreters and translatorssimply conveying the message, today applicants are most interested in becoming multi-players. Therefore, schools of interpretation and translation can take the lead by expanding the scope of the training program and searching for ways that interpreters and translators can play numerous roles.

        조선시대 전통 목가구의 시장가격 변동요인과 문화적 가치: 2000~2020년 서울옥션과 K옥션을 중심으로

        미술품 경매시장은 크게 근현대미술품과 고미술품으로 나누어지며, 그 동안 국내 근현대미술 시장을 대상으로 한 연구는 꾸준히 진행되어왔으나 현재까지 고미술시장 뿐만 아니라 목가구에 대한 국내 미술품 경매시장 연구는 이루어진 바 없다. 본 연구는 조선시대 가옥의 대표 공간으로 분류되는 사랑방, 안방, 부엌 속 목가구의 경매 결과를 기초 삼아 가격변동 추이와 그에 따른 인과관계를 밝혀내고자 한다. 연구 분석은 국내미술품 경매시장에서 가장 큰 판매 비율을 차지하는 “서울옥션”과 “K옥션”에서 2000년부터 2020년까지 진행된 메이저 경매결과 중 조선시대 전통 목가구의 연도별 경매건수, 출품 수, 낙찰 수, 낙찰률, 낙찰 총액으로 나누어분석 값을 산출하였고, 분석대상은 사랑방가구, 안방가구, 부엌가구에 해당하는 품목들을 공간별, 품목별로 나누어 결과를 도출하였다. 분석결과 조선시대 전통 목가구는 169건의 경매에서 총 1233점이 출품되었으며, 그중 69%인 855점이 낙찰되었다. 낙찰 총액은 8,271,200,000원으로 산출되었다. 사랑방가구에서는 책상의 선호도가 높았으며, 안방가구에서는 반닫이가, 부엌가구 중에서는 반상의 높은 거래 결과가 있었다. 그래프에서 드러나는 연도별 가격 변동 상황을 바탕으로 수요에따른 시장 성과와 문화적, 경제적 특성을 연관 지어 가격형성 요인을 살펴보았는데, 전통 목가구는 ‘애호’와 ‘투자’의 목적으로 시세변동이 일어나고, 변화한 주택구조와 2010~2012년 경제 호황기와 맞물린 ‘앤틱 붐’, 그리고 빈번해진 박물관의 목가구 전시 등은 전통적인 조형성에 대한 관심으로 이어져 구매자들의 취향 변화에영향을 주었다. 조선시대 전통 목가구의 전통미를 현대적으로 해석하고자 하는 시대적인 흐름도 분명하게 반영하고 있으며, 최근에는 목가구가 가진 미적 가치를인정하는 계층의 확장으로 미술시장에서의 안전자산으로 자리매김 하였다

        임플란트 매식조건에 따른 상, 하악골의 응력분포 양상에 대한 3차원 유한요소분석 연구

        A finite element analysis has been utilized to analyze stress and strain fields and design a new configuration in orthopedics and implant dentistry. Load transfer and stress analysis at implant bone interface are important factors from treatment planning to long term success. Bone configuration and quality are different according te anatomy of expecting implantation site. The purpose of this study was to compare the stress distribution in maxilla and mandible accord-ing to implant length and bone engagement types. A three dimensional axi-symmetric implant model(Nobel Biocare, Gothenburg, Sweden) with surrounding cortical and cancellous bone were designed to analyze the effects of bone engagement and implant length on stress distribution. ANSYS 5.5 finite element program was utilized as an interpreting toot. Three cases of unicortical anchorage model with 7, 10, 13 mm length and four cases of bicortical anchorage model with 5, 7, 10 and 13 mm length were compared both maxillary and mandibular single implant situation. Within the limits of study, following conclusions were drawn. 1. There is a difference in stress distribution according to cortical and cancellous bone thickness and shape. 2. Maximum stress was shown at the top of cortical bone area regardless of bone engagement types. 3. Bicortical engagement showed less stress accumulation when compared to unicortical case overall. 4. Longer the implant future length, less the stress on cortical bone area, however there is no difference in mandibular bicortical engagement case.

        Anti-melanogenic effects of Hordeum vulgare L. barely sprout extract in murine B16F10 melanoma cells

        Purpose: Barely sprout is a well-known oriental herbal medicine with a wide range of health benefits. Recent studies have provided scientific evidence of its therapeutic effects with expanded application. This study investigated anti-melanogenic effect of barley sprout water extract (BSE) in murine melanocyte B16F10. Methods: Various concentrations (0, 50, 125, and 250 μg/mL) of BSE and arbutin (150 ppm) were applied to B16F10 stimulated with or without alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone (100 nM) for 72 hours. The whitening potency of BSE was determined altered cellular melanin contents. Activity and expression of tyrosinase and microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF) were also assayed. Results: Experimental results revealed that treatment with BSE reduced cellular melanin production by approximately 40% compared to the control. Molecular findings supported that suppressed activity and expression of tyrosinase and MITF proteins by BSE were associated with declined cellular melanogenesis. Furthermore, anti-melanogenic effect of BSE (250 μg/mL) was similar to that of arbutin, a commonly used whitening agent. Lastly, polyphenols including p-coumaric, ferulic, and vanillic acids were identified in BSE using HPLC analyses. They might be potential active ingredients showing such melanogenesis-reducing effect. Conclusion: BSE was evident to possess favorable anti-melanogenic potency in an in vitro model. As a natural food sourced material, BSE could be an effective depigmentation agent with potential application in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

        인체의 자세가 체온조절에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the thermoregulatory responses to postures under different environmental conditions and to obtain the basal information for standard clothing weight, indoor climates, and working condition. Two adult female(22.5yrs, 46kg) were participated in this study. The experimental conditions were divided into three groups . 1), comfort(27±1℃, 60±10%), 2) hot(34 ±1℃, 60±10%), and 3) cold(21±1℃, 50±10%) condition. The postures performed were as follows; standing, sitting on the chair, sitting on the floor, and supine on the floor. At each condition, subjective sensations, 12 points skin temperature, rectal temperature, total and local sweat rate, pulse rates, blood pressure, skin blood flow rate were measured. The results were as follows 1. Rectal temperature was high significant among groups in order of supine, sitting on the floor, sitting on the chair, standing posture (p∠O.001). 2. Skin temperature was high in part of contact with the surface of the floor or wall and the effect of posture was greater in peripheral temperature than torso temperature. Sitting on the chair and sitting on the floor posture showed higher peripheral temperature than standing and supine posture. And peripheral temperature was lower in supine posture than any other postures. 3. Total and local sweat rate were decreased in order of standing, sitting on the chair, sitting on the floor, supine posture. 4. Pulse rate and disastolic blood pressure were higher in standing posture than supine posture, and there was significant difference between two postures(p∠0.001). 5. Blood flow rate of thigh was high in sitting on the chair and sitting on the floor posture and low in standing posture. Blood flow rate of leg was low in standing posture significantly(p∠0.01). 6. In comfort and hot condition, temperature sensation and comfort sensation were higher in standing posture and lower in supine posture than any other postures. In cold condition, temperature sensation was lower and comfort sensation was higher in standing and supine posture than any other postures. And supine posture was appeared positive in hot condition and negative in cold condition. From this study, we confirmed the effects of posture on human thermoregulatory responses. Results indicate that even under same conditions and clothing weight, the insulation of clothing will be different to postures.

      • 韓國産 靈芝 煎湯液이 Mouse의 免疫細胞 機能에 미치는 影響

        This study was done to know the effects of Natural Ganoderma or Cultured Ganoderma on the innate immunities, tumor immunities and rosette forming capacities of spleen cells. The innate immunities were evaluated by measuring the effects of Natural or Cultured Ganoderma on the phagocytic activity and reactive oxygen intermediate(ROI) formation of macrophages. The effects of Natural or Cultured Ganoderma on the tumor immunities were evaluated by checking the antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity(ADCC) and natural killer(NK) cell activities. The administrations of both Natural and Cultured Ganoderma increased the phagocytic activities and the production of ROI of macrophages from the peritoneal cavities. But the effects caused by Natural Ganoderma were bigger than those by Cultured Ganoderma. Both the Natural and Cultured Ganoderma enhanced the ADCC but did not affect on the NK activity. The capacities of spleen cells to forming rosette were increased greatly bo the administration of Natural Ganoderma and slightly by the administration of Cultured Ganoderma. The results of this study showed that even though both Natural and Cultured Ganoderma enhanced the innate immunities, tumor immunity, and rosette forming capacity of spleen cells, Natural Ganoderma were better than Cultured Ganoderma in increasing the host's immune capabilities.
